Ackermans z wave placed in security system

I have contacted Ackerman Customer Service out of Roswell, Ga. For a total of 4 times I have had to take off work only to have them either not show up or if they did it was always two hours after assigned time. Last visit they were 2 hours after appt. time they showed but were never given the part to put in the device. I was told that they would have me set up for first appt today. I just spoke to customer service and rep only to find out they will not be here again until after 2 hours past appt time. I called in advance to confirm first appt and part was given to the repair person and was told all was set. I did ask for a credit and only got 45.00 of. Still have to pay the repair service which would be more than the credit they offered. I have lost 4 vacation days for this. I was very happy with Ackerman Security but your customer service department needs improvement big time.

I would appreciate your office looking into this so nobody else will have to go through this again.

Ackermans bad customer service (faulty boot zippers)

I went to a store at Sammy Marks square(Pretoria) yesterday (Thursday) and was there round about 17:35 since i came from work, where i needed to exchange my child's boots which i had got on Tuesday. the pair seem to be faulty since the zipper cannot stay up and now my child has to keep on lifting it since she had worn the shoes to school (even the teachers complained since the shoes were bugging the child every time and they tried assisting with no change). The guy i dealt with had no name tag like the other 2 who also came and did not even bother listening to what i was saying while i was explaining that the boots had problems.
The guy that i was dealing with, i was told he is the one dealing with kids section. I later found out his name was Oarabile(not sure if he gave me his real name which i had asked myself) bluntly told me that he sees no problem with the shoes and he can't help me, that my child should not have worn the shoes so that he can be able to resell to another customer but since she had did so, that means its stock loss for him. i begged the guy telling him as i was talking to him my daughter has no warm shoes and i was fine with taking any boot of the same amount/even less, he could not careless he said he would need that child to come there and wear the shoes so he can see proof.
i mean why the hell will i chose to waste time to return a shoe that i chosen and bought if it did not have a problem. the guy was rude to the extent that he kept on working on whatever he was doing and continuously said there is no way he could assist with the exchange. i have lost an amount of R169.95 since my child will not be able to wear that shoe ever. i was so angry but i decided to keep calm and walk out, i am really disappointed..

Ackermans service received from ackermans krooonstad due to return of item bought

I bought stuff cash at Ackermans on 03/05/2018, I exchange a pair of leggings on 08/05/2018. They took the original receipt to keep for the exchange, I explained to them that the boots I bought is for my mom for mothersday, so if she don't like it, will she still be able to return it, which they replied yes. The next weekend, 13/05/2018 we took the boots back, they then said they cannot refund it for cash because there is no receipt. I told them the original receipt is with them they must go look in their files, which the lady said she cannot do it for now, she must put the credit on account. We wanted to see the manager, but she was not on duty. We phoned head office on 14/05/2018, still up to today we did not get any response. I feel that they should have refunded me the cash because it is what they said the first time it wont be a problem, but now it was a problem. Also on sunday the 08/05/2018, their opening hours is 9 O'clock, but they only opened after 10 that they because the manager was also not on duty.

Ackermans Premio P700V tablet

Hy I bought two phones at Ackerman's store last year November Premio P700V tablet. One of the tablets is nolonger working as it had a problem of switching off when unplugged on charger . the one am using now is currently connected to a charger and it switches off when I unplug it, when I connect it to a charger again it usually starts charging at 26% and reach 100% faster .I have dialed *#*#4636#*#* to check my battery status and I found that the battery is good please help I need a solution my email address is... Ackermans amount not refunded by nedbank

Good day,
I would like to submit a complain with Akermans regarding my store card after I was enquiring about the payment I did into my akermans caacount and it happened that the money went into to the wrong account. Apparent Akerams had a joint account with Nedbank at that time and payment I was done on that shared account, and I went to find out about, I was told to call Nedbank after Akermans failed to help for the money to be transfered back into my account. This happened around 2012, I'm not sure about the date.

Can you guys please help to trace my money as I am in need of it. The amount was R600 and was paid in Sandton city branch by my wife when she was still working in Sandton

The enquiry was done at Akermans in Beaufort West branch.

Ackermans customer service

Today, 16.05.2018 I went to Ackersmans Upington in town.
After I had to look for someone to help me on the floor, I finally found someone who was busy unpacking items. I asked the lady if they have a certain size girls school pants. Her answer to me was to go look on the shelve! This kind of service is totally unacceptable. She didn't even look like she wanted to help me. After this I just turned around and walked out the store. Going back to this store isn't even an option for me and I will tell everyone I know of the bad service you get there.

