that it did not have a TSA in Rotterdam ready and the Seller as well as the Facilitator (us) had to bear the costs of notarisation and miscellaneous costs. Hence, a company which has a history of breaking its commitment in international trade in Oil / Fuel deals where high volumes and high values are at play, is perhaps bad selection for good companies to work with...

We have traveled extensively in our 50 years of marriage, and never have we experienced such rough-handed behavior. I packed my bag and put a tsa approved lock on my suitcase like i always do. When i board ed the plane from Cuba to ft lauderdale noone said anything about my luggage. When i arrived at ft lauderdale, my lock was missing and no on e could tell me why. I would like to be reimbursed for the lock and an explanation of why my lock was taken and never returned...

her he claimed the TSA rules did not allow him to do that but I think in this situation he could have had some compassion and gave given my wife a pass to see her mother. she wanted to make sure that her mother was alright, we understand that they are rules to live by but after this hurricane and what happened in Puerto Rico I think it would have not been a big deal, now we don't know when is the next time she'll be able to see her mother they're going to take her to the hospital today to make sure she is alright, and to just let you know we really love to fly JetBlue but I think in this situation he could have helped more cuz right now we don't have no funds to go to Hartford Connecticut to see her thank you...

Yesterday when I checked in my boarding pass was issued as standard and not pre-check. When I arrived at the terminal counter to obtain a corrected new boarding pass, I was told by employee Kayon that the problem originated because I had not used my four digit Birthday year...

Upon inspection later in the week I saw that the TSA locks were crudely picked and the locks broken. I can no longer use the locks. I bought the hard shell suitcase a few days before I left NYC...

on the line going to TSA this very rude and nasty woman came up to me, I have to check my carry on, I said what because it's too big, I said th her why didn't they tell me that when I checked the other bags, because I could have easily rearranged the things in my other suitcases in order to make the carry on smaller, she replied that's not her problem...

The local staff at the Male airport ensured us that the matter would be investigated into and we would have an explanation as to why someone at Singapore Airlines had broken into our luggage...

The TSA agent asked if we had booked directly thru Carnival because he said that seemed to be an ongoing problem for people who book thru Carnival directly, they are given the wrong information on which documents are required. There happened to be three other families there that day that were denied for the same reason and evidently they had booked thru Carnival also...

The voice mail is full. Emails to ewrbagstatus@airindiausa. com bounced back. I do not know who else in air india can be contacted to help in this case...

done - in the us the tsa will leave a note I need to know if its dubai or on arrival at gatwick where the inspection was done The most important issue is the missing contact details ripped from my baggage tag which you have not even referred to. If you say the bag may have come into contact by someone then isn't it emirate's responsibility? The contract is to carry my luggage from one place to another - for the same reason emirates would charge for excess baggage and ask for contents' details of the luggage...
