Wake up call sa manager ng abenson metro east. Kung gusto mong maging magaling n manager. Lecturan mo muna mga tao mo. Abenson Purchase of Air Condition

Since Abenson.com cancelled my order (the first time i got this kind of experience in 8 times order via abenson online) despite repetitive docs from my bank that my payment has been accepted and valid, i need to refund/cancel my installment payment from my RCBC bank and they are requiring me to ask for confirmation/documentation that you have cancelled/refunded my payment including the amount of payment and date of cancellation.

Moreover, i would like to report CS Raven that he/she has not been a good CS rep here. He/She never called me any single time despite repetitive request from CS to contact me in my number.

Abenson Lenovo laptop

I would like to complain about my Lenovo ideapad 3 that was bought from abenson icm tagbilaran last December 2022. Last august, my laptop was broken so i sent it to the lenovo service center, but after some days, the service center said that they cannnot replace the keyboard, which was the problem at that time, because Abenson bought it from US and the service center can only cater laptops bought in the Philippines. So i went back to Abenson and they only answer that they can only replace items 7 days after it was bought.

So since the Abenson won't take responsibility, i bought a keyboard replacement but after the technician take a look again at my laptop, it was discovered that the motherboard was the problem. And the technician suggested and advised me to talk to Abenson about this matter. So i am waiting to have a proper and concrete response from Abenson. I hope you can give proper and concrete response to my problem since it still encompasses your responsibility.

Abenson Defective 75" lg tv

I ordered a 75" LG tv to abenson.com online from the US so that when I go to the Philippines I can enjoy during my stay which is less than 2 weeks. To may dismay they delivered it with defect. Reported it to the customer service and took days before a technician, who is not from LG, came by and check. He said he cannot open the unit to check because we will lose the warranty. He said he will recommend replacement. However, it turned out that he said that we mishandled the unit. The person who delivered the unit, by the way, did not open the box and did not check the unit. Since they said that the installer will be available 3-4 days after, since we've been installing different tv's by ourselves without problems, we tried to install it. They said the cost to repair the TV is 98k which is too much because the cost of the TV is only 73K. I learned that LG has 2 years warranty

Desired outcome: Please refund or replace.

Abenson Jabra Elite 7 Pro

Hello Abensons,

I have purchased a Jabra Elite Pro 7 online through my staff (Joed Aquino) with order number [protected] on the 3rd week of September. I was prompted to wait for 3-5 days and when it came, i was disappointed as one of the earbuds wasnt working.

I had Joed send an email and I also took the liberty of going to Abenson’s Batangas and they helped process a pull out and replace order wherein I had to wait another 3 days since they don’t have any on stock.

The replacement came this Monday. However, the product is still broken with the same defect. Good thing the delivery man did not leave and helped coordinate the replacement. I did not accept the product and was told to wait.

For the past few days I have been the one calling the online order team following up on the replacement. Finally I was advised to wait until Friday.

To summarize:

- This is not the first time that I have ordered from Abenson’s through my staff ( Most of the my orders were through Ann Joane Cruz ). Abenson so far has been my choice.

- I have received 2 defective devices.

- I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a promised product that should’ve been just 3-5 days.

- I had to be the one to keep calling and “coordinating” for the status of my order

- The staff that I talked to in the online department and customer service kept on using the “i apologize” spiel with no concrete action plan nor felt that I needed to be compensated for the inconvenience. I was mostly asking for the order to be expedited as I am about to be billed without actually using the product.

Given this turn of events. What compensation can you provide me?

Abenson I thought I bought a brand new ac to abenson subic which they but apparently not

When I bought the ac they just shown that it was working they didnt open the item to check the parts inside if itsnot been tampered by anyone or never been touch by any technician before I buy it. So I just trust the word of that sales person. So I dont have any idea if it is brandnew from inside and never been tampered by anyone. After 2 years the item was having an issue ac failure appearing to the screen so I thought it was just dirty so I could a cleaning company to clean it because normal dusting of the and foam wont do anymore.. Then the cleaning company staff ask me if it is brandnew.. Before there are certain things that a repaired compare to the "brandnew" doesnt have. I have no clue on what they saying and they explain everything to me. He said if after cleaning and the ac is still not working you go to abenson and complain, which I did. Because he cannot repaired it because the product is assumed brandnew so you can complain and ask why are they selling repaired item instead of brandnew. But staff in abenson concern is why I didnt went to them for cleaning and I told that they just told me that they offer repair and they didnt say that the abenson store also offer cleaningfor ac.

