I would like to raise a compliant delay cargo adrr13569. As per youre offcie maximum take 15 to 25 days air cargo. I sedn 2 boxes. Julay 31, today is septomper 06. Untl now I didnt get get my parcel. Normally ship cargo kg 3.5 dh getting 35.40 days. Youre compony chetaing for us. Youre informing air cargo and sending ship cargo

1. ABC cargo 1stly delayed 4 hours to reach my home to pick my consignment
2. They didnt even pack anything but dumped everything in a box ; I had to remove them and pack myself ( I told that they will help in packing which is a lie)
3. they sold the express service to me and said that the parcel will reach in 7 days ( calendar day) and asked me to a pay a premium price ( like a fool I did so)
4. Its been 15 working days and yet my parcel has not reached the destination
5. Call centre says - talk to the local delivery person
7. Local deliver person says talk to the call centre and then finally said that parcel has not reached my city yet and will be delivered later than expected.
8. now im hoping that good are not destroyed (fingers crossed)

I have sent almost 145kg of very important essential via ABC CARGO BATHA KSA
These ABC cargo not professional they got the service money and our essentials
The delay almost 8th month untill know always lying lying excuses and their front staff is show very bad attitude.
No response from the ABC many times we try to contact but they are lying every single time iam tired of this cheater staff

I've sent an Air-cargo of 2 boxes via ABC cargo on 2-December-2020 from Sharjah-UAE to Kerala-INDIA, they promised me delivery within 24 days, those are not yet delivered till today on 10-July-2021 (total now 7 months & 9 days are over), I'm totally upset about the foodstuffs that may be expired and loss of money!

I sent a shipment from Al Ain (United Arab Emirates) to Karnataka (India) on December 23rd 2020. The shipment has still not reached. It has been more than 6 months now. The customer care is not bothered and is only saying that there is customs clearance delay. Such a huge loss to me. The worst cargo company with pathetic service. Kindly take stringent action.

Shipment no. ABDX17847 despatched from Dubai on 15/05/2021. But no one is serious to supply me the authentic information.

We are your regular customer and never had this kind of problem.

Dubai agent is not replying my text (attached) and even Mumbai's agent Ramesh [protected] is not throwing any light.

in the Month of December 2020 i have sent cargo from DXB to Mumbai, India expected to reach by January.But till date cargo is not been delivered and there are blaming Customs for delay .There are even not ready share flight details in which my cargo is shipment there are asking to refer Abc website as proof. I have doubt ABC cargo must have misplaced the cargo, hence there are not ready to share flight details. This worst service i have come across in my entire.Nobody is bother right from Management to Managers all are clueless.I did biggest mistake by sending cargo through ABC. Even there are not ready to process claim becoz as per them cargo is not lost neither there are given any proof on which flight cargo was shipped.

I sent a consignment to India from Dubai, booked through air freight. Abc Cargo committed to delivering the consignment within 20 working days. After multiple follow-ups, the consignment was delivered after 8 weeks. The customer service kept blaming Delhi customs for the delay in obtaining a clearance.
Most of the items in the package were damaged. No compensation was provided by the company for the damages. Worst cargo service I have ever seen. Never will I use this company again.

I should give a standing ovation to your Customer Service Team for their outstanding INEFFICIENT and DISHONEST support!

The above-mentioned packet was shipped on 26/12/2020. After several follow-ups and begging, The team was KIND ENOUGH to acquaint me that I will be receiving my shipment around mid-March. It's been a hundred and seventy five days since I am waiting for my shipment. And still they saying "your consignment clearance is still not yet completed. Kindly bear with us until we sort this out."
It is a classic example of cheating and breach of trust!

Smz 46329 this shipment sent through sea cargo in the year 2020-12- and people till today [protected] giving false promises about clearance delay and all

ASHT18837 - When I sent 2-3 times before, the shipment was delivered in less than 15 days at our doorstep in India.
But, this time I sent my shipment from Sharjah on 30th April which is air cargo and supposed to reach in within 15 days to India.
It's 23rd day now and tracking show shipment pending for clearance which is same since 14th May 2021.
After following on email, they have reverted that "after the clearance is done, the shipment will be delivered within 5-7 days".
Is this justified, I would have rather sent via sea cargo- more delay but less charges. Very disappointing service!

The worst cargo company in Dubai. We sent a courier which was meant to reach Australia in 5 days.
We called the company to follow up on the 6th day and we get to know that the shipment is still in Dubai.
The staff are totally clueless and unprofessional and lack knowledge.
Trust me there are much better cargo companies in Dubai. Save yourself don't deal with these guys

If you are moving out of uae dont choose abc cargo they damaged all my kitchen equipments and no compensation.