Ackermans cellphone (hurricane)

I Solomon Octavius bought a cellphone (Hurricane)in December 2017 from ackermans kirkwood e/cape in march 2018 it started 2 give me problems (switching of by itself and over heating )so i brought it back 2 the store on the 19th of march 2018 it was send away to be fixed i was told by the staff it would take up to 4 weeks, hence after the 4 weeks were over i started 2 enquire about when i will be receiving my phone i was continually told that the provider that is fixing the cellphone is not answer their phone so even until today 7th of may i have not received my phone or my money back this is very unproffesional and poor service delivery what must i do now

Ackermans staff attitude

I visited an Ackermans store yesterday (2 May 2018 - Parow Center).

I wanted to purchase one of your jackets which I had in the eye for a while now so I wasn't planning on staying long. Inside the shop were about 5 customers at the till and I was still browsing through the jackets.

At that point one of the ladies (Felecia) told one of her colleagues, while I'm standing there... "die mense dink niks van ons nie, hulle Kan gerus huistoe gaan.

I felt quite offended... Yes it might not have been directed at me but my argument to the management was that you do not discuss or speak about the customer so openly and even more in such a disrespectful manner.

I reported the incident to the manager... but her apology wasn't very sincere...

At that moment I left cause my excitement to purchase this item was gone.

This Felecia person was very rude... and I also came from work tired and I tried to be nice because I know how it feels and I also didn't go to the store that time to inconvenience them, but her attitude or comments she made was uncalled for.

I honestly feel that she needs an attitude adjustment.

I hope that you will deal with this matter accordingly.

I have shopped at Ackerman for many years and hopefully many more to come therefore I hope that this is the last incident of such a nature.

Ackermans bad service

On the 20th I received very bad service from the Woodlands store, the store Manager accused me of stealing clothes when I returned the clothes. I had a slip to show I bought the clothes the week before. I phoned Head office to submit a complaint and was told someone will phone me back. Today is the 25th and still have not received a call from Head office.

Ackermans quality of clothes

I went to Ackermans Cresta on Sunday the 22nd of April bought my son a pair of track pants, when we got home we asked my son to try on the pants to see if they fit only to find that the pants are torn. Then on Monday the 23rd of April i took the pants back to Ackermans Southdale as i work in the area when i got home i asked my son to try them on again only to find the pants were torn again, i mean i really do not have time to be driving up and down to Ackermans. Please check the quality of clothes before they get sold to custormers.

Ackermans refund

I requested a refund. The refund was given on 3 April 2018 and I was given the option to take it in cash, or refund it in my Credit card (the same card the purchase was done on). I was told it would take 7 business days (therefore by 12 April 2018). It is still not in my account and today 19 April 2018 they insist I must provide 3 months of bank statements. How is this invasion of my privacy fair practice. They are to prove they paid my refund.

Ackermans poor service

I went to the store to buy my son a school pants, I asked them to help me they provided me with the trouser only to get home it was a girls trouser. I then went back to exchange this item. When I got there they refused to exchange the item because they were off line. The two ladies at the front desk refused to help me. Eventually management was called and they exchanged the item and they did it manually, so this is my complaint they could have just did it manually the first time and there would be no problems clearly the staff was not trained on how to exchange products when they off line or it could just be that they were lazy

Ackermans poor customer service provided by cashier

I visited Ackermans store in Lilian Ngoyi street in Pretoria i was there to buy trouser which is part of my child's school uniform. My daughter told me that their trousers are available at a selected store but i choose to try to buy at ackermans first, bring it home and check if its not the same material and design as the one from the store she refereed me to. I explained to the cashier that i was told to go to a certain store but i prefer ackermans so should i go home and find out that the trouser i bought is different from the one required will they be able to refund me so that i can go elsewhere, the lady was so rude to me she to me its not gonna be possible to get refund its best i leave the trouser and go buy where i was told to go. I told her that the school has its own store whereby i was not able to get to at the time, she asked which school is that, i told her and she says her child is also attending a private school so i should not act like am the only one with a child in private school, while saying all that her attitude was annoying, i left the trouser and the following day i went to Ackermans in Quagga center in pretoria West I explained to the staff member whom said Ackermans stores do give refunds then i bought the trouser and when i got home i found that the trouser is accepted at school.
I tried to turn a blind eye onto the service i received at first store but i just can't it even got to the point whereby today i went back to the store to get name of the person who was being ride to me "THABANG". She doesn't deserve to be in the face of the customers.

