AccountNow Refund

Account now has been saying they have issued me a check for the remaining balance on my account after it was closed and fraudulent activity for a total amount of $3924.42. I was told the check was issued on 3/17/21 which I never received and was told another check was reissued on 4/19/21 which I have never received. Every time I call regarding my payment I'm being told the same thing over and over again. Which is we have escalated the issue to our back office and will take 72 hours for a response. I've been told this same script since March 17, 2021. I have even requested a statement and keep being told I should receive it the next day and I still haven't received. The company is acknowledging my payment is owed in the amount of $39249.42 but has not issued. This company is fraudulent and is stealing money. Can anyone please help? I'm not sure of what to do and I can't afford a lawyer at this time.

Desired outcome: To receive my check totaling $3929.42

AccountNow replacement card / phone number change

Beginning of March I was informed my cards expiration was almost up - i called to have one sent since they did not send me one as they were suppose to. I had to give my full social as a verification vs last 4 digits. I felt very uncomfortable. After 10 min I was told I would get card in 7-10 business days. Also informed them after calling numerous times the number on account was incorrect for my phone. Lied to that it was changed. I live in az and number is over 6 yrs old from California. Well is now end of march - all my accounts associated with my card is not allowing me in until card info updated. Called again was told another would be sent. This has gone on almost a month now. It is becoming clear talking to the reps they are not in america - just the call center is. They can never give proper info on my account . Is scary. How long should one wait for them to do their job?

Desired outcome: SEND UPDATED CARD WITH UPDATED EXPIRATION DATE.

AccountNow Accountnow card use

ACCOUNTNOW ARE THIEVES! The stimulus was going to deposit the next day - so they came up with a bogus fraud charge on my account - they charged me for the fraud charge then cancelled the card made me pay $25 to have a card overnighted on a Friday morning and now it is Monday and still no card! I haven't used the card since December of last year and the have already debited a $9.95 maintenance fee! So that's $45 they have taken from my stimulus and I still can't access my money! RUN DO NOT USE THIS CARD OR COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU!

Desired outcome: I WANT THE 3 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT ALSO THE OVERNIGHT EXPEDITED CARD FEE OF $25 RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT

AccountNow Unauthorized charges to my account / dispute denied

I recently was charged three different transactions to my account in the amount of $420.00 I filed a dispute with the account now customer service dispute department, and was denied after submitting all the required legal documentation they ask for. Accountnow/Greendotcorp Bank, has been doing scams to many customers throughout the years, and I have falling into being victimized with their scams and fraud. It is time for our voices to be heard, we are hardworking Americans who have families and Many bills to pay, specially during this hard times of Covid-19 situation. I deeply that Accountnow should be investigated for many frauds that has done to their customers during the last couple of years. Thank you

Desired outcome: Account now needs to get investigated immediately. Customers are hurting financially. And these people need to be Stopped

I CHARLOTTE DRUMMOND NEED A NEW REPLACEMENT CARD I HAVE HAD TJIS ACCOUNT FOR SEVERAL YEARS MY PAY IS DIRECT DEPOSITED TO MY CARD ENDING IN 4425. I ACCIDENTLY CUT MINE UP THOUGHT IT EXPIRED. NOW YALL WANT ALL THIS INFO MY STIMULOUS IS ON IT YOU JUST REJECTED MY PAYCHECK. YOU DIDNT ASK FOR ALL THIS CRAP WHEN I GOT THE CARD. I ASKED TO TRANSFER THE MONEY TO ANOTHER CARD. YALL SAID NO UNLESS I SEND ID WELL I CANT CAUSE YOUR HOLDING MY MONEY TO GET MY REPLACEMENT BECAUSE ITS EXPIRED.

AccountNow Account now debit card

My account now debit card expired and has money still on it. $595, and I've tried numerous times to speak to someone and get the situation resolved. I want my money that's owed to me.
This situation has gone on for a long time. No one speaks English and they are not any help in getting this resolved. I need my money.

AccountNow sba loan/payroll check

These people are straight robbing people. I received a SBA loan for my small business and I do have a regular job that I get my direct deposit also to this account. Well when my sba loan got deposit they locked my account without giving me a explanation to why. I sent in all documents that I was told but still they keep telling me within 72 hours I should received a decision. Well its been a month nothing has happened I keep calling they keep telling me they need to verify my deposit. How can I send verification for a deposit that I did online. So now my payroll was deposit also and they still will not give me access to my account.