Desired outcome: I want a honest explaination why the company sales a repaired item and not a brandnew. the next step would for the abenson subic company to decide if we go to legal actions.

Abenson The spiel used by your cashier is not appropriate

The cashier in ABENSON WALTERMART MALOLOS BULACAN should used appropriate spiel when they experience technical issues when swiping the credit card of customer. They should not say this to customer "AYAW PONG MA APPROVE YUNG TRANSACTION, MAY PROBLEMA PO YUNG CARD NYO". It's so offending for the customer to hear that especially when we know that our card don't have any issue. Your employees know that their terminal was defective and they really don't know the credit status of card holder. You can say that the card had a problem only when the status is DO NOT HONOR but when the error encountered in terminal is host time out definitely it's the terminal issues. I even called my credit card provider to check the problem and they found out that there's an issues to the Merchant and not on the card since it's in good credit standing. I hope it won't happen to other customers and i'm expecting not to experience that again. Thank you.

Abenson Laptop hp 14s

Customer service via email, chat and mobile sucks! Super slow response I order my laptop with. Complete details now they email me asking for my address again and added auth person I reply right away I follow up as per them still waiting to update seriously? More than 24 hrs takes time for the address to confirm very inconvenient slow process and most good service u have logged this a complaint to the department who ask my address via email they are not expediting my order imagine still on process despite address was confirmed process my order now and update!? I'm within metro, but why takes time to update my order? Order number [protected] Marie Kristine Lazarito and teach your online booth to be responsive as part of customer service it very sucks! Very disappointing

Abenson refund money not yet received.

Hi guys sorry again to bother but to me its very important cause of my bank .keep asking me questions now on February the 4th i did place and order for a TV set order # [protected] Im Ricardo wilmer Salazar live in New york the receiver is Gemmalyn arizapa Ongvelasco lives in Muntinlupa Poblacion girlfriend this order was cancelled and i havent received my refund money into my banking account Im a client see I reordered and this order # [protected] yes It was delivered thanks for that so my only problem its that i need my money back TD bank debit card . so please can you e mail me reply at

Abenson Gas range oven

The promoter and the supervisor at Abenson Malabon Citisquare branch were so rude. We buy a gas range oven, they promised to deliver it within the day with the delivery charge (498). The branch was not offering a free delivery. At 7 in the evening, they called us that they cant deliver the item because the delivery service got problem. We ask if the delivery charge will be lessen since its not rush anymore, after how many minutes of deciding, they said that it will be 400 pesos only and they will deliver it as early as tomorrow. And here comes the day, they called 9 in the morning to inform us that they will deliver the wrong item. They swipe in my sister's card the item that we want, but they will going to deliver the wrong item and said that they will just deposit the money because its not the same price. We want to cancel the order, and we talk to the supervisor, and Lany (the supervisor) shouted at us. They were so rude. They didnt even apologize for the inconvience that they bought us, yet it seems that they are mad at their customer? This is the worst service we've ever encountered. We are so disappointed.

Abenson Customer service

this happen at Abenson puregold Bacoor at 11:15 am June 30, 2020, I file a complaint regarding to the customer service of their team, we all know that we provide a protocol about social distancing but as a customer or a part of a employee of watsons we all know that protocol exist also on our store due to covid 19 outbreak.. We felt the discrimination during we enter the store they only enter 2 persons for every customer or family pero nung time na papasok na yung 2 naming kasama pinaupo muna sila sa tabi pero nung may pumasok na customer na may kasamang foreigner the demo assist them, and the guard insist we need to follow the rules and we follow them but as our side we also a customers na bibili ng products nila we have a limit time because its our lunch break but we don't care as long as we buy our needs, pero masyado kaming diniscriminate porket employee kami ng ibang company, as a protocol na every time na may lumabas na customers pwedeng magpapasok yung isa sa mga kasama namin na bibili ng products pero hindi ganun ang nangyari may mga customers na pinapasok kahit exceeding na sa limit ng customers sa store at yung iba di naman bumili at nakaupo lang sa loob, yung isa sa kasama namin pinalabas agad after saglit na tignan yung bibilhin nya pero need nya pa icheck yung product pero dahil pinalabas sya agad napilitan syang kunin nalang yung item na di nya pa nachicheck ang protocol as we all know na pag may lumabas na isa or 2 sa loob ng store pwede na magpapasok basta they limit 10 persons per store masyado na kaming nadiscriminate ng guard so kinausap na namin yung manager ng store sa sobrang galit namin sa ginawa ng guard at ibang employee samin na pagdidiscriminate ang sabi nya sasabihan nya yung employee at guard regarding sa complaint namin nag-avail din kami sa store ng abensons ng 3 appliances na kahit naiinis na kami sa ginagawa nilang customer service na kung irirate ay bibigyan ko sila ng 0 out of 5.. Employee din kami pero di kami ganyan mangdiscriminate ng katulad namin na empleyado din we serve us equal.. I hope yung complaint ko mabigyan ng action kundi we file sa admin ng mall thank you.

