My Carrier HVAC failed Saturday, July 6, 2019. I called a local well know HVAC company and they could not do warranty work for my Carrier unit. So I called Accurate Mechanical, a Carrier authorized service provider. A technician arrived Monday evening and determined the converter board was fried and needed replaced.

Despite my efforts, no one returned my calls.
So I started looking into alternatives.
I made other arrangements and avoided Accurate Mechanical.
I now have a warranted converter board which will be installed in the AM tomorrow.
Around 3:30 today I finally received a call from Accurate, they have not even ordered the converter yet and it will take days to get it before they would discuss scheduling the repair. I declined, I made better arrangements myself.

Carrier's warranty restrictions forced me to deal with Accurate. I don't' understand why Carrier would associate itself with such a vendor.
This association makes if difficult, if not impossible, to recommend the Carrier Infinity system to my friends and neighbors.
