A1 AutoFraud and cheating

R

We fell for the scam at A1 Auto. We purchased a car and were scammed out of 3, 000 dollars. We found out from our attorney that the contract was in fact for a house not a car and if we had paid all of th payments that the owner could come and reclaim the car and we would have no recourse. We also found out through the DMV that the dealership was suppose to give us temp tags and paperwork to register the car in our name which they did not and the owner of the dealership had it registered in his name. When we started questioning this the owner said if we did not pay more money he would report the car stolen. Watch out for these guys. The owner is also according to an employee using the payments made to buy other things besides making the payments to the credit union that financed the care to begin with.
