I actually spoke to someone in their office who assured me that the account had been cancelled but clearly my credit card details we passed on. hey everyone, cancel your cards. A contract has to be entered by both parties understanding terms and conditions. Even if you clicked all the tabs and then gave card details you should have received confirmation of a company address and a number to call: ie : customer services. If you are having amounts taken from your c/card/s then cancel them and have them re-issued. also speak to your bank about disputing the amounts taken. Acai burn may have terms and conditions but the terms and conditions are certainly not watertight and sketchy at best. any further charges after this - take legal action.

The product did not work! Then I receive two bottles of the flush on back to back days. I did not order them. All I can get back is 40% of 1 bottle. Your return policies are a damn joke and pure scam not to return a full refund on a product that fails to give results. Better Buisness should shut you down! So here I set with 2 bottles of crap that I am unable to receive full refund even if I pay for the return shipping(not refunded).

I agree. I tried the trial bottle and was charged for 3 more bottles and a subscription, I understand from the bank, to an elite club where a debit of a further £36.00 and 2.45 are made to your account from Cyprus for nutritional health products.

They do not respond or refund your money even after you send the products back and they cannot be reached. It is a TOTAL SCAM as confirmed by the bank as they are catching out so many with these additional charges and subscription which they claim are their terms and conditions.
I had to have my card confiscated to stop them defrauding me further.

ahhh, where did sharilynR's response disappear to? never mind we now have shane2 hi shane2, i understand you would be able to help all these people who foolishly handed over credit card details (for post and packing)?! would you be able to leave contact numbers for all those people in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, oh and please tell them the times they would need to contact, as obviously 9-5 is different in other countries than acaiburn's 'headquarters' i.e. after 1pm for the UK or they will only receive a deadline making people believe they cannot contact on that number, leaving customers very frustrated, you believe customer service is your number one priority...(sorry wiping the tears of laughter away there!) Go on give some more help!

Best thing to do is cancel your c/card and get a new one. That way they can't take any more money from you. If you don't and you don't cancel with ALL the bogus companies taking out of your account, you WILL continue to get stolen from.
Cancelling with all the other companies is impossible, I tried, I was given wrong numbers time and again. Even if you do get to cancel with them all, there is no certainty they won't use another company to withdraw your money.

If you do manage to read a copy of the terms and conditions, there is a clause in it that says they reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without informing you. I.e. letting other 'companies' have your c/card details.

I can't stress enough, close your c/card and get a new one. Fully inform your bank of what has happened and hopefully they can recoup funds for you. At the very least, Dazzlewhite and its many guises will not be able to extort another penny from you.

This is a suggestion for people who buy products on the WEB.
If you like buying products on the WEB but don't know the vendor your buying from and wish to keep from being billed repeatedly. Here is what you can do:
First go to a local retail store and purchase a "one time fee gift card" in an amount that you are comfortable with. be it $25.00, $50.00, $100.00 or an amount that larger than that if it is available. DO NOT BUY A REFILLABLE OR RELOAD-ABLE CARD. In other words it has to be a visa or mastercard that will be expended and never used again(when all funds are gone)! Be sure the amount is larger than your item you wish to purchase. Next be sure to register the card with the issuer before you buy anything. The address can even be a P.O. box but some vendors will not ship to a P.O. box! Next make your purchase without worry because when the card funds are below the price of the item you wish to try then the Dis-honest type vendors can not re bill the card due to a lack of funds on the card. Be sure to go back to the card issuer to check the balance that is left. when you wish to use what is left simply go to a retail store and use a calculator to determine how much cash you need to buy something with the balance of the card included. ie: buy an item you like at wal-mart then when they tell you the total tell them to charge the amount equal to the balance of the expendable card. then pay the remaining balance that is left with cash. after the card is completely expended shred it, cut it up or just throw it away your name is not on it anyway. It just says gift card on the front anyway. Just so you know these cards have a one time fee of $5.00 or $10.00 depending on the company that issued it. also they will charge a monthly fee after 6 months. So don't buy one until you need it and be sure to use it up before 6 months goes by. SO BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE GIFT CARD BEFORE YOU BUY IT. I do recommend you buy the card with the $5.00 fee. there isn't much difference in service that you receive with the $10.00 fee gift card.
There is one last thing you need to know about these cards YOU MUST PAY FOR THE CARD AND FEE WITH CASH AS YOU CAN NOT CHARGE IT TO A CREDIT CARD TO BUY THE GIFT CARD.
There you now have a solution for buying from vendors on the WEB that your not sure you can trust.

I looked everywhere for terms and conditions and could not find any as I was concerned it would be a scam. I never imagined how bad a scam it could be. Your company is disgusting and you know it. Anyway, regardless of terms and conditions - why advertise a product as free and continue to charge someone $150/month until they cancel their card... you are pirates of the worst kind :(

My mistake the company is now called acaiburn ultra, at least a few things are made clearer about signing up for other subscriptions, but why change such a fantastic website if everything is so clear and easy to understand. I guess they must have their reasons. Us stupid little people who don't read things must be punished i guess, but acaiburn had no money from me, because i read and understood them.

oh hi sharilyn R, i can't seem to find the acaiburn website, so their terms and conditions no longer exsist for the 'subscriptions' i've 'applied' for. You seem sooooooo helpful in explaining what we have to do to cancel and you are soooooo concerned about any inconvenience, please could you advise everyone what they should do if acaiburntm no longer exsists, it seemed such a legitimet company and had such good business practices, what a shame we can no longer see their website, never mind, what advice would you like to give, did acaiburn turn into acaislim, as their terms and conditions state nothing about subscriptions, only i found them in their Public Relations it's all so confusing, please would you like to comment so other people may know what to do, it's not their fault if the terms and conditions no longer exsists!

