Ackermans Storesaccount limit raise

About a month back I aplied for a limit raise on my account. I heard nothing for about 3 week. Went back to the store on 28 Sep 2019 and called customer service. They said they will let me know within 42 hours . Until this day I havent heard a word. They could just tell me they dint want my money. I feel like closing my account at ackermans and go somewhere else.
