Aaron's I leased a washer dryer and dining table with six chairs

I have had few different misunderstandings with the general manager at the Aaron's on Southlake drive in Lexington sc I have paid on my stuff for almost a year now but the manager has basically harrassed me and my family we have argued over the phone a handful of times and travis the gm is the most rude person I have ever dealt with I was a little behind on a payment and called one day and I explained to him I couldn't afford it anymore to just come and get it and he said that I shouldn't rely on the government for money such a rude thing to say to someone who works hard every day he has cursed at me and talks to me as if im a child I have never been treated so rude and this is the 3rd time this has happened and nothing is done about it he told me that he would be setting up a day to come out and inspect the stuff and pick it up but he just showed up at my house wile I am working to try and just get the stuff I have no problem with him getting the stuff as long as I am home I told him I cant get home from wrk until about 6 oclock and all he keeps saying is that he will b there to pick it up after 3 and I explained to him I will not b home untill 6 he is making it much harder than it has to b I just simply work through the day and I am home by 6 I dont want anyone going into my house without me being there and he just keeps arguing me as if he cant just schedule a time wen I am home I even offered to take the stuff back myself and he says I am not aloud to do that but all it comes down to is I would have liked to keep the stuff but he is so rude it would be easier to just let him take it back because I shouldn't have to b treated so rude I am the costomer he should not treat people who are buying products from u guys the way he has the hole year I have had the stuff so the only reason I am breaking contract is because of the way they treat there costomer

Aaron's fridge and stove

I was attempting to lease a fridge and a stove. I was given a quote on two pieces of mdse that I took with me(I was on my lunch hour). The following day I returned to the store to complete the business at hand only to see the amount on the fridge had been doubled. I express to the clerk this was not the price that it was on the day before. Although having me quote in her hand she says "oh well, this is the price now." I state, that is not right. The clerk doesn't look at me just proceeds to write up my order. a few minutes went by and I told her to stop. Give me all of my documents and I left the store. I called back to speak with a manager and the manager then tells me the mdse. that I am interested in is now included in a tent sale and no longer available to lease. I was floored. I checked my quote and saw it was valid until next month. I still need these items for the house I moved into does not have them... please feel free to contact me for a resolution on this matter.

Aaron's bedroom set

Hi my name Kiana n I did a application on online i did everything I told them I stayed with someone but I have a utility bill to confirm address. The solution center said everything was ok. They sent it to the store. The store contact me I came in with info. Then they gave me delivery date they came out late. Then said they can't deliver to me. Then said I had to have a lease or utility bill I had a utility bill n fax to them. Then every time I talk to them they hang up in my face or they talk to me like I'm a child. Then they said u can't have a utility bill like I'm slow wen they said I could have one they giving me the run arounds they keep lying to me like I did something wrong I'm even on the lease but I feel like if I tell them that they go say I still can't get it the go make up something else. They are so disrespectful n giving out wrong information.

Aaron's a tv that's in my name that I didn't purchase nor did I authorize anyone to receive one on my account

I Bennie Carr have not purchased nor authorize for anyone to get anything on my account. Aarons store allowed someone to walk in their store and purchase a tv without my signed signature or my authorazation. I talked to corporate when this problem occurred and also the store manger and I was told that they would take care of it but I keep getting bills in the mail at my home with another address on it and my name. I called the store manager and I went by there here in Marshall Tx. I called her the first week in January about this matter she copied the letter and said she would get back with me. Well it's Febuary I haven't heard anything yet but I'm constantly getting this bill and I attempted to call the store today and Jr answered and said she was out today. I need this matter to be handled I've been a customer with aarons since 1999 and never had this problem and I don't think this is right to just let anybody walk in the store and use someone else's name it doesn't matter if you know them or no it's not right. I shouldn't be held accountable for someone else's mistakes. I refuse to buy anymore furniture from this store again and this is where I have been buying my furniture for a longtime due to this matter.

