7-Eleven 7 11 app

I somehow lost ALL my rewards points when I opened the app recently. I was on maternity leave from work where I go to the 7 11. I came back and was devastated because i opened the app and there was zero points. I go at least 3-4 times a week and have been collecting my points for the last 3 years. Now I have to start all over again and I had thousands of points lost. Please help me get them back!

7-Eleven customer service

Saturday morning I arrived at about 2:30 in the morning to buy an Uber card to get myself to work. Already destined to be late for my shift i was grateful that there was actually uber gift cards in stock, because there's never a uber cards there most the time, and I was told that he can't sell me an Uber gift card or any gift card or put money on my NetSpend card or Load my GreenDot card at any time from 10am to 7am. Why is this company not open from 7am to 11 at night again then?There was no coffee made, half a pot of decaf old coffee was available, no cappuccino in the machine whatsoever and he was very rude with me when I ask since when are the sales of anything to do with their entire section of gift cards especially an Uber card at at 2am to 4am? I am very disturbed as to why a store so close to the air force base, and the airport refuses customers of loading prepaid card, selling any gift cards, and especially COFFEE, at hours they are open for business!

I was involved in a hit and run and made a complaint as police even can not get CCTV footage from the store. I'm sick of how you treat people, I will go to media my Aussie husband and I will both go to media.I'm from Dallas your stores HQ. Your company is trash! I hope you get closed down.I have police report and my car is damaged and your sorry CEO can't even contact me who I wrote. You deserve the had press you will recieve

7-Eleven nacho cheese

I have been eating nachos form 7-11 since I was back in middle school, I'm 38 now. I just went in to my local place, and this new cheese is terrible. This will be the first batch of nachos from your store I won't finish. Swapping out the cheese was a bad call. I will not be returning to 7-11 with other gas stations closer to me. I would travel out of my way for these nachos, this will no longer be the case.

On October 5, 2019 at approximately 10 AM I inserted 60 dollars in a lottery machine but only received one $30 ticket. The clerk (Pravin) behind the register opened the machine and then said he couldn't help me and that I needed to come back tomorrow. I called the 7-11 customer support line and opened the above case number. This issue is now over one month old and no one has contacted me to resolve this issue.

7-Eleven cleanliness and customer service

The young indian clerk that works on weekdays around 4pm has really bad skills.
1. Hes not cleaning his hands after handling money before handling the hot serve counter. I had to request he washed his hands and he only rinsed with water with no soap then got mad when i asked him to do proper before setving my meal and remineded him he just sneezed. He became very rude again when i heard another customer tell him he needed to wash your hands. He stated they dont carry soap at the back employee sink.

2. Hes not paying attention to customers! Hes continusly is on his phone watching videos or texting while customers are waiting to be assisted. Customers have left because they were standing there 5mins waiting for him to look up and pay attention.

3. Ive had homeless in the area say they steal while hes working because hes never pays attention and hes glued to his phone. Hes really lacks good work ethics and needs to be replaced..

7-Eleven nacho cheese

7-11 was my go to because of the nachos aka the cheese... NOW I HAVE NO NACHOS TO EAT BC THE NEW CHEESE IS GROSS :( now it's all gross and tastes .. not good. the old cheese was spicy and had me wanting more. now i'm disappointed. nachos were my comfort food and i was bffs with the 7-11 employees down my street because they saw me every other day for nachos. life was good. i'm heartbroken, truly :(

7-Eleven gas stations

I told the gas operator to removed the French Language only! This is Toronto Ontario. English Only! They display in French languages not accepted! See photos.

This Ontario English only not only French. It's like you sounds like anti English! Not accepted! Behave yourself!

7-Eleven customer service

I am a regular at the 7 Eleven, in my neighborhood. Which is located at 601 Fayette st in Conshohocken. I came to the store tonight around 6:30 pm to buy a lottery ticket. I continuously waited to be served, while other customers were being served, even though I got there first. Walter the Manager there told me that the older lady clerk would help me. Him being a Manager he should know how to perform all duties. I believe her name is Carol, she came and started just out guests and totally ignored me. I finally said can I please buy a lottery ticket. She replied so rudely that I wasn't important and yelled out very loudly. . I immediately asked to speak to the Manager. Walt replied I am. I was so floored and embarrassed in front of the other customers in the store. I have worked in the service industry my entire life. I have never been treated like this before. I looked at Walter and said that you are going to let her talk to me like that. He stood there clueless without a care in the world. This is such a poor lack of leadership. I still can't believe I was treated like that. Just some constructive feedback. All your guests are important, regardless of purchase. I am a regular at that store at least 5 times a week. I just walked out the store.

7-Eleven nacho cheese

I had been eating 7-11 Nacho cheese for almost 20 years. At least once a week if not more it was my favourite treat. I had actually noticed the change in formula for a few years now, but just found this complaint board. I understand things evolve but honestly, this cheese tastes like vomit. I will not buy it anymore. Please bring the old cheese back!

