Very worst cargo in the world. Their customer care Centre peoples have zero knowledge. I booked cargo (ASHT13556) on 12th august 2020 still not reached to home. Whenever calling to Dubai office they are giving wrong information. I suggest all not book any cargo to ABC. I really disappointed from your service.
I have not yet received a cargo which was sent through abc cargo service on july 12, 2020.
I am even unable to track the service. I contacted to agency on july 25, 2020 then I got a confirmation that it reached till Delhi. After that I tried to contact them so many times but I haven't got a proper response, where the cargo is or when I will receive it. Now its being two months. Kindly help me to get details about the cargo and ensure me that when it will get delivered.

Hi,
I have done a shipment from Riyadh to India 40 days back through ABC cargo, But still i am not able to track it. I tried calling their people, i also sent messages but nobody is responding from the company. How i make sure that my items will be delivered and is there any way i cant track my shipment to india.
Please help anyone here who knows where to complaint and through which channel

I have not received my cargo for over 50+ days now and they still tell me that they do not know when it will be delivered. When I call to their office they have no excuse to tell me and I complained on their website's complaint board, but they have moderation to complain and comment,
Which means they only allow good reviews to their website's complaint board and they have no response to our complaint.
In fact, there is no way to get any details about the missing packages which sent through abc cargo

The shipment was handed over in Al Ain on 18th Aug and was promised that it would be delivered in maximum 15 days and today on 30th Sep its the 42nd day and there is update on my shipment. I really wonder where it is. I expected a decent service based on the references given (LULU Hyper Kuwaitat, Al Ain, but it really disappointing now. Can someone please give the details of who should we follow up with in India for my shipment .Delivery location : Chennai, INVOICE # ALN71832. Please take immediate action or pay compensation.
My friend sent me a cargo on Sep 9 2020, from Dubai to Kerala. Its a door delivery shipment. They assure that will be deliver with in 25 days. But, after one month of time, there is no response from the authorities. I had complained to the Dubai Office, but they have no idea about my cargo. In the tracking also showing the wrong result. This is such a Worst cargo services I ever had seen before. I am planning to go to court to get my cargo back.

Dear Friends & to all the readers in this forum,
I would like to share my experience of dealing with this company called ABC cargo in Dubai.
I have sent 2 cargo with them and I was told that I will be receiving within 20 days but today it's more than a month.Everytime I ask them they come with the same reason as it's stuck in Bangalore customs.
The best part today when I checked with their Delhi office they are saying it's in Delhi Customs..It has been a horrible experience so far dealing with this company.
I have spent a reasonable amount on calling from India to their Dubai office just to hear their false assurances and commitments.
As of today I am not sure when I will receive my cargo because they have been lying from Day 1.
The only option now I am left after going through such a pathetic experience is to take up strongly with the relevant authorities.

ABC Cargo - cargo not delivered
I used the company s cargo services to send my cargo on 31st of May 2019 till date I haven't received it, every time I call they tell it's stuck with the customs, I have mailed them many times but haven't received any reply . Kindly help me with this . They charged me for the services pulse still have not delivered it . They told me that I will receive it within 15 to 30 days n now it's been more than 4 months . Kindly help me .

I have not received my cargo for over 100 days now and they still tell me that they do not know when it will be delivered.
I see something very fishy here- they seem to be collecting money and cargo - but i have a very big doubt if they are actually sending it.
Is there a consumer satisfaction number that we can call.
My AWB number is 81115 shipped on 15/05/2019.
They are not giving us a proper answer as to when we can get the shipment- if we get it that is. PATHETIC

This is the worst service I have used in my life staying in UAE. I have wrongly used this useless service to cargo my household items to India kerala on June 5 . It was about 88kg with package tracking number SMZ4216. I am in regular contact with the customer care department and they have zero knowledge on the package status and just advise that the package is in custom clearance to avoid the caller. Their online tracking system is a blunder, till today Aug 18 it says the package is in abudhabi port . I have also send many emails to the stupid company and they just don't bother to reply me at all . I am going to give a consumer complain to UAE government to cancel all services of the company as soon as possible since other customers are safe falling in to their trap . My only wish is now to refund service amount back as I am leaving to other country and cannot use the package any more in India once it is delivered . Also will inform every one not to use the ABC cargo service as this is the worst cargo service in the entire UAE.