Abenson Kelvinator delivery

I am trying to reach the cutomer service to follow-up on the delivery of the refrigerator that I ordered online.. It's been a week and I don't hear anything from them.. I am trying to call the customer service number for how many times now but no one answers just voice mail.. I tried also texting their customer service number still no response.. I just wanted to know when they can deliver the refrigerator.

Abenson Product replacement

This is regarding the unit we purchased with ABENSON Filinvest Alabang, last October 13, 2019, Sunday, Samsung 43" Television. The item were delivered last October 15, Tuesday, my husband make a testing of the unit the day it was delivered and found out that it is not working. The same day we called the hotline to report the defective item. After the reporting the conversation between the other party in the hotline coordinated for us a schedule to the check-up the unit which is on October 17, Thursday. The technician came in the afternoon to check the unit and made a service report indicating that the unit needs replacement. The tech. from Samsung Chronicles Manila, told us that the replacement of the items is possible within 2-3 days from the date it was checked . We are expecting the delivery of the replacement to arrive last October 19, 2019, but again upon checking with abenson branch in Filinvest, this has no approval yet so the person who assist us on our inquiry, Michael, ask for the documents to send via email. I tried to call Samsung Chronicle regarding the service report provided last Oct. 17, why is that the Abenson filinvest dont have a copy of the service report and not aware of the status of the item for replacement. I have reached the line and talk with the person in behalf of Samsung Chronicles, she checked with their system, and found out that the unit has already have the approval which was posted Oct. 19, 2019. How hassle, it should be coordinated by the Samsung to Abenson that the items is needed to be replaced. Still Michael of Abenson, asked my husband to send the service report including the invoice which is very hard because of the poor connection on our area. Again after my husband completed all the needed documents they told us to wait for another 2-3days which is different from the Samsung report who called us that we have to wait for another 2 days for the delivery of the replacement after the said approval. Today is October 21, Abenson Filinvest branch called me for the update that we still need to wait for the approval of the replacement. How long will it take for a replacement. Is this the fastest processing for the replacement, 3 days of waiting is too long. Now we have waited for 8days from the time the items were purchased until now there is no replacement of the item. This is very inconvenient for us, you should do improvement on this.

Abenson whirlpool industrial washing machine

Fyi. Complaint to abenson - metro east re poor handling of their accredited courier on delivering items ordered..
(mistakenly did not gave the transformer to us, we anticipate we could plug it to the outlet which is 220 volt)

I understand it will take time, but hoping you act on this matter the soonest time possible. We're losing sales and customer.
We are already talking and getting some actions regarding this incident.

On your side, your lapses specially your accredited courier should make actions 'bout this asap, they are the one who mistakenly did not gave the transformer, if it was handed to us we will not have any problems.

Coordination with you (abenson) and your accredited courier should be more detailed and taken cared of, so to protect your client from incurring incidents like this.

I will wait for your immediate response.

Abenson abenson w-mall outlet

On Sept 10 1843H I paid for an Iwata air cooler with a promise that I can pick it up after 3 days. Unfortunately as yet today Sept 18 the item is still not available despite a series of calls and follow ups.

Abenson fridge still under warranty, but took away & trying to charge more than what we paid?