Aaron's was told one thing and they did another

The deal with Jan 11th till Jan 15th no payment due till February 15th is a lie because Norwich ny is trying to make me pay 2 weeks early. I paid my$till February 15th and was going to pay weekly. But the manager said that I had to pay monthly and had to do audio pay. I didn't want to pay on the 1st I wanted to pay every week and not off my card. I am so mad that people don't wanna do and hear what you want.

Aaron's absolutely horrible experience

Manager of this location "ART" is extremely rude. My girlfriend and I was going to get a 2, 000 couch set at the Broadway location. I was calling another location to look into a washer and dryer set. The manager then stated "we could go somewhere else!" He was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I then asked for there corporate number and the management refused to give it to me or tell me his name. I will never rent anything from this place. I would highly recommend to go to a different location or rental place. You would think 2 people spending almost 3 thousand dollars you would get some good service and treated with respect. Aaron's queen bed

I tried to return a queen bed I was renting and they wouldnt take it. They said they saw a bedbug on it but I do not have bed bugs! They would not take it! Had to have my landlord come out and look and spray for them just in case I got them from the mattress. What do I do? I have saw on several articles that people have been finding bed bugs on mattress es that they have rented from them. I wish I wouldve saw these before I rented from them! Im a single mother on disability. Can they make me keep paying for it?

Aaron's pre leased mattress

A month and a half ago I recommended Aaron's to my son who resides with me for a bed. So he went to Aaron's for a mattress he went through the process and he got the bed delivered a few days later. So a month goes by and my grandson starts bumping up and itching we looked at it and we didn't think much of it so another month goes by my son and his family are getting bites all over their bodies. So now we're wondering what's going on. Well to our surprise my daughter in law takes her cellphone flashlight and what do she find bed bugs. She called Aaron's and they sent district managers out and first they said it was bed bugs then the lady see my Pomeranian and say oh it's fleas. My dog don't have fleas nor my cat because they are house pets. So they took the bed bug infested mattress and said they will send this to corporate and get back to us on Monday well Monday done came and gone and we haven't heard from anyone. We have pictures of the bites on my family and we had to exterminating companies come out and they said that we do have them in that room where the mattress was at and in order to get rid of them through out my whole house it's gonna cost Twelve Hundred dollars the reason it's gonna cost so much is if you just do that one room they may escape if they haven't already. So I want to know what is Aaron's going to do about this situation ? I hope to hear from someone soon or should I talk to a Lawyer ?

Aaron's service department not responding

I have issued a complaint and have a complaint number it is: HSC0330964. I issued this complaint on Monday January 28 2019. I am buying a double oven range from the Waterville Maine Aarons store. I have been paying on this stove for close to 16 months. In the first week of November 2018 I called the waterville store to ask to have my stove fixed. They had me talk to Phil. He had me turn the power off to the stove to try and do a reset. It didnt work. He explained that with this stove they don't come and pick it up to be fixed that they have to have a technition come to my home and fix it. He said I would get a call within a couple of days. I necver heard back from anyone. I called back and was told the same thing again. Now we are in December. I call back yet again. I am told the same thing. always that I will get a call within a couple of days. It is christmas. I love to bake. I make food baskets. I couldn't do any of that this last year. The ovens would either heat up to under what I needed or they would shoot up to 500. and there is a burner on top that doesnt heat up either. To say I was upset would be an understatement. Here we are in January. I have not missed one payment. My payments are due on the 15th of each month. This month I didnt pay. Sure enough on the 16th I get a call asking why I didn't make my payment. I asked them why they haven't come to fix my stove. I got put through to someone that was suppose to be the service manager. He tells me that there is no record of me ever calling with an issue with my stove. Are you kidding me! He said that what I was going through was ridiculous and that he would email the tech support so I could have my stove fixed. He could not do it that day because Phil was not working. Phil evidently is the only one with what ever code thaey have to use to get help. This guy said I would hear from someone within a couple of days and assured me that my stove would be fixed in less than 2 weeks. Well guess what... No calls... No stove fixed... ignored again. I have been jerked around enough don't you think? and on top of this I was told that my January payment was going to be excused bex=cause of all of this crap. When aI hadnt heard from you giuys yet again I went on my account to get a number to call and guess what I see? I have a payment coming up on february 1st! What! I pay from the 15th to the 15th. Yet again I was lied to. I wan't given a break on Januarys payment. He only gave me 2 weeks. I will not pay another penny on this stove. I don't want it anymore. I dont want to deal with anymore lieing and disrespect. I want this stove gone and the money that I have already paid, which is a considerable amount, either given back or all of it put toward a brand new stove. I am beyond frustrated and insulted at this point. I have bought other things from you. A matter of fact A stove and refrigerator. but I always bought new. this time I didnt. I was told it was only owned by 1 person and they returned it because of not being able to pay for it. If I had any idea that your service department is non existent I never would have bought used. I was so excited to have a double oven. Now I just want a stove that works. please help me. And please talk to your Waterville store. customer service is very important to keep a business going. Theirs is terrible. my agreement number is 32666 and the store number is C1817

