Aaron's management

I was buying a bed and washer and dryer and made the first payment the 2nd month management tried to take payment 2 weeks early so I cancelled my card. I spoke to manager told him to come and get stuff and he was trying to bet around the bush about it. The store closes at 7:00 pm central time at 8:16 pm central time I get another card alert on my phone from Aaron's they keep trying to run my card after I told them to come get the stuff

Aaron's customer service

I visited the store in Ripley Tennessee to get a lawnmower and they said they had a yard machine 42 in cut riding mower that was being returned and I could have it once it was fixed. Since that time the customer who returned it had gotten a troybilt instead. It has been three weeks and the customer has returned the troybilt and is now taking the yard machine back and they have promised the troybilt to another customer even after knowing I have called every other day for three weeks to get a lawnmower. It is incomprehensible to me why they would continue to give these lawnmowers to other customers and continue to ignore me. I will take my business elsewhere in the future and make sure to tell everyone I know not to invest any money in that store. I have used Aaron's in multiple states and this is the worst customer service I have been subjected to.

Aaron's over charged for lawn mower

I leased a used lawn mower from arrons in selmerr tn 12 month least.i have auto pay thru my bank.and a bank statement.showing they took 109.00 in the past 3 month.i had to call to get them to quit taking it.i went to store and talked to them and we needed new furniture.found what we wanted .and asked to put the money owed to me on the new lease.they said they would put it on the end of the 200 dollars on the end off the lease.iam sorry but I had to tell them to forget the furniture.and get me what they owe me.is 327.dollars not 200 .its a bad business deal.and I've been with arrons for 5 years.idont like it but I'll have to take my business somewhere else.i also got a refrigerator and paid it off and it's under warranty has not worked for the last three months can not get them to get here to fix it. Aaron's manager.

I had order for table. I call 800 number. She answer told me to hold on. Then hook me to store. The agent told me when he could deliver I ask him if possible be earlier. Then he said Monday. Ok. But it took 15 minutes cause they clam we had bad phone connecting. But it was not so. They were treating me like who cares. I walk out my home for better connection. But the same. In all reality I ask them to stop being so cool and speak on phone I would hear them. The manager claims I use foul language toward him. I told him I will call 800 number to give my bank info since they had me on loud speakers. He told me since I wanted to call 800 number he would not book delivery. Ok at this point I call 800 office again she said he cancel my order cause foul language use toward him. But remember he could never hear me. I got transcript from phone company. I hoping I can get this to Aron's. But they treat customer like trash.

Aaron's handicap lift chair

We are purchasing a lift chair from Aarons for my disabled mother in law. This is the second time the motor has went in this chair. The manager called my husband today and told him that the part came in and that they would come out today to replace it. 3 1/2 hours after I was told they would be here, the guys showed up, they turned the chair over looked at it and said that the motor they have at the store will not work with this chair. I told them that the part needs to be over nighted since we were told that it would be fix today and that they were 3 1/2 hours late. I was told they were never given a time they had to be here and that there was nothing they could do. Her chair is in the only room with A/C it is 82 degrees right now it was warmer earlier in the day. She can not get out of her lift chair with out assistance right now and I am unable to lift her being 29 weeks pregnant. This is store is completely out of hand.

Dear arrons I have been getting products from your company for a couple of years .I have always paid my payments to the full term .well I lost my credit bank card shopping and had to order a new one I call arrons vineland store to let them know I have to pay my payments the next week, well the person that took the call was very nasty by telling me in a arrogant way that I will be charged 10dollars for each account that I have with you guys, I have5 accounts and I'm thinking about calling you guys to come pick it up.😡😡😡😡😡my name is Carol Rivers

Aaron's online sales

My name is Richard Bishop. I am a longtime regular customer. I have bought items from your Porter, Texas location on a regular basis. I am a veteran and my wife is disabled. I recently received an email from your company advertising a no payment till August 1st sale. I noticed a recliner that I liked and could easily afford and started the application process. That is when the trouble started. I was asked for a copy of my VA disability claim approval, last paycheck statement, and rental agreement. Then I was told that since my rental agreement didn't have dates or terms on it that it was not acceptable. I then sent a copy of my electric bill. I was then told that this was also unacceptable since there is a balance past due. I have an agreement with my electric company for an extension since it fell due before my next payday. I have NEVER had issues renting with your company before and have had nothing but good to say about it when someone asked me about my experience till now. As a long term, dependable customer this behavior has me ready to refuse to do business with your company ever again and not to recommend it to anyone who asks me about it.

