ACME Markets crazy acme tractor trailer driver

This to register a compliant about an Acme Tractor Trailer Driver recklessly endangering everyone on the road on Tuesday March 10 about 3PM on Forty Foot leading west out of Hatfield, Pa

This lunatic was speeding excessively and weaving between lanes. Almost hit my car but I avoided the collision.

The tractor trailer then turned right on Sumneytown Pike headed for Harleysville, Pa or perhaps the Turnpike.

Please identity and severely punish this maniac. Acme should NOT condone such callous behavior. What ever happened to safety is my goal ?

ACME Markets manager treating customers disrespectful

My friend and I went to do grocery shopping this afternoon, Sunday February 23rd around 2pm. My friend was infront of me and I was next in the line. My friend was buying beer so the cashier asked both of our IDs. I had my passport with me and the cashier said she need to check it with the manager. I was surprised as what to check in the passport? Then she said last time she sell beer to someone over passport she got yelled at so she want to make sure this time she won't. The manager was not a friendly guy at all and he checked my passport and asked when is my birthday. I was annoyed by his question as it's already there in passport and when IDing someone you just check the photo and age. You don't interrogate! I never had to face this kinda situation even at the airport while clearing immigration but this guy is acting like he's police or homeland security. I anyway told my birthday. Then he asked me "is this really your birthday?" Then I asked him back why don't you check the passport, the photo and birthdate is there. Then he asked me again, "I know, but is this really your birthday?". I wasn't sure where he was trying to go with that and I got really angry. He was trying to be a racist and try to be difficult unnecessarily. I said to him "Can you please hand me over my passport! And [censored] this [censored] I'm not buying anything!". Then I walk pass the cashier leaving all my grocery at the counter and this manager sold the beer to my friend. Isn't he suppose to NOT SELL THE BEER? Because he didn't trust my passport? It didn't make any sense! All that drama is for NOTHING? Just to show off his powers and be a racist?
I am very disappointed and not pleased with the service at Acme fresh market No. 11, Tallmadge.

ACME Markets buck a bag sale

I always look forward to the Acme Buck a Bag produce sale, especially the steamer bags of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, but they were not included in the sale this time. Very disappointed. My meal plan for this week included these ingredients—now I have to change it up. I brought my complaint to customer service and the did not know why the broccoli, cauliflower, carrot steamer bags were not in the Buck a Bag sale this time and said other customers were very disappointed too.

ACME Markets acme app

It is ridiculous that I have to download an app and go in and select the coupons I want to use. Go back to the store card where everyone could easily access discounts. I work on a computer all day and I don't have time to check fir online coupons. I think today will be my last day shipping at Acme. I may need to switch to ShopRite or Giant where my phone number has worked for 20 years to access duscounts. Prices are cheaper and I don't have to waste time to check an app for coupons. I can't imagine your older customers find this easy to use either! This is the most customer unfriendly thing you have done in a while. People do not have time or money to waste in this economy.

ACME Markets management

I am a frequent shopper of Acme in Smyrna Delaware. I recently witnessed a manager treating an employee very disrespectfully. I had a problem with my debit card and your cashier corrected the problem. A manager interveined and totally embarassed myself and the employee. I think the cashiers name was April? She has waited on us often and is very polite and efficient. Your management personnel was so rude we are suprised that the cashier didnt walk out on you right on the spot. We could only imagine how she is treated when customers aren't present. Shame on you

