7-Eleven nacho cheese sauce

Guys! No! This new sauce is HORRIFIC! I've been buying 7-eleven nachos for 35 years now...35 YEARS! I could ALWAYS count on 7-eleven to have the BEST nachos EVER! Did you guys even TASTE this sauce before making this huge decision? Bring back the original nacho cheese sauce and you'll save me (and apparently a LOT of others, by looking at Google) as a satisfied customer. Otherwise, see ya!

7-Eleven 711 nacho cheese

It's Horrible. I'm so disappointed they have changed their original Cheese because the new cheese The only reason I went to 711 is for their cheese, I've been a life long customer and will say that I will be staying away completely from 711. The cheese seems to be rotten, it smells funky and has what seems like chunks of meet and chili, it's also very watery. I threw it away instantly.

7-Eleven nacho cheese

The new nacho cheese sauce is the worst! The classic nacho cheese and nachos is the entire reason I stop at 7-11 when I want a snack. The new cheese is runny, gross, and tastes rotten. I've had 3 family members complain about it as well. Please please bring back the original nacho cheese for nachos! It's a staple of 7-11!
We drove to 4 locations trying to find the old nacho cheese but come to find out, it's been changed everywhere.
This is a huge mistake to change the nacho cheese to a new type that is most certainly NOT an upgrade to the original!

7-Eleven employee complaint/laredo taco company-stripes #2281

Hello, my name is Michelle M Meier, and i was an employee at my local 7-11 (Stripes-Laredo Taco Comp. store) #2281. I began employment on Friday August 16. 2019 and I self terminated my employment on Wednesday August 21, 2019. Reasons for my self termination are as follows...on Fri. Aug. 16, 2019, I was asked to come in to the local store to begin my "training modules" on the I-pad., which I did and successfully completed all modules. My first day of "hands on training" was on Sat. Aug 17, 2019. I was briefly trained/explained by an evening employee on how to do certain things and about the do's and don'ts of the kitchen. The next day, I was assigned to do the exact same thing, except this time I was also to help out in the front preparing tacos/plates as ordered, which I did not mind at all. My 3rd day of employment was on Wed. Aug. 21, 2019. My shift began at 6am and was to end at 2pm. Upon my arrival I noticed that the kitchen was in total dismay and the dishwashing sink was above full. My supervisor asked me to preform the exact duties that I had been doing the previous 2 days. I began my work. As the day progressed, the pile of dishes grew bigger and the tension in the store grew as well. The supervisor later informed me that there would be no one else coming in for the evening shift and that I would need to continue with the evening prep and the clean-up of the kitchen as if the kitchen were closing for the evening. She also mentioned to one of the ladies up front that they would need to do the dishes that were in the sink and anything that was used after that would be my responsibility to tend to. As soon as my supervisor left, the lady she spoke to about the dishes came to me and advised me that I needed to do all the dishes plus everything else that was assigned to me. Luckily, there was this other wonderful lady working that told me not to worry and that she would do the dishes as they were told to do so. My problem here is that I was NOT given adequate training by anyone, and I was given way too much work for one person to handle. I do not understand how an employer like yourselves can expect so much from an employee whom was not trained properly to carryout such an assignment. The assignment that was given to me is an assignment tht needs to be carried out by 2 people if not more. It is impossible for one person to do dishes, prep food, sanitize, help out in front, in some instances cook, clean grills, take out trash, sweep and mop within the time frame that you have been scheduled for. I did not appreciate being left alone to do a job that I was just beginning to learn. I have NEVER worked in an industrial kitchen in my life, and I certainly have NEVER felt so incompetent as this job made me feel. It is my opinion that the management/superviosory staff be trained in the ethics and morals of their employees. No consideration towards the experience, or in my situatuion, the lack of experience of their employees. Everyone is entitled to proper training and unfortunately the lack of training is the very reason why there is a lack of communication between an employee and its employer. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the way that the Staff Mgmt of 7-11 #2281 Los Fresnos, Tx, has total disregard for the training and well being of their employees.

7-Eleven fuji water

This morning 5:45 am I went to my neighborhood 7-11 to purchase Fuji water and gum. In the refrigerator in front of the Fuji water was a sale sign 2 for $3.33. I was very happy for the sale - I took (4) 1 litter bottles to check out but the sales clerk would not honor the sale price. I repeatedly told this guy that there is a sale sign in front of the water; he scanned the water and gave me the non sale price? He then became rude when he pushed my water to the side of the counter while telling me the sale is over.

I don't understand why he did not honor the price as shown - then remove the sale sign if the water was not on sale.

Bad service!