AccountNow Card being locked

On 7-29-2020@8pm I used my card to get pizza, then I went to the dg 10 min down the road and my card was declined. Of course account now was closed at this time in the evening. I called the following morning 7-30-2020 to customer service to find out what was going on. I was told my card was compromised and locked for further details. Cs stated it could take 24-72 hours to resolve this issue. I called 7-30 thru 8-3 to see if they have heard anything about unlocking my card. Cs stated they still have not received any new information from the back office. Then I was told on 8-3 it would take another 24-72 hours. On 8-5-2020 I seen where it said up could upload documents so I sent my dl, ss, and my account now card to them. I called several times on days 8-3 through 8-7 and on 8-7 I was told by cs that I would have access to my account on monday. Well monday 8-10 is here and when I called cs and spoke to them and a supervisor I was told the back office received my documents and reviewed them on 8-9-2020 but they still do not have an update. The supervisor told me it could wait till thursday but he is hoping they hear something soon. My direct deposit from my employer was sent back to my employer on 8-6 and it could take 3-5 days for my employer to receive my money back and then they have to re issue me my money. I do not understand why it takes so long for them to unlock my account when I sent proof of identification. They will not even close my account and send me what is in my account until the back office resolves this issue. This is my hard working money, not theirs they have no right to not release my funds to me. It should not take 2 weeks. I have bills that are due food to buy and I had to cx plans last week and possibly this week if they do not fix my account. I feel like they are stealing my money, they have no right to it.

They did the same thing to me and stole $420 I feel like is an inside job... I filed a complaint and they denied my claim and lock my account... I wan my money back... I hate this company

AccountNow Card locked

my social security check deposited the end of February it came for my March check. When I went to use it it got denied. I called account now and want to know what was going on with my card they told me that my account has been promised and then I need to just send in three forms of identification which was a bill with my address my license and my Social Security card I've sent all three copies several times since then . They told me that I would have to wait three business days and the back office will check into it every time that I've called and waiting to three business days or representative would keep telling me that they couldn't open up a certain documents I've called several times I keep sending documentation they said that they were able to open up the one in PDF with my bill open up a PDF copy of my license and they were all getting the one with my Social Security card and I've sent PDF and it sent that copy on four different occasions three or four I've also sent an email and it saying that the recipients box is full and the email was denied I have faxed a copy of my Social Security card as well every time I come back it's the same thing when I asked to speak with the back office and wanted to know what the problem was why they can't open it I was told to just keep sending it and every time he called it would take three more business days we are now in the month Of April and I still don't have access to my friends I've stopped direct deposit from going to that account and I now have my Social Security check going to a different bank. Every time I try to call to find out the update and the status that automated has me put all my information and then I'm told that they are closed I need to have access to my friends this is ridiculous I'm starting to feel like it's fraudulent and I'm going to have to take other measures I've contacted Social Security to let them know what's going on AccountNow either has to return my funds or they have to unlock me card since then I've received a couple other cards but they are in an active when I check my balance they keep taking money out of my money and I don't know what that's about can you please look into this and see what's going on I am now attaching what they're saying they need a copy of my Social Security cardI can be reached at [protected] my email is [protected]@gmail.com my account number is [protected] my last four digits of card number is 2697 my DOB is 11/04/70 last four of social is 0798 please let me know something

AccountNow I want my money.

On February 27th 2020 I went to use my card like I always do I go to put in my pin number and it says it's the wrong number and I know I did so when I tried it twice I was locked out, so I called and as always so lame excuse as to why it was locked but I had to send in a copy of my driver's license and a copy of the card and they told me it'll be 3 to 5 business days for them to review it.So I'm like ok cool now I can get my money so as the days go by on the fifth day I call cause I can't access my account still then they tell me I need to send it something else with my physical address on it and again it'll be another 3 to five business days. So now here we are I've gotten paid again today which is Friday the 13th I call about my money I was asked millions of questions then I was told I needed a bank or debit card in order for me to get my money back and I told him that I didn't and he wasn't even listening to what I had to say after I kept telling him that I didn't have a bankcard and he was very rude and tried to hang up with me because I didn't have a bank card to get money that already belongs to me and I want my money now.