Aaron's unauthorized credit card charges

I have been a customer with Aarons on and off for 10 years. Most Recently in October of 2018 I moved to a different location and connected with this particular Aaron's store. I have always received great customer service from the one on Stafford Street and assumed the same. Anyways, I made consecutive payments, double for the months of October-December to pay off my bedroom set. My bedroom set was used and was offered as a sale for $836 with tax included. I rented two foundations and a mattress. When delivered, the bureau was broken and the movers asked if I wanted to keep it. I went to the truck and checked it out. It couldn't even stand alone and they had it up against the truck. I said no thank you. It took them two months to replace, mind you I was still paying double to pay off. I finally get my bureau and things seem fine. I made an agreement with the store to have payments come directly from my card on the 1st and 15th. I receive a call in May (21st) and was informed that my payments did not go through for April and that I owed four payments including May. I apologized for the mix up, and contacted my bank who informed me that no payment was attempted from the 1st-20th of May, and nothing was declined. The store assistant manager Theresa admitted that they were short staffed and that possibly one of the guys didn't charge my card. Sure, no problem. As I went to pay it, what was supposed to be $448 turned into $936 due to "late fees". I asked for the breakdown and they were not able to specify the charges AND was still charging me on the bedroom set paid off in February. The store manager Alex was never able to answer my calls or speak with me in store. I asked for my ownership contract in which they informed me the store manager has access to the back office and they had to wait for him. I finally decided that they could take the furniture because it was not worth the hassle. They informed me the bedroom was paid off and that the foundations and box springs were owed. So i set up a time June 5th for them to pick up. They never came and I took off work to wait between 10a-3p. I contacted them they informed me that they came and no one answered. If anyone has dogs you know when people knock or ring your bell.. It was complete dishonesty. I filed two complaints with corporate who never got back to me. It was not until I contacted the Stafford Street location that someone at the Grafton Street site got back to me. They sent ONE guy to pick up the foundations and mattress. I am not fit or in shape and had to assist because he was damaging my hallway walls. on June 16th I notice that $$$ had been charged from Aarons. This was a week after things were returned, AND I was informed that no automatic transactions were taking place. I had to freeze my account, wait until Monday for the store manager in order to be refunded. It took 7 days for the refund. I asked again for the ownership contract and he informed me it would be mailed. Today is July 12th and I receive a call from Aarons Corporate office not due to my complaints but because I have a past due amount of $228 and a total balance of $1, 000 on my account. I'm livid because I do not owe them. They continue to wreak havoc and that store is so disorganized. I luckily received an email generated from Douglas Lindsay (President of Aarons Sales & Lease Ownership) saying congratulations on my recent pay off. This was sent to my email on June 14th and June 16th. How is it that this store has NOT closed my account, proceeded to refund me on an account error, not provide my lease ownership and then sends my account to collection? I will never be treated with this amount of callous and careless behavior. I am still in the midst of fighting it. It is 1033a and I was informed someone would contact me at 10a.

Aaron's leather sectional

I purchase leather sectional I paid for the sectional in September 2018 I purchased the extended warranty this actually start it up about four months ago I called Aaron to see if someone could come out to check my plugs on the sofa I talked with crystal crystal stay there someone come out the next day between three and five no one never showed up at out to the district manager explained all this to him he told me to call back to the store account back to the store and spoke with Crystal Crystal no one steal came out okay then my sofa I'll July 4 when I laid it out it won't Let back up so I'm July to feel a car one time they told me that somebody will come at all July 9 I Carl approximately 10 times I'll July at night because they told me someone will be out between 12 and three they did not show up then you tell me summer will be here before 5 o'clock they did not show up then they told me to give them till about 7 o'clock À la this was July the night no one never showed up or Came out to see it there we were not able to make it out can we put you on for the next day So after no one showed up on July the night about approximately about 4 o'clock only have a four hour wait to the Aaron store X and speak with the manager she said that the manager saying that she was at backdoor in the truck so I asked the employee was she ate the magic has she come out and attacked me for a few minutes she said no she could not come out so then I just get the number for the corporate office so I could call so at the norm I am showing up on July 9 about approximately about 4 o'clock or later for our wits of the Eireann store extra speak with the manager she say that the manager said that she was at McDonough true so I X the imply wish she exclamation because she come out in attacked me for a few minutes she said no she could not come out so then I did get the number for a corporate office and talk to someone today and talk to somebody queue He said that he was out but he won't reach out to them through email and say that you can't take me no one contacted me at all today so today at 7-10 add talk to Crystal Crystal stated to me that somebody should be here shortly so she can call me back and say that the guy came out at 6 o'clock and nobody came to the door he rang the doorbell when I was trying to explain to her before she was so rude and to me there he rang the doorbell the doorbell in the rain is that the house because I'm because I was sitting in the house and I did not hear the doorbell rang like that explain to her if you rang the doorbell and nobody came to the door because you can Hear the doorbell from outside why didn't he just knock on the door you got a take pictures of what the outside of my house Emma nu hear the doorbell from outside why did he just knock on the door you going to take pictures of what the outside of my house and the cars that are in the yard but you did not knock on the door but I really just need somebody to call me because this is just downright disgrace they are so disrespectful and rude and there Nothing wrong with how long is it been paid for are paid for ever since last year but I have a standing water that I pay for every it's still looks brand-new call someone please call me [protected] Melissa Brown