7-Eleven employees that work the cash register

Complaint about the store located at 6881 Greenville, Dallas, TX 75231. I will not be going back there so that will resolve my complaints about this location. They overcharge you and know they are doing that. My first experience was pretty crazy with 13 transactions when getting 4 items of which 2 were slurpees that were free that day. The wrong items were listed, then I said they had it all wrong, then they did a credit and then the wrong thing again. I told them they were charging me too much but they disagreed. It ended up being only $1.50 they overcharged but I don't understand what they were doing with that many transactions.
I went again to this location on Aug. 17 and they overcharged me for 4 items. I told them there was a sign that had the price listed so I knew they were charging me too much. The sign said $1 for a medium slurpee. I got 4 and he charged me $1.39 each. When I told him he was overcharging me, he disagreed. I told him to go look at the sign. He studied it and studied it and tried to find something wrong with it, which he could not. We went back to the cash register and all he said was he didn't know about the sign. So, 2 experiences at this location and a problem each time. I will not be going back. I have tried to report the first instance on this site and never heard back from anyone.

I submitted a claim about not being able to link my phone number with my rewards card and never heard a reply. The phone number is [protected] and should be linked to my account, [protected]. The number is currently linked to another account after i punched it in at the store level. I would like this corrected please, point/rewards transferred and the issue closed.

7-Eleven blue cheese

I bought a Blue cheese at launch time and the ranch they gave was expired more than 3 weeks it's almost a month in 2 days and now it's making me throw up.

I have all the information attached and if it's needed i'll attach the receipt too.

This is not the first time it happens too if it helps and this time I just can't handle it the blue cheese test like [censored] and it wasn't the only cheese they put out the we're like more than 5 so I'm taking the receipt and the cheese to a different level if that helps.

7-Eleven e wallet

I reload using e wallet because i was advised by 7/11 crew that i can use that to pay utilities bill and after doing that they tried to scan what i should be paying suddenly it dint work. Called customer service hotline but they promsise so many things and nothing has been done when i triend to call the hotline found out that my number has been blocked. What i only ask is refund but they never return my money. Im so angry and frustrated because all of my bills are due. People work with you guys are very incompetent worse and never use the app that you offer. No help at all is that how you do business? Very upset customer here i will file a complaint and get a lawyer not all people can just let this pass.

7-Eleven maya and other sales associate who would not give a name.

I was at the Lake June 711 and I wanted to go in and get a bottle of water and a lottery ticket which was totally not to be about $8 and something cents I had $100 bill and the sales associate head over the amount to break the $100 bill and refuse to write $100 unless I bought more stuff so I was told that I had to buy more product anyway to break a $100 bill when they had plenty of the money in the register. I asked if I could talk to a manager simply to see how policy was and I was told the manager will not be here for another two weeks so I'll be waiting for a long time also I was yelled at by another sales associate that was on the floor and told to go to Minyard's across the street because they had what I wanted spoken to very rudely by Maya and was told that this is policy and that I can be refused simply because I had $100 bill. I feel as though she was just trying to get me to spend more money in the store which I was not trying to spend when she has plenty of money in the register and to break my hundred dollar bill in Maine Ashley no sense and I don't believe that there has to be a limitation on how much you have to spend in order to break a $100 bill when you have plenty of money in the register so I am complaining cuz I was yelled at and they look like a fool in front of everyone in mind.

7-Eleven getting gas

I am writing to complain of the person that runs this 7-11 on August 8, 2019. I believe he goes by the name of Raj. I have only been to this store 4-5 times but every time I am in the store, the store owner is rude and very aggressive towards customers Today, I went in for gas and gas machine asked me to see cashier. When I went in the store Raj was very rude and told me I didn't know how to work the gas machine. After I reassured him I knew how to use it he proceeded to tell me the only way I could get gas was to prepay. I tried to explain to him that I wanted to fill up and didn't know exactly how much it would take. I told him I could leave my Black MasterCard with him so I could get it filled up and then he got belligerent and very rude. He told me i could give him an amount or I could leave he didn't care. I thought I needed approx. $20 so that's what I got but since I'm selling this car, I needed a full tank of gas. I had to drive to another gas station where I did not have to prepay and get an additional $9.00 of gas.

Raj is a bad reflection of your company. He is rude and hostile towards not only me but all customers. I actually witnessed him saying raciest things about a black woman that was being arrested across the street the last time I was there. I avoid going to this location because of this man's behavior. I did not think I would have to deal with him since I was just getting gas.

I think 7-11 is a great brand and I think it is really important that you know how this person is tarnishing your brand everyday.

The way you treat and say no is very RUDE! My observation of you the last (4) times is that you are rude and I have heard you make raciest remarks towards different people. It is you that needs to grow up and get some patience.

7-Eleven clerk-early morning-older woman who is a newer employee, who is continuously rude to customers

I have been buying my gas in this store for eight years, as I live right down the street. This woman is extremely rude to the customers, especially, black and brown skinned people, however I am white and she is rude to me and my husband as well. She watches our every move. She tells us we are using to much sugar for our coffee. We asked for matches for a barbecue last time we were in there, and she commented that we that we weren't buying cigarettes and threw the matches at me. She is just generally is unpleasant and rude. Please, please if you could just contact this woman and ask her to be more considerate. I will not be going there anymore in the morning or afternoons for gas anymore. Or at all if she is on duty. I also smoke cigarettes and spend 20 dollars every 2 days there. Now I will have to go somewhere else. So I'm sure I've spent over 10, 000 dollars in the last 8 years, and it will be so inconvenient for me now to go to another store. Never have I encountered anyone so rude!