AccountNow Deposit

My name is Wesley Porter I have called account now it's customer service numerous of times from the 19th until the 23rd of December 2019 they keep saying every day that it's going to post the next day the next day the next day and I still have not received my disability check social security said they had spent sent direct deposit notification to them on the 19th and I still have not received my deposit can somebody help me get my deposit I really need it my utilities have all been shut off due to not getting my disability check deposit

AccountNow I'm complaining about being denied access to my direct deposit

On December 16th I called in to the account now customer service call center and inquired about some transactions that was on my account and I was asked if I felt the card was compromised and I in turn said no I didn't and the representative that I spoke with took it upon their self to cancel my card and reissue a new one a poem reissuing a new card I made several attempts to gain access at my phone I was denied access and was told that AccountNow did not provide any features to assist the customer so there was nothing that they could do to allow me access at my funds I will just have to wait for my replacement card I received my replacement card on the 24th of December I called to activate my replacement card and was told that the replacement card as well was deactivated and I was also told that my account was permanently closed due to someone someone calling in on my replacement card

AccountNow Poor customer service

Account now has the worst customer service in the world. I would never recommend this card to anyone. They took my money. I would burn my money before I ever open another account with this company. I had an issue with my card. I called at least 10 times, I spoke to 5 different managers who didn't even know how to speak english and the issue was never resolved. I am out of $400.00 due to no fault of my own.

My name is Derrick Bridges last four card number #8959
I called customer service inquiring about why my card was declining for a specific purchase when I made the same purchase September 5, 2019 in the amount of 25 dollars. The agent told me they do not allow transaction outside the United States. I'm trying to make a purchase from the same website. What's the problem, the customer service representative gave me the silent treatment I had no choice but to hang up. I've been an account now customer for quite some time. After this experience I'm definitely looking into switching to another company.

AccountNow Holding money hostage

This online bank is the biggest scam and usery of peoples money. Do not use them. We are going foward with a major lawsuit. Contact me if you feel the same ... suing for liable, punitive and descrimination against disabled and homeless. My attorney says we have strong case. These people truely made a grave error in screwing me over. Think im some poor homeless nobody. Yanking my chain and taunting me on phone. Ridiculous demands .. huge mistake messed with the way wrong guy. We are going to shut them down. Consider class action txt me 415 574 7597 . Please type word Now, at openìng of txt. I will know its regaurd. Thank you

AccountNow Debit card

Account Now closed my account stating the deposit was too much. At the time they closed my account I had $6990.00 in the account (according to the first person I talked to). He had informed me I needed to ask my payer to pull the money back out, however, my payer didn't know what I was talking about. I called again and talked to another person who had informed me that my balance was $5200.00, so what happened to $1700 in the matter of a week I don't know and they couldn't tell me. The only thing was told that if my employer didn't pull the money out the money would be turned over to my state...I filed with BBB and haven't heard anything from them as of yet. I will file with the banking commission, as this is a significant amount of money. Account Now caused me significant financial distress as they closed my account without telling me or giving me warning they were doing so. They are not a trustworthy company to trust your money with, they should be investigated and closed down.

AccountNow Payment not received

on june 19th i had 2 seperate deposits of $100 posted to my account due to the fact they were from another country they had to be verified first.I have received payment for one of the deposits and keep being told the other $100. deposit is still pending.Both deposits came from same place on same day why am I not recieveing payment from other deposit posted to my account on june 19.? Also i recieved a deposit from same place on july 16th it was posted to my account and once again no funds received, ?It also was for $100.I at least deserve some kind of answer after 30 days of waiting.I feel like your company is just holding my money and one youll decide to pay me the funds that where sent to you for me.8years I have been a customer I beleive I am due some courtisy.Wich i havent been shown' please release my money I need it

I have the Same Exact Issue. ...and my Deposit is for $100 also.from online casino winnings...Accountnow has been holding now for 3 weeks ...i been with them over 5 years...NOT ANYMORE..and My Payroll deposit they will get no more

AccountNow Money was taken out of my account and I have not got any help from anybody from accountnow and 2 to 3 years

Okay I signed up for account now and 2015 and I used the card all the way to 2016 I was notified about my card from my email that I had a long time ago was telling me that I was having money taken out my account and account now did not let me know anyting I was scammed on my card money from my checking's was going on an online site I don't know anything about and I tried to call them last year they was telling me that there's nothing that they can do about it

AccountNow My atm card I have been waiting on since june 3 2019

I have been calling account now some the 3rd of June about my card. I sent them my Drivers license with my address on it at that time and my account number then they asked for my insurance policy and a bill I folded them I was living with someone I didn't have a Bill in my name as of today I haven't received my card or money. I tried to give them another address because I had to move they refused to take it i am 70years old I need my money I am on social security I stopped my direct deposit in June my new address is 501 Santa Fe St /P.O Box 70 Alvarado Texas 76009 I am living with my mother right now