ACME Markets nestle water

I was in this store today 11-16 at 11:22am always shop hear on weekends and never had a problem until today the Nestle water was in your ad buy one get one free when I went down the water isle I grab two off shelf was full of 24 pack with a tag that said 3.49 sale was good till 11-21 when I went to self check out to pay was taken back when they rang up 6.49 a case told women about tag she sent a gentleman for a price check he game back gave her tag for 3.49 she then says she needs to get a manger so she Paige the women who ever was running the front and Joe the manager to front told her about the tag she comes back with smaller bottles and said these are one for 3.49 told her they were not the ones were the tag was they had 24 count there then Joe the manger came over told him he said I don't know I just got here I told him how the women sent the young kid he pulled tag gave it to her then said to me I don't know if that true so I am thinking wait I'm being called a lier the women at self check just stood there and said nothing she should of said this was the tag that was given to me it should of been honor at that price with buy one get one free was not my fault they put product in wrong place with wrong price when the manager ask me what he wanted me to do I said take it off my order he ask me again I explain the tag to him again still said what do you want me to do, what he should of done is honor the price with the buy one get one free and apologies for inconvenience but I didn't even get that. I am very put out by your store and horrible customer service .

ACME Markets store manager - alison

My husband works for acme and the store manager at acme is constantly drunk or high on cocaine text messaging his phone. It's extremely unprofessional and I'm confused as to why such a big company would put someone like her in a management position. I can provide screen shots of messages if necessary. She has repeatedly reached out to him and unnecesSary hours of the night and it's getting to the point my husband will need to abandon his management position.

ACME Markets customer service

Everytime I walk in the store I can never find anything... The store manager is always gone the store is outta control the women at the front of the store name sue is nasty has a smart mouth and she is a manager she needs to be fired.. Her attitude is horrible she talks to the workers like trash. And for the store director who is never there or always on his phone he is horrible how do you run a store like that I asked to speak with him every day and he is never there

ACME Markets advertising out of stock

I've tried 2 ACME market stores 1 in pa. And 1 in cape May n.j. neither store is covering their advertised items they advertise and always out of stock they advertise Blue dog treats nothing ive been watching for over a month but yet there is 14 rows of milk bone treats Acme markets is the worst for supporting their adds there horrible the problem in Jersey there is no close competition time to travel i guess to Shop rite they always have their add covered every time I'm in there area on a 1 to 10 Acme is 0

ACME Markets starbucks

I was very excited when I found out this location was opening because it is very convenient for me. I soon found out that only one employee seemed to be able to make my drink properly. Now I've been told she no longer works there and I did try to be optimistic, thinking it has been quite some time now I'm sure the others have learned. I have went 3 times now on 3 separate occasions with a different one of your employees making it each time since jessie left and at this point I must say, I wont be going back. I mean, how hard is it to make a proper flat white with raw sugar melted into the espresso?

ACME Markets store manager

I was accussed of shoplifting at this store. There was no theft, the store manager took it upon himself to make this WRONG decision. The store mngr. Physically grabbed me, assult, and threw me out the store. I resisted by defending myself because I did not want to be arrested. Instead, I am pursuing legal action against this man for assult. He had no right putting his hands on me, and Acme will be sued.

ACME Markets 1400 e passyunk ave philadelphia pa

I had two coupons that I had given the cashier and once I looked at the receipt after I had gotten home I realized that the coupons were not even scanned or put towards my receipt. The coupons would have taken $14 off of my total and they were not taken off and they were not given back to me. I am very upset with this as i should not have paid the full price for these items.

ACME Markets pomegranate

Good afternoon,
This is the third time that I'm buying a pomegranate and I need to
throw it away because it is rotten.
I couldn't eat a piece of the three because as soon as they opened they were brown inside. All three were rotten.
I bought them at three different times in the last 2 weeks, a sign that fruit is not checked and changed often.
I basically threw the money 3 times for nothing.
it is not the first time that it happens, I often see cheeses like fete, for example, expired for weeks and it is always me who points this out to the employees ..
This is unbelievable for a good food store.