We purchased a refrigeration unit (Approx 16, 000 PHP) from Abenson's Robinsons Mall, General Trias - Cavite - Philippines & after 1 year, the unit started blowing warm air. Our unit was still under warranty & they came to collect. 3 weeks later, they said we had to pay 12, 000 PHP? as the warranty did not cover the parts needed to fix the unit? We asked for it to be brought back to our home, as it was to expensive & we could get it fixed a lot cheaper. 8 weeks later & 3 visits to Abenson's, our unit has STILL not been returned. My wife went again today, only to be told the unit will be delivered to us next week. They have said this twice now & when it does not come, they read our text messages, but don't reply. Then we have to visit Abenson's AGAIN.

Abenson delivery schedule and address

I am very disappointed to this Sales Representative named MA. ANNE GONZALES of abenson.com shop online.

She called me yesterday (July 24, 2019 - 2:49pm) informing me that the delivery schedule of my order of Fujidenzo Key Lock Refrigerator is today (July 25, 2019 - after lunch/clinic hours).
The Key Lock Refrigerator I ordered will be use for our Clinic Branch in Montalban. So since this girl (Anne Gonzales) informed me that the delivery is today, I instructed our nurse in Montalban Clinic to get the vaccines from our Cold Storage Warehouse and put it temporary to the Cold Box while waiting for the new refrigerator to arrive. But time has passed and my order was not yet arrive to our clinic. So around 2pm I called this number [protected]) used by this girl Anne Gonzales, but it turns out that this Anne Gonzales is not present. So I have to talked to other Sales Representative and her name is Julie. Julie was nice and accommodating.

So after the talked with Ms. Julie, I found out that the address given by this Anne Gonzales to the Delivery Driver/Personnel is not the correct delivery address.

I am very disappointed not just because they didn't meet the delivery schedule and they even made a wrong address but because the trouble, flawed and additional expenses that Anne Gonzales gave to me.

In the end we need to returned the vaccines we pulled out in our cold storage warehouse today and bring it again when the new key lock refrigerator arrived.
She gave me trouble and double additional expenses!

Abenson abenson puregold commonwealth luzon branch

Nagpunta ako sa store nila at around 7pm. Trying to look for a refrigerator because I badly needed it, if not for the same day but can be on the other day.

7:30pm, I am waiting for my husband to arrive, para makapili ng ref. But, where having a hard time choosing so we let the sales agent to explain everything. By then, I ask the sales agent to inform their staff that if its cut off already. May cutoff daw kasi yung delivery. Pag hindi umabot, 2days ang aantayin para madeliver. So upon informing na okay na process na yung payment, this GIRL CASHIER IS VERY UNRESPONSIVE, ARROGANT AND WALANG MODO AT WALANG KA-CUSTOMER CUSTOMER SERVICE SA KATAWAN. Ang sarap murahin sa mukha. At 8:03PM we were advised na tapos na yung cutoff na process na yan (while using her phone) at hindi pa nakatingin samin while telling. We end up idedeliver yung item sa isang araw pa. T**** nung cashier na yun. Napakawalang modo nya. Wala pang kaamor amor sa katawan. Habang nagpapunch pa e nagdadabog ng keyboard.

SA MANAGEMENT NG ABENSON, TURUAN NYO NAMAN NG TAMANG ASAL YUNG CASHIER NYO. MATAAS NA YUNG IHI, SUPLADO AT AROGANTE PA. NI HINDI NYA MAEPXPLAIN NG MAAYOS YUNG BIGLANG NAGCUTOFF E NASABIHAN NAMAN SYA. Ni hinid man lang kami inadvise kung bibili na ba kami.

Abenson tcl 55p65us 4k hdr tv

I just bought their TCL 55p65us from just a week ago and found out that the HDR feature is having flicker issues that covers almost half of the screen and it is really irritating in the eyes when watching 4k movies via stream and downloaded copy of a random movie. I paid cash for this tv as a present for my wife and I can tell that even the customer service experience is not that good at all. I was asked by their TCL sales person to go back to their store which is really too far just to show them a copy of the video I shot as proof of the HDR issue and flickering screen from my mobile camera phone. It was a disappointment from the very beginning. From the day that we bought it and then no available delivery up to the products HDR and flickering screen issue. All I was asking from Abenson is to replace the TCL tv right away within this week since we will be using it for a household event. They can't even commit for a good customer service and still insist that I should travel back to their store in Guiguinto Bulacan just to let them show the video I shot for the proof so they can confirm if a repair will be needed. Me and my wife were looking forward to see the best of this product's HDR feature and yet the experience was not really that good. This is ridiculous! A total waste of our time and money!