Aaron's king size mattress

My name is billy yarborough a few years back I bought a king matress for 600 hundred dollars. from you. it went bad. any way I just got another one from your company. they are charing twice as much for same matress. I have talked to many people at your company. they aiways pass the buck. it is the same brand and same matress. when I bought the matress this time your manger pick it out and never told me about matress. iif I had know I would never bought it. I have been with your company about 10 years I have spent alot money with you and still with your company. I can not belive you are treating me this way. that is no way to do buisness you should have gave it to me for same price what you are doing is not being honest. you company screw me real bad years ago. I did not do anything about it. if you dont straighten this out I am going to call my lawyer I am tired of talking about this problem do something about this or I am going to take your company to court, the new matress I bought from you has already went bad also my phone number is [protected] waiting to hear from you

Aaron's I am complaining about a playstation 4 that I am least the aaron store in americus ga that have stop working

I call the store to complain about a game I'm leased from the store that stop working so when i took the game in to the store one of the employee had a very bad attitude as i am trying to explain about my daughter have a game stuck in there and i wanted to know how she was going to get her game back but the woman had walked away told me to leave it on the counter and i left the store upset.

Ok i have a tv that has a red lune un it i have a dry that is messed up but nothing done yet and i had my card on file it expired and i didnt know at first and then on of the girls in the sweetwater tx store calls me and was ver rude at first and said my payment was declined so i told them ok well i have the new card so i give the info she said its ok to charge ur card for 194 i say yes then nothing said after that then im told i didnt pay this was for june 21st i get paid every other Friday and they have been taking my money every other Friday till that one time cause my card and i told them that someone took 198 off it and they said it wasnt them and i was like ok well someone did but ok ill pay both payment on the 5th and i figured they took all my card info and said they would take the old one out thqt means they put the new one in but then i call to see why the payment wasnt taken out and i get a really rude girl she was luke ur 6 weeks behind as of the 15 i told her im only one payment behind pluse the one due yesterday and she kept telling me no ur way behind and owe alot and i told her over and over it was due the 21st and then the 5th and she said that was my problem cause i didnt call in and i told her no its yalls cause ik gave my card info weeks ago and she just kept on and told me to call back when the main boss was there and i told her i was going to call corporate and she said ok and yes oh got loud with her but i mean i kept telling her i owed the 194 every 2 weeks and i just said never mind so i guess i will just have to write all the money i paid as a lost cause im not going tOK be done like this and pay all this money i can go with someone else if have to my contact info [protected]@gmail.com

Aaron's aarons took money out of my bank account without permission

I am almost paid in full on a 2 year contact. I have never given Aarons permission to withdraw fund from my bank account but they did twice. Now when I call to get payoff amount I get a different amount from each person. When I told them they did not have permission I was laughed at and told they would when they wanted too. They have my card number from when I first opened the account even though they said it was a one time payment.

Aaron's incompetence of employee - rudeness of manager

I just spoke with an excellent customer service rep in Atlanta named RON # 2049 who pulled upo my issue ticket and added additional information for the local Phoeniz, AZ District Manager to reach out and call me today STAT.

I have tried to order a Samsung Washer and Dryer 3 x's. My items were supposed to be delivered this past Saturday but when I called Friday 5 days ago to verify they had arrived on the delivery truck I was informed that they had never been ordered the previously friday like I had been promised.

Two Fridays ago I called to confirm my bedroom set was in for delivery and it was but once agasin no washer and dryer unless I wanted a pre-leased one. I tole them no I would like the brand new Samsung stainless grey set. Destiny the employee I spoke with told me she would would like to call me back because she was going to put in the order for the set then call me back to confirm the order went through. Destiny called back confirming the Samsung Set was ordered. SO I believed her and thanked her. SO when I called last Frida to verify their arrivasl for delivery the next I was told they were never ordered.

Then VAL got on the phone who I had worked with previously and said I could go online to order the set because it was only $5 down. SO I tried to do that only to get an error message that ssince I had ordered my bedset online within the past 90 days I was unable to order online until 90 more days had passed. I became very upset and called the complaint department at Corporate.

