We were supposed to get package 20days back still he have not received it yet. The response and service is really very bad. The cargo you have sent through Gati Pvt Ltd is bad because they didn't give us proper response and spoke to us very rude. And your cargo service has not taken any responsibility on checking the cargo and even when we called your dubai braches even they didn't pick up the call and didn't respond properly. We are very disappointed with the service. Even though we have sent through air cargo the cargo was sent through road ways from Mumbai to Bangalore even after we paid for air cargo. Our early packages that we had received was broken and damaged and again our next package we were supposed to get this kind of service we get. We didn't expect this kind of service from ABC cargo that too we are the regular customer. We are going to give this feedback online and social media. Take this complaint and revert back as soon as possible.

My cargo nbr was ash 32374.
I sent my cargo on 19th may 2019 to kerala. its received on 18th june morning only. They told me with in 15 days. But i recived after 28 and cargo box damaged. Some food items sperished.
When opened the box, it smells disgusting

nutella bottle fully broken, Nutella fully spilled in the Dress.
So dresses got spoiled.
I Send email to abc cargo office to claim for reimbursement. But there is no replay for my email.
I think I have to go for consumer court.

I have make a courier parcel on the 28may 2019 and it's been 21 days already and I didn't recieved my two boxes yet as per the courier man he said within 15 to 20 days I'll receive it but we didn't get any of the information or a call even about it and my friend have make a call and they said there maybe some clearance problems issue how is it possible because I have sended twice and there was never an issue or any clearance problems can you please kindly check with it reference number AAQ24470.. where have it reached and when will I recieved my courier boxes please

It is one of the worst services I have seen in cargo industry, I given my shipment before EID, which they promised to deliver withing 15 Days, however nothing happened, when I called them to check the status they lies each time, one day they said it is pending for customer clearance in Bangalore call next day, when I called next Day say it is in custom clearance of Delhi, I have sent my shipment to Mumbai maharashtra, it was my new business, I lost badly, I am planning to make police complaints against them.

After delaying my cargo to india by over 30 days and then damaging 80% of my goods, I logged in a complaint within 2 days of delivery... Its been 45 days and I haven't got any information on how i'm going to be compensated leave alone a response as to who is habdling the complaint... Now after this when i've called the toll free number I was told that the concerned person ansal azim and his team leader both are out and will call back in 1 hour... After waiting for 4 hours I called back only to be told by aziz that some lady called regina is handing my issue and has also left for the day. He was very clear that he could not do anything as he's not responsible for the issue... Why have a toll free number then?

Sent 162kg shipment from Dubai to trivandrum by sea through abc cargo. Shipment sent on 14th March 2019. Abc team confirmed delivery within 35days today it is 62days and still they don't know when they can deliver the cargo to my address given. I have never come across such worst cargo service Team in dubai. Need to take serious action against them and make sure this company no longer exist so that no other customers will ever face this issue nor waste their energy, time and money. They are unable to provide Contact number for kerala cochin not sure if they even have a office in kerala?
They don't have any responsibility on any of the customers shipment, their tracking systems aren't updated.
There is no way a cargo can go through customs clearance in any part of the world for more than a month unless their provided documents are incorrect for every shipment they consolidate and had sent.

I have sent a sea cargo on 11.2.2019 . A man named Aziz promised me that the cargo will be delivered in 30 - 40 days . But till date i have not received my cargo. i requested them if its still in dubai warehouse please return it. If i call, they give me a
standard answer " its in mumbai customs" . I also requested them, if its in Dubai warehouse please return it .For me this cargo company looks like a big scam because
1. They are not giving proof its in mumbai port?
2. They are tracking system says received at booking station.?
3. whenever we ask if to talk to the manager or team leader hafeez he is not in the office and they do not give his number.
4. Now that the 40 days when we ask when it will be delivered every time their answer is another 1 week / 15 days

Can someone please suggest how to take action against this company.? what are the legal methods so that i can get my cargo and authorities take action on them for scamming people ?
how come they do not fear of action and not bothered about other people's things ?

but at a time finished 2 month above. and my box or material not came on my home .
I sent him mail and WhatsApp msg but his say to me (We appreciate that for giving an opportunity and greatly esteem your relationship with our company. Kindly bear with us for a short while. Our expert teams are working hard to resolve the issue and deliver your shipment at the earliest.)

