Very poor 🤒
We don't know much about how Abenson handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with Abenson and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

Abenson lenovo

We just purchased our laptop 3 days ago. And we talked to one of the representative there and said the OS was corrupted. We ask her what happened to the laptop she said that we need to install again the OS of the laptop . like what the? They said that they need to send the item and we will be able to get the laptop after 3 weeks. We said the reason why we bought it is because we need it for our business. I dont know why they just cant decide to replace it. Same item

Abenson very

I feel insulted and very much dismayed with your company. I purchased a 49 inch tcl smart tv at abenson alturas mall and paid p998 for installation on december 18,
2018. We have made an agreement that my unit will be installed on december 19 2018. However to my dismay, they did not arrive despite my constant communication and reminder to them through my phonecalls! I am complaining because, I have suffered damages on my part since I skip work just so I can assist them during installation. Your company made a statement during phonecalls, that they will definitely arrive on such date as well as that they will install first on our area. But what happened wasbthe contrary. Now I want to file a suit for damages plus reimbursement of my payment or prceed to installation with payment for any compensation for the damages I have incurred.

Abenson fridge door loose thread upper hinge and screw

I purchased last june 23, 2018 a kelvinator model # ksd212sa sn# 710226112 deliver june 25, 2018.. After we follow the step to check if the fridge is properly working.. We notice that the screw from the upper right edge is lost tred. We reported immidiately to the service center. The techinician arrive friday june 29, 2018.. Technician confirm that lose tred upper hinge and screw from the door need for replacement. However im not getting any update from the abenson robinson ermita unless im not the one will ask or call them to get any update.. Im so dissapointed. Its almost 1 week and not resolved yet. 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

Abenson abenson u. p. towncenter katipunan, qc

Hi. I brought an A4 Tech headset Hs 5P worth Php 340 at Abenson's in U.P. town center in Katipunan last friday, around 7-8pm, January 5, 2018. I was not able to test it because if I open it, it would be hard for them to sell it to a different client. And besides, I was sure that it is in perfect condition. Unfortunately, when I opened it at home just today, sunday, Jan 7, it did not fit me because it wasn't adjustable. I went back today, January 7, 2018, around 5pm, to have it replaced or at least get my money back. The staff, including the manager, named James, were saying that they do not replace items that are working and it would have to be under approval for x number of days if they could replace it. I just have to come back again and check if I can have it replaced. No other option, just that! Just imagine the situation, if you were in my shoes. You bought something that u can't use, even if it was functioning and they can't help you with any convenient solution. Their body language says that I was the one causing them inconvenience and they were overstaff. I know that it was just 340 pesos but i was very disappointed on how they handled the situation. My husband even bought a television for my father in law last sat, jan 6! I will not transact with your company and spread the word to my family and friends. Your customer service is so poor.

Abenson delivery of replacement unit not sealed

We are asking for the replacement of the unit that we bought last Nov. 9, 2017 because it is defective. Then after the approval, the unit that delivered for replacement (Nov. 19, 2017) of the defective one is NOT SEALED? How it is possible that you are giving a product that are not sealed. So much disappointment for this service and also for the delivery crew. Where is the assurance that the product delivered is BRAND NEW if the packaging itself is OPEN? It is unfair for us to paid exact amount hence we cannot get what we paid for. Give us some feedback regarding this matter. CALL ME TO THIS NUMBER AND I WILL GIVE ALL THE INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT - [protected].

Abenson devant tv

I was contacted Walter Calamba Laguna Abenson branch to send tech para maayos yung TV. They promised October 31 pero until now wala pa. Ang bagal ng service. Binigyan kami ng number ng tech pero hindi nasagot. Please pakiayos naman po. Nasan na yung service na hinihingi namin. One month pa lang po itong Devant na binili namin pero black out na sya. Tapos 2 weeks na simula ng nireport na namin ito hanggang ngayon wala pa din? Please management do something naman po. Nakakawalan ng gana bumili ng item sa inyo pag ganyan. Kung ayaw nyo po ayusin, mag Rerefund na lang kami. Kung ayaw nyo naman ng refund, palitan na lang ng ibang item.

