I have bought a ticket from 7SkyTravel.co.uk. It cost $500 and I need it now! I called this company so many times that my phone is dead now. They didn’t send me the ticket anyway. So, I decided to get my money back. The result was the same. Help is needed!

PLEASE NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK A FLIGHT, ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. If you make the mistake of booking with them make sure you have an email confirming every converstaion you have, they accept no responsibilty and guess what the customer is always WRONG! Never them, no apologies or anything as its the customer fault. I am someone that has travelled all over the world and for their incompetence a trip that should have cost no more than £600 has cost me in the excess of £1500. Without writing a book on my whole experience, please DO NOT USE THEM ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

This company is an absolute rip off. i paid £100 deposit for a flight l booked but unfortunately due to family bereavement l was unable to travel. l was told the £100 could be used on another flight and at any time. I found another flight and decided to utilise the £100.
l found the ticket on swissair everything included and emailed exactly what l wanted to the company. I got a phone saying the l need to pay additional fees and that the price had gone up. l was literally looking at the flight on my screen and refreshed the screen several times while l was on the phone and was told over and over that the price had gone up. l demanded my deposit back and told Samuel that l would book it myself. Later he told me that the flight does not have any more seats l refreshed the page and the seats had actually gone down by £10. I explained myself over and over but a brick wall was in front of me.
This company needs to pay for what they are doing to people. Its not fair. l did not get my tickets yet.
Still waiting.