Aaron's giving out my personal information

I have been having problems with this location since we started. We had an agreement for auto pay. They will run my card when they please. Even if it's not in the due date. Then they called my mother and my brother in law telling them about how my card got declined. Gave them the balance of my account and how much I was behind on. I have had nothing, but the worst experience with this store. The manager will even argue with me. I'm half way tempted to return my fridge. They will also call myself, husband, mother, and brother late at night!

Aaron's Fridge with ice black

Paid for a new fridge with delivery, when delivered doors scratched and dented. Store manager said had another one at store and would replace both doors. Will see what they look like. Could not take unit back for a replacement. I will refuse the unit if the replacement doors are scratched! I took the morning off work for delivery, the delivery people said they would not be back until late afternoon with no time as to when they would be back to replace doors. I now have to take off the rest of the day and lost a 1/2 day of pay. Not happy with the service. Unit was bought from the Arron's store in Rifle Colorado.

Aaron's undelivered merchandise

On December 13, 2018 I did an application for a washer and dryer. The confirmation email said it was scheduled to be delivered on December 24. On January 2, 2019 we received a call saying we were late with the payment for January. My husband told her we weren't making a payment on something we didn't have. On January 3 we come home to a message they were calling to make arrangements to deliver. My husband called several times on different day and didn't get an answer. He calls the 888-333-3785 number. They say Jeff will be in touch in 24-48 hours. Two days later Jeff calls. He says the stuff will be delivered on Tuesday January 22 and we'd be called before they came. Nobody called but when I got up I found a flyer saying they had been here. So my husband called the store number 304-854-252-4500 and asked for Jeff and was told he would call back. An hour later my husband calls again and Jeff says he'll find out why they didn't call. The 888 number was also called again and another complaint filed. Still haven't heard from them, only an email to do a survey about my satisfaction with my current purchase. It has been over a month since the contact was done and a month since it was suppose to been delivered.

Aaron's unethical behavior/treatment

On Thursday, January 17, 2019 @ 6:05pm, I pulled up in my car into my driveway. After gathering my things, I reached up for the door handle and started to open the door when this man ran up out of no where to the front side of my car near the front driver's side tire. He scared me so bad, I slammed the door shut, turned my car on and put reversed my car. I had no idea who he was and all I heard him yell was I'm calling...

When I backed out of the driveway, parked in front of my house was a brand new light colored Ford Expedition with In-transit tags.

I was only stopping home for a moment and had an appointment so I went ahead and went to that. My 15 year old daughter later text me that it was Aaron's outside in front of the house...this man and other workers. They remained there literally for 2 hours, pacing the sidewalk, smoking, talking loudly. I was informed the finally left at 8:10pm.

During this time, the man that ran up on me was the Aaron's manager. While at my home, he proceeded to do an online search and located my 88 year old mother in North Carolina, called her at almost 9pm EST, waking her up, telling her I owed him $357 and tried to run him over with my car.