Ackermans service in store

I have had 2 terrible experiences at Ackermans Signet Terrace, Lenasia. Last week I went to buy a gift for a friend and while in store 1 of the employees tried to chat me up while some of his partners in crime tried to open my bag. Luckily I felt my bag being opened.
Today I went in to change the size of a pyjamas I bought for my son. When I bought it, it was on a hanger saying 12-18months when I got home I saw it was actually 3-6months. I went back today, tag still attached to the garment, unfortunately I had misplaced my slip. I was received with attitude. The cashier insinuated that I always dont have slips which isnt true. The manager was called to do an over write and she told me I was supposed to see her at the door to. inform her that I was making a return. But when I entered there was NO ONE at the door. Then the cashier rudely told me he will not give me a slip because I didnt bring. one. I understand I didnt have my slip but their rudeness was completely uncalled for. They know me because I am a frequent customer. Just on monday I spent R550 there. I love ackermans clothing but to get rudeness when going in store is not worth it. I am appalled at the level on unprofessionalism.

Ackermans next mobile m!

I bought the M1 phone on the 21st March 2018 the phone has been giving me problems since day 3 of purchase, it switches itself off even when the battery is full and won't turn till I put it on the charger,

Sometimes it doesn't show my contacts I have to keep rebooting until the contacts pop up again.

I've been writing to Ackermans on their complaints page but nobody has ever gotten back to me till this day.

As I'm typing this my phone switched of last night and I left it in a charger only woke at 3 to switch back on but when I woke up this morning the phone it was off again it won't switch on till now.

Ackermans manager (nathan)

I'm being harrassed by this Ackerman's manager from Port Elizabeth branch in Govern Mbeki street. Whenever I got to the shop he always claims that I consult customers to buy with my credit card. Today he promised to cut my credit card when we wanted to buy gifts for a friend who recently got a baby. Now I had to travel to Greenacres shop to buy the gifts. I do not accept that treatment anyday and if this happens again. I will sue the guy and take him to court.

Ackermans my child got hurt in store

Was in your store today. My nephew got hurt in your store today. The rail fell on top of my nephew. Very upset none of your staff came to see if his ok. Some lady pass by only to find out later that she's the manager by the name of Siza. Now my point is how can you have a rail on the sales floor that only has 3 wheels on it. Please I need feed back on this equipment that's not suppose to be on the floor. To top it all your manager has no idea on how to log a customer incident report. The store is Signet Terrace Lenasia South. But I would like to say thank you Nonceba Ntuzlea.

Ackermans service at ackerman's norkem park

Bought 4 pants (coudroy) for my boy a week ago. He wore 1 a day ago. I washed it today with my machine and it tore on all the seems. Took it back to the store wet as it was, together with the other new 3. And they wouldn't give me my money back because I didn't have the receipt anymore. Instead a gift card, meaning I'd have to buy there again. Well I didn't keep the receipt because the product fitted perfectly and I was satisfied with the product until I washed it. The manager on duty today the 2nd of April 2018 wouldn't hear of it, instead she said she doesn't think it's the washing that tore the trouser... This is quality defect, why am I forced to buy there again. Well I cancelled the layby I had with them, that I took on the same day as this purchase (well I had reasons to keep that receipt) and bought something else with that voucher. And that was my last purchase ever at Ackerman's. For that manager's stinking attitude...

Ackermans security

Dear all,
I've had one of the darkest day of my life in Ackermans Cresta Mall today. I entered the shop today 31st of March 2018 around 12:30. As I was walking in the aisles with my kids, looking for items I caught sight of a beautiful ballerina beige. As I was helping my daughter to fit the shoe on her foot, there was a lady who suddenly came and she engaged the conversation with me about the size of the shoes and the age of my daughter. Little did I know that the lady was distracting me for her friend behind to steal my purse. They did succeed. When I went to the till to pay, no purse and my bag opened. I called the manager of the store and reported the matter, only for him to tell me that there are NO CAMERAS in the store. How can a big store like Ackermans be without cameras! What about the security of the shoppers. They took a considerable amount of money (R3000) and all my cards were gone... up to now, nothing has been done about it. They just said there is nothing they can do about it. SO GUYS BEWARE THE ACKERMANS SHOPS YOU ARE GOING TO. THEY DONT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS FOR YOUR OWN AND THEIR OWN SECURITY

Ackermans two onesies I bought

I am very disappointed in the items that I bought on the 22.03.2018 for my two gals it was the all in one bunny onesies. Both has loose stitching one on the arm and one between the legs. The price was R169.99 each. Does the cloths not get checked before putting it on rails? We went camping this weekend and that's the reason I bought it for them to wear at night so as I was dressing them Friday evening the 23.03.2018 I saw the loose stitching. I had no choice but for them to wear it. My details are as follows :
