Dalam sistem delivery complete tp barang x pernah pun sampai dekat saya..boleh tolong check di mana barang saya?

Hello.. I buy item online and the seller sent the parcel 28.6.2021 but until now 8.7.2021 the parcel is still at Puncak Alam Hub (PAH). I just want to know what happen with my parcel.. why it stuck at that place.

Rider called 5times but I was in a meeting when the rider called and thus I cannot attend the call. The rider rudely WhatsApp me to answer the call and he simply put my parcel under invalid phone number or address status. This is not fair at all. The house address are pretty clear but yet he still cannot find it. So disappointed. Definitely not recommending ABX to everyone!

Parsel akhir sekali di update pada 05 jun 2021.. Tarikh sepatutnya parsel di hantar pada pelanggan adalah 30 jun 2021.. Jadi.., sekarang saya nak tahu di mana parsel saya..? Saya beli barang bukan pakai air liur..😒.. Saya nak pihak abx bertanggungjawab dalam hal ini.. Jangan nak lepas tangan macam itu saja.. Due date 30 jun 2021.. Sekarang 07 julai 2021.. Parsel yang di beli selepas parsel ini yang sampai dulu..

Parcel tulis delivered tapi tidak sampai ke rumah. Sebelum ni pun ABX hantar parcel ke rumah orang lain.

Tolong semak semula parcel saya di hantar ke rumah siapa.

Saya tidak dapat sebarang info atau call, mesej daripada penghantar sedangkan nombor saya disertakan.

Mohon pihak abx bertanggungjawab dan mencari semula parcel yang tidak sampai ke rumah. Sedangkan saya telah membayar kos penghantaran.

Sila maklumkan kepada saya dengan segera.

I picked up my parcel yesterday 3rd July 2021 at ABX Kota Marudu Sabah Malaysia.

When i opened the parcel, item M100 PQWT Water Detector machine is MISSING.

There is an empty sticker without signature and date of Kota Kinabalu Cargo Custom. There is evidence that the parcel is opened prior my opening it.

Please make investigation before i make official police report.

My parcel stuck at operation center Kuching for 3 weeks already. Please deliver it as soon as possible, urgent parcel. The parcel already exceed date frame set by the seller. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Before this, my parcel deliver on time, but I dont know why this time the service is too bad. So disappointed with the ABX service.

ABX courier didn't send the parcel to my house but I'm the one as a customer need to take my parcel at the courier house. And the courier said that she didnt have the transportation to send my parcel then what is the function of being a courier if you didnt have a transport?

Since Shopee's new 18/6/21 delivery policy, i can't get to choose courier for shipping. I live in sarawak, so all parcels from overseas are sent via ABX. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 items is still on hold while the other half is in transit and might suffer from the same issue. Complaining and giving personal details is hopeless at this point. They never reply to customers. They've been doing this for a while and we all should file a complaint to shopee @shopee.com.my, [protected]

Delivery guy tu baru miss call sekali . Sy tak sempat nak jawab, baru je dia tutup call sy terus call dia balik tak sampai 1 minit pun . Seller to pass package from your order to the courier. During FMCO, sellers are given 7 working days (9 days including weekend for overseas sellers) to complete packing and handover to courier. Beyond this period, this package will be cancelled to refund you when the Seller is taking too long.

On 11th June 2021, I purchased a snow globe from carousell (seller ID: yutakaichi) and it was delivered using Abx express (Tracking number : [protected]).
I received a call from Abx Express on the 15th June 2021, claiming that the item in my parcel seemed to be broken.
Therefore, they asked for my permission to open the parcel as I requested for images to check the condition of it.
At the same time, I contacted the seller to inform regarding the status of the parcel and requested for refund.
However, I still didn't received any feedback from him.

Kurier wasaap utk dapatkan no ic tanpa menghantar barang ke pihak kami . Kurier tidak menghantar barang di alamat yg diberi & mengambil mase berhari hari utk menghantar parcel walaupun dlm sistem dah tulis utk dihantar. Please ambik tindakan kepada pekerja anda, bukan sekali dua dah berlaku .Dan ramai dah kena. Kat bawah saye dah sertakan no telefon runner .