Yes I too agree, we need to do something and not let other people get conned. Its is well over a 100 days since I have given them my cargo and they say it is stuck in Mumbai customs and refuse to give us further information. This is something very fishy and seems to be a big group of conmen

I sent all my items weighing abt 105 kg by sea cargo frm Abudhabi on May 25 th 2019. Till now hv not received the delivery. I called dubai head office twice. They keep saying customs clearance problem. I am really distressed. If its not getting clearance they can send back to Abudhabi. I don't want to loose all my items. I trusted this company. It's been shame full to inform you that you guys are worst with your services. Please close your company if you cant give service that you have promised. I need you to resolve it asap. My shipment is not received yet it was been send on 30th may 2019 and it was informed it will be delivered on 15th june 2019. I didnt received yet. You guys have the worst service ever. I have followed up so many time but you guys keep on fooling your customers its stuck in the customs.

We sent some cargo from Alain U.A.E to my residence at Banglore in early June and was tild that it will be delievered with in 3 weeks. When i enquired on 31st July i was told that it is in customs ckearence delay and will be delievered in 2 weeks. But to our surprise it was delivered next day. It means that the answer given to us was prefabricated without knowning any details of shipment. Morever majority of our items e.g. portable air conditoner, shoe rack, show piece stand etc were found broken when delievered because of improper packaging and very bad handaling. If one or two items are broken then we can understand but majority of items damaged definetly denotes improper packaging and bad rough handling. Really very sad and bad experience. Please look into it.

its been 20 days parcel is still at operation facility which is the second day activity. since then no movement as i track online. i wrote about this couple of time, feedbacks, complaints... no response at all.
one of the pathetic service provider with worst customer service.
i will never use their service in my life neither i will recommend to my friends and family member.

They are not at all responding. when i was sending the parcels they said with in 12 to 15 days parcels will be reach my home. now i don't know where are my parcels. This is complaint about ABC cargo services what this company was giving to costumer service in Dubai.this country is very good in costumer services but because of this some company spoiling country images, I will request to Dubai police stop this type off company's form country.45 days has Finnish still my cargo was not come. they said that will reached in 15 days but one of my friends went to this office no one responded properly and they r not taking any responsibility of my cargo .i will suggest that don't use this ABC cargo services

My 3 boxes with bill number ASH32392 was shipped from Sharjah to India Hyderabad, on 21st may 2019. Till now I don't receive the cargo, no proper response when called at Dubai headoffice. These many days passed and still no proper status when tracked on company page. Very poor and worst service these ABC cargo services are. Please check where the parcels are stuck and deliver on address.

I had asked for an air cargo from Sharjah, UAE to Kodungallur, Kerala on 16th June 2019. The service was prompt till the time my stuff was picked and I had paid the money.After that there was no call from your side and I had to follow up through whatsapp where there was no response.I am in India and asked my friend to call from UAE to follow up. When he called (this was 4 days back), they informed that the cargo has reached Kochi and is waiting clearance. I know about Logistics and know you do not need 4 days for clearance.
Also the commited date was 7-10 days from the date of pickup. Till today, there is no call or my cargo has not yet come.

These guys are definitely playing a game here. Their MD is in India, and there is no one who can give you and answer.
It is the same in my case, I sent something to Kochi, and they are saying that it is held up in Mumbai customs.
We better find a way to resolve this before they all run away like all other companies

We have booked a shipment on 20-06-2019 from your bur Dubai branch on contact number 0565395356 for Porbandar which is in Gujarat, India where a commitment of 15 days was been given to us. When I asked for the update the employees are just giving excuses that it is under clearance and they can't commit on the delivery period and the staff are also rude as they hang up the phone on our face if the tracking number or the update is been asked from them. Really regret of making a choice of sending our stuff with ABC Cargo where just for the sake of making a sale fake commitments are given to the customers and the worst customer service I have ever come across.

I have sent 2 boxes through your company on 15th of June. I was told that it will be delivered with 15 days to Bangalore. 15 days over and i called you head office in Deira. They are rude and proving me wrong by saying that its under custom clearance and its impossible to deliver before 25 days. They ask for 10 days for delivery from UAE to Kerala I leave 10 days before my expectations
Today is 20 th day, yesterday I received 4 box out of My 8 Nos and no one is responsible still