ACME Markets workplace atmosphere

Unhappy to report that both Sheryl & Nick have very rude and disrespectful behavior towards me as a IRI rep for many years now and even as a customer. They have the entire staff the same way with the few there who were friendly the same. There isn't a lot of experienced IRI reps but I will have to drop the store if this continues and cannot be ignored any longer. Mike and the staff do a wonderful job so I enjoy collecting the weekly displays and he is always pleasant towards me despite his workload. One day I witnessed a terrible employee exchange and I had to decline because I already knew how unfair Sheryl and Nick would be because Sheryl never handled what I reported to her years ago. She just joined in on the rudeness. The atmosphere is like a homophobic-like high school with much discrimination. This could all have been avoided with a cordial hello while I'm working the store to feel a little welcome.

ACME Markets checking out of self checkout

On Sept 17th around 9 am. I went to the acme to buy a few things. I shop at this acme constantly but one particular time was not comfortable. It was a woman standing by the s of check out and the entire time. I felt like I was being watched. It was another customer checking who she didn't seem as interested in but soon as I left then she goes back to her post. I don't need to steal, I get paid very well and get food stamps. I felt very disrespected. I almost returned everything just so she can keep it since she was so worried about what was in my cart.

ACME Markets monopoly contest

I won a 500 grocery card on monopoly and called my store to ensure where to send board they said send to address on game. I did.
I never received anything and called Acme headquarters and they said I should be gotten it at store although on board it said anything over 200 has to be sent in.
I am heart broken that I never got it as I worked hard I. this and really needed the money for food.

ACME Markets digital coupons and technical services

I consistently experience problems with the DIgital Coupons, just for U. this program never works the way it was designed to. I have latest mobile phone and when going into the app, continuous shows "unable to access server", and when using my laptop at home, does not allow access, indicating "retry". I have re downloaded the App as well. Your program does not work. I use other store's digital coupons, (Wegman's & Shoprite's in my area)and other throughout the states in my travels, and never a problem. As I have advised many shoppers at Acme, shop in the other stores for better sale, value and no stress digital coupons. The process is a 3 step download & transfer, which should be simply ONE. Just check to select discount item and it DONE!

Most shoppers experience these same problems. complaining in store does not help and the service employees do not want to help people. My neighborhood store, Willingboro, NJ has a high percentage of Seniors and Disable Shoppers because it is located near 2 Senior and over 55 Developments.

ACME Markets person...

A courtesy girl by the name of Nichole was smoking a vape behind the courtesy counter. It was on 8-21-19 at 7:25 ish ... It should be on tape ? This girl is a complainer, She has a bad attitude towards customers and employers . She makes faces out people that she things that are stupid ... she complains to other employees about how other people are stupid . It's just not right for a courtesy counter girl to smoke a vape behind the counter ... BAD for the store ! I wasn't the only one who saw she was smoking .

I was looking through all the aisles and noticed that almost all cereals and apples mostly breakfast food was severely expensive for $5 a normal box of cereal and $2.99 a pound of apples golden delicious- this store should go out of business and when it does I will be jumping for joy and relief of money overspending on necessities such as simple as apples! ACME Markets store made 'fruit dip'

This store used to put their FRUIT DIP in a regular 2 piece round plastic container...now they've been putting it in a rectangular container that is one piece...sometimes the top is sealed so tight that when you do get it opened, the dip flies off the instead top of the container! AND since this same container has narrow 'RIBS' on the inside, so much of the dip is WASTED cause it's hard to clean it off! I complained about it several times but it is one ear & out the other! NO ONE IN MANAGEMENT EVER LISTENS TO THE CUSTOMER! Acme has TERRIBLE customer service!

Also -on SEVERAL occasions, I have found food on the shelves & in the cold cases that are WAY PAST their expiration date! I've brought it to their attention, but AGAIN no listens nor does anything about it!

Another complaint is that they took away the 'day old' bakery shelf! WHY? I used to be able to AFFORD to buy desert on that shelf! Which brings me to my LAST complaint - the PRICES! Some things are SO overpriced that I could go across the street to SHOP RITE or go 3 miles to the SUPER WALMART & find the SAME item for $1.00 - $3.00 CHEAPER! That's why I can no longer afford to but baked goods @ regular prices in Acme!