Abenson damaged refrigerator

We bought an Electrolux ETB2100PE at Avant trinoma Abenson branch, last Thursday June 19, 2014. Though they don't have the unit available in their stock but they do have units stock in their warehouse at Pasig. So we didn't have the opportunity to check the unit and through good faith and assurance from the salesman of abenson that a brand new unit will be delivered on Saturday June 21, 2014 afternoon. They delivered the unit to our home, we checked the unit for scratches and unusual things that can be seen visually since we were advised not to turn the ref. on only after 8hrs, we thought that all is ok, so we signed the received copy and let the delivery guys on their way. But unfortunately after they had left my wife was cleaning the inner walls of the fridge behind vegetable crisper bin, she felt a big unusual bump on it, she called me to inspect the problem. Using a flashlight, I saw what is like something hot melted the plastic wall behind the vegetable bin then it hardened leaving an inflated impression and small lumps and bumps. I immediately called the abenson hotline to inform about the problem. They said that Sorry we cant address the problem at the moment due to the cut-off time (5p.m.) and will gona fix it tomorrow and the unit will replaced on Monday June 23, 2014. Well this is a problem because in good faith we were expecting a brand new no hassle refrigerator delivered because the unit wasn't available to be inspected before delivery, well according to our laws that the seller must ensure that the product has no hidden defect or damage.Because of this I'm not happy about this unfortunate experiences and I'm not looking forward to buy there again in the near future.

Abenson inappropriate behavior

the officer in charge/Manager of abenson puregold valenzuela is very rude and deserves a punch in the face. we bought a flatscreen tv using my credit card my wife and i was simply asking of a promo that the card company had at the time and we were planning to avail of the said promo.when all of a sudden the staffs began to evade the topic and started to make up stories and the manager came up to us and voiced out a loud that they no longer offer such a promo, to emphasize the manager yelled !it was very unbecoming of a manager to act in such a manner.m wife and i was talking at the time when the manner yelled and butted in on our conversation and said they longer offer that promo, while in fact it was not theirs to begin with it was the card company's!to further add insult the manager yelled a loud at one of his staff that he should give us vale because we no longer have money!a blatant insult to us customers ABENSON PUREGOLD VALENZUELA SUCKS! THE MANAGER HAS NO BREEDING OF GOOD MANNERS AT ALL AND IS NOT DESERVING TO HOLD SUCH A POSITION!ABENSON SHOULD NOT TOLERATE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR ESPECIALLY FROM AN OFFICER IN CHARGE OF A BRANCH.

Hello,

I'm planning to buy a printer at dau abenson branch but no one entertain me. Sales rep are just standing talking to each other like they did not see me. I will not go back to that store again.

Hope that you will retrain employees. You are paying their salaries for nothing.

Bumili kami ng panasonic aircon CS-XU12VKQ- Model No. Indoor unit. 1.5hp. Pagdating sa bahay namin ayaw nila iinstall kc dw masyado 15sq.m lang coverage area ng unit. Gusto nila isara un living room at ung hagdan namin. Magpapadala daw cla ng surveyor para inspeksyunin ang requirements nila. Ganito na ba talaga ang patakaran ng kumpanyang 'to? I mean gusto nila cguro is umiwas sa pagserve ng warranty pero parang pabor sa kanila to. In tha first place hindi yta nila ininform ung kapatid ko habang nagssales talk cla. They shouldve told him upfront.

We buy that tv after 1 month the tv needs to repair and the company are so rude they dont want to get the tv at our house we decided to bribg them the tv after 3 months still the tv is not yet okay.. We paid fair we received poor service from this company

Abenson Binan ibalik nyo yung unit ko! 2months na hindi ko parin nkukuha yung unit ko! Binili ko yan para gamitin hindi ipaservice! Nakakabwisit kayo! 2months di parin gawa? Sinong maniniwala sa ginagawa nyo! Palitan nyo nalang dahil nung una palang yan na ang demand ko! Pero hanggang ngayon wala parin! Mga manloloko!