The young lady I spoke with was vedy professional and apologetic. She created an issue ticket and said a General Manager would respond via email to me within 72 hours. Well as of today that has not happened so I called the complaint Department again nad spoke with Ron who pulled up my ticket and added much more detailed information regarding the fact I expected him to call me today STAT. Apparently the District Manage rover several stores here in Phoenix had left a note on my ticket that he had handled my issue at the store level. Well I have not been called oe emailed about how this issue has been handled. I have no clue. So I told Ron to make it very clear to this manager that I expect a call today before 4pm because I have evening plans. I want to know how this issue has been handled. I was told by VAL that if I didnt I would order through the store and have to make a full months payment of $129.99 not including tax. I was like absolutely not!

If this District Manager fails to reach me today by phone I will go to his boss at the COrporate level. The Avondale .AZ store has very untrained and incompetent employess. The manager is rude and has horrible customer service therefore I will wait for this call. If no call today I will call corporate in the morning and move on up the chain of command. I have no fear of doing thing the proper way. I want my washer set by this Saturday period. I am fully aware they have the ability to order it today or tomorrow and set it up on Saturday.

Aaron's my bill being almost 300 every two weeks when I asked for it to be paid once a month

I contacted your manager in swainsboro o the 30th of last month requesting that my bill be paid once a month on the 30th and the store manager told me that once I paid the 271.00 that my bill would be good until june 30 th but now they're calling all of my references saying that my bill is past due which it's not. It's so embarrassing for my references to be calling me about my bill which isn't past due

Aaron's aaron’s employees c0135

The Aaron's store on west commerce San Antonio Texas is the worst and all employees are rude. They didn't help me instead the two managers were talking and touching each other, from what I heard from other customers the general manager is dating the sales manager and they are both married! The general manager Luis favors her over all other employees and she doesn't have to lift a finger. This is bad for the company and business. I have not rented from here and don't plan on too. They jump your gates when they are locked and bang viscously on your front door. I will be calling corporate.

Aaron's i'm complaining about the manager at aaron albertville alabama

I made a order online and I paid like they said I was to get my new furniture Today on June 13-2019 and the manger said bc I let my washers and Dyer go back when Cancel My order I told them ahead of time that I was going to let it go back bc someone give me a washer and dryer that is wrong he has something against me I feel like I paid my money and I want what I have ordered he said that he will pick out me sofa loveseat that he had some in the store that had been rent before I was welcome to come and pick out one of those I'm not wanting nothing used I paid my money like the ad said and he don't have the right to cancel anything I'm going to talk to me a lawyer be that man is prejudice And he is disrespectful to me and are being mean and showing discrimination I will be making a police report and taking it far that's wrong what he is doing he don't pick out nothing for if I'm going to pay my money I want what I want

Aaron's whirlpool washer and dryer

I live in norman ok and I am moving to moore Oklahoma. While leasing the washer and dryer from Aarons, during a move within reason, Aarons will move leased equipment for you. This is where the problem comes into play, the people came and unhooked and rehooked up. I noticed major dents in the washer and dryer and called the store and was told the store manager would call back. While waiting for call I decided to wash some clothes and guess what, water came out faster than it went in. I called store on Sat. 8 june2019 and was again told manager would call back. Called back on 10june and was told manager was in training and would callback when manager had the time.
Finally the manager called back on 12June2019 to say he would send someone out to look at the problem. 13jun2019 Aarons tech come out and finds water valve busted along with several things and calls GM and asks him what he should tell us what is wrong. My question is why am I having to pay for something Aarons employees broke and I can not use. Why should I have to go to a laundry mat? There are 7 people in this house so laundry is piling up since it has been a week since Aarons broke my items. Also one person is a special needs person. I think this is unethical behavior from all Aarons employees. The phone for the store is [protected]

Aaron's keep changing how many payments I have left

My husband and i have been loyal customers with Aaron's for around 14 years now. We recently moved back to ohio from florida. And we changed our account from Lem Turner rd Jacksonville Florida to the Aaron's in jackson ohio. When we called the Aaron's in florida to inform them that we were moving i asked the guy how many payments we had left at that time he said 5 on our big 65 inch tv. Well that was in January . I just called the new store in jackson ohio to see if the tv is paid for. The lady informed me i still have 3 payments left. That is impossible. Everytime i call they add a month. What the hell.

Hello my name is Shelly Brandon I have a huge problem with the employees at your Wichita store all of them are VERY rude and inconsiderate for one yes they told me and my spouse that they would come pick up the washer and dryer today never gave a time even though I got argued with about it anyway we had an emergency and had to leave town after 11:30 mind you and called to set up a time to pick up the items she was rude and told me they would be at my house in 45 minutes after I all ready told her I was gone yes I'm behind on payment but that's no reason to be hateful with me or my spouse we have a special needs child and things come up that we don't expect I'm sending you the store info also oh and I was told to be back at the house by 6 after I told them I would TRY to get there by then but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make it I'm still in haze ks but now have to take my child to KC if u could please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know how to proceed with this problem or if you are going to handle it please and thank you
