A cheerful giver — candles/ customer service
I purchased 2 candles from the company a cheerful giver and the candles were defective. They didn't burn evenly and I had two candles with a great amount of wax left in the 34oz jar. I contacted the company directly and the owner Tony Gross attacked me over the phone with a verbal assault on a personal level instead of honoring the guarantee the company policy offers. The exchange became so unprofessional I feel this business owner should be held responsible for his behavior. Also, I am still stuck with two defective candles and no satisfaction. Just a rip off.
