one of the agents called me about a cellphone that 8.ta is offering to customers for 24 months on contract. we spoke about the phone and even ask the agent to email me the details of the phone so that i can see the type of phone we are talking about and he did email me and i told him what phone i want and also said to him i want the white colour and he agreed. few days later the phone was delivered and it was black and not the phone i wanted, i phoned the agents several times but he was not answering and i even sms him but he did not get back tome i then decided to call the call center and told them the cell they've delivered is not the one i want. then i was told that they will listen to the recording conversation between me and the agent and if the agent was wrong he will pay the amount of R238.00 for collecting the phone delivered to me and if i am the one who ordered the phone delivered to me then i will pay the money. an email was send to me for the money that will be debited from my account, i then call them about the email and ask them how can they take my money whereas i am still waiting to hear from them what the recordings are saying about the conversation between me and the agent. i spoke to three people but no one called me and the money was taken from my account.and what upsets is that the agent even said to me if you not happy with the phone you can send it back but if you send it back after five days of delivery than i will pay the R238 rand.please help with my problem because this company was not honest and fair to me.again what worries me is the fact that i asked them to give me the address where i can send back the phone but i was told that i cant send it back they will send the the courier to collect it as they don't have offices, they're a call center is in cape town. your help will be much appreciated thank you. from cindy thobejane ([protected]/[protected]) or [protected]@yahoo.com