Id sent my goods on 26.01.19 and today its 25.03.19 still no idea where my goods are. They keep giving the reason that its held in customs and say india is a corrupt country that's why the goods haven't reached. This person from abc named Aziz is a cheat and a crook. He forced me to use their service begging because he informed his manager, now he wants to wash his hands clean. They dont hace any policy in place to request goods back if they're held for a long time. Only the customer loses. Please do not use abc cargo. They are only here to cheat. Please help me lodge a police complaint against them.

Worst customer service on earth. I sent few things actually a lot of things through sea cargo but it still haven't reached my place yet. A friend of mine also sent few things a year back and she never got her things back. When we call the company they don't even have a valid reason and they go on telling lies that there are problems with the government. They are least responsible about our things. They tell us that we will get our things within 40 days but it is never done. People shouldn't fall for such companies

I have sent 101 kg of cargo from dubai to pune on 23rd jan 2019. The company assured me that the delivery will happen within 15 to 20 days. I am still waiting for my boxes. It's been more than a month now.

On calling the office the same reason is given that the goods are held at the airport.

I will be filing a police complaint against the company for cheating and unnecessary harrasment for the customer.

I have relocated to india and the boxes contain goods for me to settle here. I'm running helter skelter just to get my stuff with no luck.

This seems to be a scam and another way to cheat people.

Kindly resolve this issue and deliver my boxes to me before I have no other option but to file a complaint.

I think these kind of complaints are pretty normal for abc cargo. Here are some details on which I would like to know the answers.

1. Date of booking - 11/01/2019
2. Booking reference : ao20359 - booking taken as air cargo and charged accordingly
3. Booking reference: ao20358 - booking taken as sea cargo

Today is 15/02/2019 - more than one month and I have not received any of the above cargo items. The delivery timelines told to me was that air will take 15 days and sea will take 30 days maximum (door to door).

Since 3 weeks, I am trying to reach mr. Sharath (coordinator at burdubai office), I am not getting any response from him. Seems like after booking they dont entertain any india phone numbers on call. There is no response even on whatsapp too. I had to request my friends to go in person to the office to gather more details. Even after their effort, I am not informed of any status.

After sending cargo, there is absolutely zero support from abc cargo.
Very very poor service.

I will request to the management to revise the delivery times and not to over commit and get such bad reviews. I understand the logistics issues and it will be great if customers are told the real status.

I have sent the cargo on 17th of January 2019 and they promised me 20 working days but now they are telling different stories everyday. Sometime they tell me that It will be delivered within next 7 days and then next day they tell me it is still not cleared by the custome. Whenever I call them they tell me different cities custom name and I would request all people from UAE who are suffering from ABC Cargo to file a police complain my name is Shahir Shaikh and my Number is +[protected]. I send the cargo to mumbai through abc cargo crevice batha on 23/12/2018 and today is 18/01/2019 around one month ago but still don't get and when I call customer service they always say still in custom, other cargo deliver within 10 to 15 days in mumbai, I have requests to all people's please never use abc cargo because they take lots of time even my some friends advise me they get cargo after 5 months

This is to bring to your notice that I have sent a cargo on 5th Dec 2018 and until now it is not delivered. when we call the customer care to track the status, no proper details given and everyday it been told us to call after two days and only then will be able to give the details. really tired of following up and no proper response from the team.

This is Jeetu, sent a courier from Sharjah to Bangalore on 30th Nov 2018, haven't received it yet... Also there is no proper response over call or massage.
It was promised it would deliver with 15 days and now it's already a month and no proper tracking as well.. I have no clue as where my package is.
If I don't get a call on this, I will be filling a complaint and take it legally.

If I would have the option to select the ratings definitely I would have given minus 0 for ABC Cargo . Shame on you . We relocated from UAE to chennai and we did cargo thrice .first cargo done on Aug 2018 luggage is missing and we got some other person name box .we have done so many emails and direct ISD call from India but no response...until now.we have some expensive items .can some one revert back to our missing luggage..why do you make so many advertisements and so many false promises to keep safe our luggage. .if some one trying to cargo ...pls pls don't ever think of this irresponsible/false commitment the ABC CARGO..

My name is Mohammad irfan khan . I would like to bring it into your notice that I handed over some goods to your Bur duabai branch to get it delevered on 3 rd of November 2018. Goods has not yet been delevered and every day I call for follow up Your Bur dubai branch and they say tomorrow again and again. I was told that your goods will be delevered within maximum 20 days. Now your staff stopped picking my call and I m worried.
Further I request you to give me update on the same quickly. Or else I have to say that I will take it on social media .for your reference I Ma attaching invoice copy.
