THE ACURA COMPUTER AND A1 WIRELESS TOOK MY CELL PHONE NUMBER FROM ROGER TO OWN COMPANY WI TH MALAFIDE ATTENTION AND PUT ME IN TROUBLE. I PAID TO ROGER $ 400 FOR EARLY TERMINATION MY PLAN. AND THE COMPANY CHACKED MY CREDIT HISTORY WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND DID TRY TO GET SIGNATURE FORCEFULLY FOR 3 YEAR CONTACT WITHTHEM, RETAINED MY CURRENT NUMBER FOR ONE MONTH DID HUGE LOOSE TO ME.TO GET RID OFF FROM THEIR CLUCHES I DID PAY $ 125 UNNECCESSARY TO THEM. I GOT LOT OF MENTAL HARASSEMENT FROM THEM

Dear Shally and Preet:
This has reference to your email dated 10th March 2009 regarding misguiding the customer and giving them wrong information about the bell plans.
I had visited your showroom for a bell cell plan on 17th Feb 2009. You lured me to take a bell cell plan for $ 24.70 per month including 50 Minutes local, Unlimited incoming, Unlimited Evening and Weekends from 6PM to 8Am, Voice mail, 3 Way calling, Call Waiting and Forwarding etc. To take and sign this plan I had informed and explained you well in advance that my present plan is with Roger Wireless and still one month is left to expire my 3yr contract with them. Even than you immediately shifted my cell number from Roger to your company and explained that nothing to worry I have to give 30 days' notice before to Roger. After explaining these features you got my signature on month to month contact papers. After getting my signature, suddenly you changed your statement that bell will not issue any bill but we will charge directly that is from our companies A1 wireless and Acura Computer and requested me to deposit a void check. I got suspicious here that why you didn't tell me before all these that this is not bell plan but it is yours. You didn't pay any attention to me told to sign on credit check paper which is done by A1 wireless without my consent. I refused to sign and objected that how did you check my credit without my consent because it totally under privacy and identity protection act. You didn't listen anything and got angry. When I refused that I don't want to continue with you due to lie and malafide intention you told me to deposit $ 75 activation charges, $20 porting fee and $ 27 a month rent plus tax. I paid you total $134.07 keeping in mind that I will get my number back to Roger but you refused to released it.
I requested and pleaded several times and personally visited your showroom to release my number and get rid of from this plan but in vain. Even you misbehaved and told your staff members not allow me to come here and attend my phone.
Later I contacted to Bell dealer in Surrey and explained your intention that you unnecessary harassing me and want to get my signature on a paper, written in that "I confirm that my cell # 778-996-2553was ported to Acura Computer account from Roger with my own consent. I also conforming that I am porting out my same number from Acura's account with my own consent. I agree that I will not take any legal action against any company and personal regarding the credit check or transfer of my account", to release my number.
Now I got a Roger bill who charged me $301.12 for early termination plan and monthly bill due to your fault. I request you're good self please refund me $ 301.12 plus $ 134.07 and $500 for mental agony total $935.19 within 10 days from this date otherwise I have left no choice to take legal action against you.
I would appreciate and trust if you could please reply at your most convenient.