Aaron's harassment from employees once the manager has already spoken to customer

I'm a customer in Quincy fl and I was working with the store manager Mr. Cliff on my furniture bill and I was still getting harassed by another store employee. He suppose to be a sales manager he's and African guy. My grandma was funeral was today and I still was getting calls. I paid on line but was having problems with the website so the it didn't process my payment. If I'm going to keep getting harassed then y'all will lose a customer. But Mr. Cliff is a great store manager and I asked that he be the one to manage my account from now on.

Aaron's very rude manager at lapeer aarons yelling at me and being disrespectful

He works my case in lapeer michigan arrons with a person like this being so rude doesnt even want toake me reccommend anyone and give really bad reviews very disrespectful employee i been trying to make payment i was late and he was yelling at me like a child and keeps denying our agreement of paying the 3rd week my uncle owns a landscaping buisness we are slow in the winter but once summer comes we work 7ndays a week and this yr i will be eligable for unemployment so these late payements for a month wont keep happening i want to reccommend family and friends and keep buying from you guys but not if people are going to be rude yelling and disrespectful we are a big company know in oxford michigan and will eventually be betting supplies from ur company for our workers homes but at this moment iam not likeing the way your employees at this store are speaking to me and probably to other i hope something can be done so i can continue to be a customer and also bring more customers to you guys thank you so much

Aaron's service at the lancaster, tx store

I need someone in upper management to contact me ASAP. I have been waiting on Regional Manager to contact me and I have not heard anything yet. This all began when my husband and I went into the store on Dec 22 to order to Kinberly sectional. We submitted our paperwork and the District Manager, Lawrence ordered the furniture and told us that he gets a truck on Fridays and with the holidays our delivery date would be Jan 2 between 2-7. I called the store on Jan 2 to that they were still coming. I was informed that the furniture did not arrive so I asked them why no one communicated with me. We went on the lady told me I could have it delivered on Jan 4th between 4-7. The day came and I hadn't heard from them so I called to confirm that they were still coming and the lady told me no, the soonest they could deliver was on the next Tuesday. I told her that was nice acceptable since I purposely ordered the furniture to have it delivered while I was on vacation. Se put me on hold and came back to say they could deliver on Monday again I told gee that it doesn't work for me and to get the manager on the phone. The district manaGreer Laqrenxe came to the phone. I expressed my dissatisfication and he basically didnt try to resolve the situation. I told him I would contact some above him. He told me that he would give me the number for the Regional manager but nothing was going to happen because all complaints would come back to him (Lawrence). I called the 800 number and file my initial complaint on Jan 4th, was told the Regional Manager would contact me within 48 hours and still to this date, no one has contacted me, yet I have made contacted with the company twice. I'm upset and I feel violated as a consumer and I want to take this action further simply because the lack of customer service.

Aaron's trying to over pay and my neighbor saying they came and was trying to kick my door down

Hi. My name is Anthony Anderson and I have recently talked to one of the corporate office agent on November first where I paid her $150 for my payment then the store called me back 2 weeks later talking about I owe them money I told him I paid the lady then I just paid for December on November the 30th and now they been calling me leaving me messages talking about my payment and they went to my mother house my neighbor told my they was kicking the door like they was trying to break the door down and that's unprofessional .

Aaron's furniture and employee attitude

I was on the black friday and I ended up getting a different bed... So I was scheduled to be on the 19th for my delivery they ended up bringing it 6 days later and it has not been a month so I get this disturbing call from one of the employees that was very rude to me and was just going off so he was asked why he was so angry and he continues to be argumentive I would just rather not rent from this location I feel like there is something that needs to be done with james at the huntington store.

Aaron's wrongful treatment

I got a bed from Aarons and we were very pleased.i live in Somersworth nh and I had dealt with aaron.i am not ok with the way he treated us.we had a promotion for 5 dollars down and then no payment till th next month.we tried to pay the 5 dollars and they had told us to give it to the delivery drivers when they showed up.when our bed came the delivery drivers wouldn't take it.a week later I get a call from aaron saying we owe 190.00 dollars.he said we were lieing about everything so he told us they were gona come get it.when I tried to pay the money aaron sai no get it somewhere else.this is wrong and I don't deserve this.