Where can I get Uk Numbers? This company screwed me for money then offered my bank details to other companies who are now doing the same. I am finding it very difficult to cancel anything. Do not buy anything without paypal or a credit card with insurance! I don't know how these people sleep at night- i've had around £100 debited from my account over the last 3 months and I thought i'd signed up for a FREE trial!

Acai Burn are thieves, a complete con. Warning once you have cancelled your premium membership they will still take money from your account. Third party names - myfitbalance.com, www.moneysupermark, ezykit, elitepack! These supposdly are for the emails?
I've had to close my bank account as it is a debit card and they can't do anything about it!

I've emailed the Oprah show as they claim she endorsed them, the FTC and the OFT.
I just spoke to their 'customer' services'. I asked how she could work for a company that steals from people, how did she sleep at night? No response apart from in that Whiney accent "Is there anything else I can help you with today".

I will never buy online again with a debit card, certainly never buy from an American company either.

Be WARNED - ACAIBURN.COM is a SCAM. They are thieves who have conscience!

ACAI BURN IS A SCAM!

Ok, I saw the free trial thing and put in my card info, and just found out they have been charging me different amounts every month since then and they never even sent me my free trial! Ranging from about $5 to $70... every month was something different.

I suppose I will see them in court!

I also got scammed by this company, and my bank suggested I file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission & the Attorney General, as the Better Business Bureau does not have the ability to prosecute. Here's the letter that I submitted to the FTC - I would recommend that other consumers do this is also, as they do not prosecute individual complaints, but rather investigate entities with numerous complaints of a similar nature. I know it seems like overkill, and I was about to just let it slide, change my card number & move on, but I feel that if everyone does this, it'll never stop.

Letter:
I willingly ordered a health product from an advertisement that popped up on Facebook for "Acai Burn" & "Acai Force Pro", using my debit card as payment during the middle of August 2017. I was only to be charged for shipping, which I was. I later discovered that the company/shipper was international, so I was also hit with an international surcharge; however, that was my mistake, although I feel that should have been disclosed.) I did receive both products.

Later in August, I received numerous calls from a [protected] number, that I at first ignored, but because the calls became constant and came during work hours, I finally answered, and discovered it was associated with my Acai purchase. I asked them not to call me during work hours, but continued to receive calls until I finally became angry with one of their representatives, and have thankfully not received further calls.

On the morning of Sunday Sept. 20th, I logged into my checking account to make sure everything was in order. I noticed a charge for $79.28 billed on Sept. 16th with an associated fee of $2.38 for an international surcharge. The online description only listed the words "improvehealth" so I called my bank and the only additional information they had for the merchant was a phone number, 866.807.7356. I quickly called this number & received an automated greeting that failed to disclose the company name and asked me to call back later, which struck me as odd. I decided to google both the number & the term "improvehealth" separately and came across numerous complaints of a similar nature. Others also ordered a free trial of a product and then noticed mysterious charges deducted straight from their checking account without further authorization. These same complaints also linked charges bearing the name "improvehealth", "elitepack", "nutritionalsupp [protected]" & the phone numbers 866.807.7356, 623.239.4511, & 888.433.4416 with the same entity. After looking at my checking account, I noticed that I had been billed with charges from all three. The general advice from other ripped off consumers was that the only recourse was to change your card number (which I did), and attempt to dispute the charges, which I am also pursuing, but the latter seemed to be an arduous task.

Luckily I caught this early on with relatively small charges, but I'm dismayed that a company like this is still in existence. (I've also realized there are no shortcuts to proper health and fitness!) It's bizarre that they are even allowed to advertise on Facebook, or other sites, when their profits are clearly derived from a series of unauthorized charges beyond their free trial. And I cannot recall any mention of further charges being disclosed. I know some companies, like my bank even, will offer you a free trial period for a product, but it is clearly disclosed that you need to contact them before your 30 days is up, or you will be charged. That is not the case with this company.

I hope that other consumers have also complained and hope that this company is put out of business and those responsible are prosecuted.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hey everyone! I am in the same shoes as everyone else. They took out two payments of $58.09 from my account and I also noticed that I had money taken out from VHAccess, HealthMember, and ElitePack. All of this came from the Acai Burn free trial so you may want to check your accounts for $7.01, 7.14, 3.24, and 2.96 because this is what they was taking out of my account. You have to cancel all of these things as well as Acai Burn. I called the number on my bank statement which was for the Acai Burn, [protected], and complained. I then told the man I wanted this canceled and he gave me a cancellation #. He also told me to send products that I did not have in order to get my money back. Here are the numbers to the other places if anyone needs them. Good Luck!

hopethis help, just contact your bank and tell them the story, that what I did first. And then I actually contact BBC/watchdog programme to look into the scandal. I warned all my friends and everybody I know. I also checked on the consumer direct website and what we should do is to call and cancel the so called subcription. Make sure you got the cancellation number and the name of the person you spoke to over the phone. They will come up with all sort of excuses and you just have to be firmed and demand the refund.
I am not very happy and going to write a letter to the consumer direct and tell them the story, so if you are happy to do that, please. So, someone can actually look into this wrong doings business.
anyway, I call this number 'maxaciburncom [protected] to complian and asked for refund. A lot of complaints over the internet if you search on google. I do not know whether they are going to refund me or not, but I will do everything to make sure this scam is stop and no more people suffering from it.
