My item already received at ABC branch (MYY) on 27/10/2020 but I still not get my items

My parcel arrived on Oct 19th 2020. But until today Oct 29th, I still bot receiving the parcel. ABX courier not concern at all. should be fix the time, even in CMCO, other courier still doing great job, even poslaju. Pls, fix this problem.

I did not receive my item, but tracking no tells me it has been completed. where is my stuff now

Bertahun sudah kamu menyusahkan kami semua. parcel tidak hantar, hilang etc. Call pun tidak angkat, email tidak jwab tapi bisnes kami dan duit kami cepat kamu sapu. Tolong lah tutup dan buka bisnes kamu di Afrika atau Afgasnistan. Jangan di Malaysia.

Regarding to the tracking number, suppose to be delivered to taman putera jaya kota kinabalu, but in the system its already delivered at lahad datu?!, its been a week but I didnt received any call to inform me. Do something! We pay for you service, not free! If its wrong address who's person that received it? Responsible and respond!

I haven't received my item yet but in shopee information stated that I have received the item and successfully delivered but I havent received it. please do something about it, this is my tracking number SHX04144482CMY. it said in shopee that the item already delivered on 22 October 2020. I hopefully that the item still in the delivery facility at lahad datu sabah and not wrongly delivery to other person or others.

I feel very disappointed with the abx for doing a very slow service, because it has been a long time since my things have reached at the tawau warehouse . but my things were still not delivered to my place, even though the things had arrived at there a few days ago. I hope you can improve and speed up your service. thank you

What do u mean by delivery attempt failed at 19.34. I'm at home from 5pm, never saw anybody from ABX send my parcel. Is't your service like this, [censored].
My parcel was arrived in Kota Kinabalu 2-3 days ago, the information show that out of delivery since 12.19pm today(22/10/2020). What happens nobody sending the parcel but update delivery attempt failed at 7.34pm.
Please improve your [censored] service lah.

I have order an item from wm which only take not more than 1 weeks to arrived to sabah. But its more than a week already but I hvnt received my items yet. When I track the item its show that the delivery was complete but I did not received it yet. I really hope that your company will do something about this since im not the only one who face this kind of situation. Pls do not used PKPB as your excuse. I hope I can get my items since I pay for it thanks in advance! :)

I did track my parcel it was reach at your Operation Centre (BKI) on 8/10/2020, until now no delivery was made my ABX. Did call everyday but no answer and they keep said we will send the parcel soon but until today no action from them. We are pay the delivery service but why ABX treat you customer like this. Even J&T is better and Pos laju. ABX is the worst ever!

Hello. Hereby I attached my tracking update since 2/10/2020, which almost 1week my parcel still do not have any attempt to delivery to my address. Please update me as why the parcel stuck more than a week in warehouse and no delivery. This is the first time im having bad experience since using abx services. Shx52945183cmy

I do understand due to this pandemic covid 19 might have a delay but what make me so unhappy is when the parcel already received at the Kota Kinabalu sabah warehouse since 12/10/2020 which I may highlight to you its been past a week, but the abx still do not have any attempt to make out for delivery to my address. To my concern, why is that. Plus why did they only bothers to update curent location everyday in kota kinabalu? I may not be the pro in how you handling the parcel but usually on my past experience using abx, once received on 12/10/2020, they will attempt to make the delivery asap. Now, please make a update as im worried my parcel already damage (I do hope so much this do not happen) or my parcel are lost.

My parcel arrived at abx Tawau 30 SEP, then the parcel being hold at 07 Oct until now 20 Oct, why the parcel being hold for a long time

Why my parcel not out for delivery yet?

Recently I ordered an item from shoppee, shipping information displayed "parcel is successfully delivered" but I haven't receive anything. Hope can take action ASAP.