You must have all the invoices of the used items what you are sending.. So this cargo only for new purchased items.. Dont send any old items if you don't have any invoices as for sure they will damage beyond the recognition as they dont do bubble wrap and you can't pack any on your own. No invoice no claim no compensation. Your complaint will be forwarded to each and every department but no compensation. No reply

I booked a consignment having 30 full size shipping cartons total weight 900 KGs from Dubai to Pune DOD by Sea on 27 Dec 2020
I paid AED 6900 in total including AED 650 towards packing charges and 400 for other custom duties.

Fragile and glass items in following 12 cartons received in broken condition and absolutely unusable

Consignment was delivered by GATI on 14 Feb. On 19 Feb my son visited ABC Cargo Bur Dubai office with all the details of damage and shocked to see their rude behavior. They were simply told please send your complaint on [protected]@abccargo.ae, [protected]@abccargo.ae, and nothing more to discuss

I forwarded complete complaint on 22 Feb after opening these 30 cartons I lodged complaint to ABC cargo.

My claim has been rejected by ABC saying I need to lodge a complaint within 24 hours from the date of receipt.

I am 68 and how do we expect to open all 30 boxes in 24 hours with my wife alone.
The purpose of lodging this complains is to forewarn all the customers who have plans to ship their cargo. Never think of using ABC Cargo Dubai as they as truly freight charges and thereafter customer is at the mercy of ABC
ABC Cargo Dubai is absolutely unprofessional cheats who talk very high at Dubai FM Ads and while selling the proposal and thereafter there is nobody to listen
Their game plan is simple. After receiving complaints they forward the same to GATI who are bigger scoundrels, who in-turn sends one line mail saying as the claim is not received within 24 hours from POD hence cannot be entertained

ABC Promising customer D2D----- 20--25 days

I am having a terrible experience with ABC cargo, i sent my parcel(50kgs) on 02nd Dec 21 from Fujairah UAE but till date i haven't received the parcel in my home(India) it was suppose to reach in 20 days.

This kind of service is pathetic and i am wondering will it be delivered this year?

whenever i call to customer representative theyre response is that beacuse of customs clearance its getting delay, how come for four months?

I am afraid that my goods will be spoiled or will it reach my home by this month.

Hi all if you are planning a good service don't expect anything from ABC Cargo, specifically delivery, they will delay as much possible and if your follow-up all will say will check and call you back, don't expect anything at all, I am sure they will make good will with money and sponsorship, I have sent all items for my housewarming to avoid any delay I booked very earlier, before I'm flying to home I called several times to get my items on time, by ABC Cargo delay and support no one items revved as of now, my dream home housewarming happens 2 days before approx 115 kg all household items, all stuck somewhere for clearing, totally great experience with bulk of fake promises, for this radio and all social media supporting them and they praise ABC Cargo name for money, but as customer always experience is cheating the people and public with support of money... My housewarming includes bedsheets and pillows cover I brought again from India, my dream full day clearly got cheating because I grist ABC cargo and UAE radio channels boosting

I was recommended this company by a friend who works for a radio channel and ABC was a client, and so i went ahead and made the biggest mistake of my life. cargo was dispatched on the 22nd of DEC 2020, and i have only been wasting hours and hours trying to have a legitimate update. i have been given a receipt that states this cargo was dispatched via air, however i now find out that i was sent by sea. and here i am 3 months later, helpless, frustrated. disappointed. more than anything else, the attitude of ALL the and that includes the so called managers; who - when i threatened to file a police complaint, asked me to go right ahead. not one word of aplogy, not one reassuring piece of information. all i was told is that they cant be sure as to when it will reach my hometown, Bangalore. Worth noting, that the have a detailed item description list, which clearly states ive sent food -perishable goods, and obviously 90 days at sea, (or wherever else) it wont hold good. so ive not just wasted money in paying these guys, i have lost out on all that i spent for the cargo itself. and yet, no one knows- if it will ever be delivered.

I had sent a shipment on the 5th of December 2020 to Kerala. Its been 2.5 months now and I have been following up regularly on email and calls. Sometime they say it is stuck in Mumbai for clearance and sometime they say it has been cleared but waiting for outpass. The shipment was supposed to be reaching the destination within 30 to 35 days max. I'm sending them emails they do not respond.

Kindly help us out