7-Eleven terrible cashier/clerk

I'm not sure of the clerks name but it's an older white male with glasses. He was very blunt with me and grabbed the wrong juul pod pack ( gave me a 3% box that cost $11.36) instead of the (5% pack that cost $11.80) instead of offering any way to sort it out he blamed me for the mistake by telling me that I should've checked the box rather than him listening to what I told him to grab. I specifically said Mint juul pods at 5% but clearly he couldnt care working as a clerk at 60 years old. Not only was i ripped off but I have bought hundreds of dollars of pods here and I haven't had any issues until this guy gets hired and screws everything up and now I have to see him there when I shop at 711 daily for snacks and pods. I would like this employee to be transferred or fired because he is just plain toxic and will do no good for your company or customers. I will be bringing my business and my friends to AM PM until I get a response or see that guy gone. So to sum this all up I was given the wrong product and ripped off and was offered no difference refund or product replacement for his own wrong doing.

7-Eleven staff rudeness behavior and unprofessional treatment with customer

To whom it may concern,
Today 27/07/2019, I purchased two coffee melts at 7/11 (135 Windsor Rd
Northmead, New South Wales). when I was at the counter to pay for the coffees Staff started argueeing with customer, humilating the cutomer and indicating to charge the customer for thripple time above the standard price of the coffee and also called the customer a tresspass and threatening the customer to leave the store and not coming coming back anymore.
I am completely devastated, humiliated and embarrassed by the unprofessional way of the staff towards the customer and I am following up the issue with any other relevant organisation in a short matter of time.
I a seeking an explanation and a quick response for such brutal behavior of the staff at 7/11(135 Windsor Rd Northmead, New South Wales).

7-Eleven employment

Visited a local 7 11 store located in Beeville, Texas, on July 12, 2019 and was making a purchase which at this time had noticed a tablet with the "we are hiring" at 7 11 which I took one sheet from the tablet and upon arriving at my home of residence applied for a cashier position. The application did process and I received a message in regards to the application submission. Now my concern is that I had check the status of this application over and over again and there is no changes in the status. Just would like to know if 7 11 thinks that I am not good enough to work at their 7 11 stores.
If the 7 11 stores are hiring people after the change over from Stripes, then they could at least acknowledge an applicants application. Otherwise, they should throw the tablet and sign's in their stores stating that they are hiring in the trash can!

7-Eleven gas

Purchase 5 dollars @ 2.39 per gallon..now my car will not stay running and make noises and black smoke coming out of tail pipe... I had been driving with no problems. Was almost on E... That's what made me stop... Also realized that something was wrong as not long after pulling off and got maybe less than 2 milles from the gas station my car cut off .

7-Eleven new 7-11 store and gas station in development less than 250 ft from an elementary school

7-Eleven is building a convenience store and gas station dangerously close (less than 250 ft) to an elementary school and playground on Dobys Bridge Rd, Fort Mill SC. Gas fumes contains Benzend, which can lead to immense long-term health concerns, like leukemia, for teachers and students. As a concern parent, I am urging 7-Element to re-consider their decision as we need to protect our children health as they will be exposed to the gas fumes everyday going to school.

7-Eleven products neglect

The last couple of days at the 7/11 there have been several cases of water and Gatorade and other beverages that are in plastic bottles that have been left outside for days in the hot sun just baking away and not being brought in and that is so bad that the plastics are releasing carcinogens into the products and that they are still selling them to people that is cancer causing there needs to be something done about this immediately This is poor management of this establishment and needs to be fixed

I went to 7 eleven to get a icee because it's free icee's today because it's 7/11. I arrived at around 10am and was told free icee's were starting at 11am. So I asked for a cup, because for some reason ALL of the cups were behind the cashier. The younger female employee gave me a cup. When I went to fill it up, I realized almost all of the icee's weren't ready an still watery. Now I made the cup dirty with watered down icee. I threw the cup away an was gonna buy some food. The older female employee who seemed like a supervisor told me that I made a mess and wasted there cup. When I looked at the "mess" I made, she was referring to the icee in the drain on the table that's made for icee. I was shocked because she was acting as if I had spilled it all over the floor. Than she said I had to buy the cup that I "wasted" even though you guys only had 1 flavor that said it was ready. I told her no that I wasn't going to buy the cup I had thrown away she threatened me by saying if I didn't change my attitude she was gonna call the police. At this point I got upset an told her to call them if she wanted an went to the gas station across the street. I just want you to know me an my family will never give 7eleven another dollar as long as I have any say.

7-Eleven policy on drink refills and condescending clerk

The refill policy at 7-11 now does not allow 7-11 cups plastic cups to count as a refill for the re-fill cheaper price. The clerk said the cups were considered one use only. Now the cheaper price is nice, but the bigger issue is the cup being considered "one use only"! If this is there way of getting people to bring their own cup they need better market skills.