7-Eleven very bad customer service and management

This place is poorly ran! I normally stop in in the evening and sometimes mornings. The store owner of this place is very unprofessional. He has employees there that are awful and still keeps them around even after several complaints! One in specific is named Henrietta. I've been coming to this store for a long time now to buy my marlboro cigarettes and to take advantage of the 2 pack special with my rewards app. First when I came into the store it was very dirty! The woman behind the counter dropped food on the floor and put it back into the hotcase! I actually wanted to buy some food but after seeing that no way! So I went to the other hotcase where they appeard to have some warmed up subs that were pre wrapped I reach in to grab it was very hard no telling how long it had sat in there like that! I tried to ask her how long that sandwitch had been there and she ignored me, she stood there on her phone instead of acknowledging me. When I came to the counter this woman very slowly took care of me. She acted like she had an attitude from the very beginning! She rings up my cigarettes and ignores me when I tell her I wanted to punch in my number for the rewards. Then after the transaction had gone through she told me it was too late and that it was my OWN fault for not putting in my number! She didnt even give me the chance! This isn't the first time I have had and many other customers have had with this person in general. The store owner doesn't care when told about her. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place if I see her through the window. She deserves to have her food handlers license taken away! The only time I will bring my business there is if the little blonde girl is there, she is ACTUALLY good and has good customer service and keeps store clean. Id like her to be recognized I just cant remember her name. She works mornings.

7-Eleven nachos

The nacho cheese has been the only reason I go to 7 11 for over 30 years. There has apparently been a change and the new sauce is disgusting. I have traveled to several locations and believe it to be official that they have replaced the only thing they did especially well with vomit in a bag. I would trade higher gas prices to specifically go there. This is very very disappointing.

7-Eleven unethical behavior towards me and my husband

Hello my name is Sheila Dennis me and my husband visited this location on 10/1/2019 about 1:15 am and wanted to order a pizza I have done this on several occasions before and have never been asked to pay before even seeing the pizza, and the cashier was very very rude about it and when I asked since when did they start making people pay for pizza before they receive them he got really aggressive and just cleared out the screen from when I had asked how much was a whole pizza I did not appreciate this profiling like I was going to wait for the pizza to be ready and try to snatch it and run out the door it was so embarrassing, and I really want something done because people that heard what was taking place commented that he is always rude to people and he has even invited people outside to fight while on the shift I look forward to hearing back as soon as possible thanks my number if neede is [protected] also the cashier name was not you can check the schedule and see who was working that shift.

7-Eleven being ignored on customer feedback form submitted

Below is exactly what I submitted on their website for submitting customer feedback & "guest experience" because as per 7-11, "we can only improve by listening to our guests" and "a 7-11 representative will contact you in a timely manner. An absolute joke! Three different"cases"were created; I submitted my complaint 3 times due to a lack & avoidance of a response on 7-11's part.

First and foremost, I would like to request a reply from head office or someone in a higher-up position than the store manager as it was the store manager who I had this horrible incident with. Also, this is not the first time 7-11 employees have disrespected customers & customers' right of privacy to personal information. 7-11 needs to improve their communication to all their employees regarding asking the customer's permission to scan id/driver's license. Yesterday, on the afternoon of sept 4, 2019 at the sage meadows location (2971 136 ave nw), the employee, who stated she was the store manager, lacked the communication & conflict resolution skills, leadership & professionalism of an manager and has demonstrated that any reply I receive from her is useless to me or can remedy this situation. She portrayed an arrogant & defensive persona during the interaction; she had scanned my driver's license without ask for my permission when purchasing cigarettes. I then told her it was not right for her to do so, and then I suggested to her, as the store manager that moving forward, if she could inform the rest of her staff to ask the customer for consent to scan the driver's license first. She continued to be defensive & argumentative 1. Stating that she had every right to scan without asking, 2. Told me not to get angry even though it was her who was raising her voice to me with other customers & employees around.in addition, not once did she admit her mistake, nor did she agree to inform the rest of her staff to ask customers for consent to scan ids for future transactions. This is not the characteristics of a store manager. I have been a loyal customer of this location since it opened this past year & I have never experienced a nasty encounter with the staff, until dealing with this beligerent"manager"- donna domingo

7-Eleven guard on duty

The guard whos last name is manuel was very unprofessional and provocative. I loaded my paymaya account and it failed with confirmation tru text message. The staff at 7 11 told me I have to wait for 24 hours so I ask for a manager since I already receive a confirmation message tgat it failed ao there is no point of wait8ng for 24 hours. The guard then approached me instead and told me I have to wait and he hold his gun like his ready to pull it and shot me. I still insisted to talk to a manager and asked for my reciept back so I can take picture of it. The guard was very provocative and told me I cant get it until he say so then he laught together with the staff and shuts the door on me. He later gave me the receipt and gave me a very provocative stare. I hope this is taken care of as soon as possible. He is abusing his authority to carry a gun. If not I will go to the media like tulfo or the authorities. He shouldnt be allowed to be a guard and carry a gun if hes behaviour is like that.

7-Eleven 711 philippines

It's 711 3 day sale. The crew didnt allow me to redeem as many as i can, i have a barcodes ready to scan. I am very disappointed. The item that i was about to redeem is just pepsi 600ml and they allow me just once pc. It's already 11:30 pm so i just have 30 mins left to avail the sale and to think it's very late at night and i go to 711 to avail the promo coz i already redeemed items. So ending is i go home very disappoint. The crew is not approachable and i know its not right that she didnt let me avail the promo. I am a loyal customer of 711 i always buy diapers, wipes, appliances, etc. So i have lots of points and then it was all wasted because of that one crew. I need action on this. 7-Eleven customer service

On September 9th at 3:45 PM I stopped at 7-11 tp purchase gas, snacks, and a drink. As I was proceeded to the cashier to checkout, one of the clerks, who was a African American Female, with red dyed hair was mopping the floor. As I proceeded past her, I said excuse me; she kept mopping and proceeded to mop across my feet (expense dress shoes, I had just got off from work and was in business attire). I asked her why would she do such a thing and she replied "you should have seen me mopping, too bad". I asked if that is the way you treat your customers and she replied "yes if they walk across my wet floor). This is unacceptable and this clerk you be reprimanded and taught customer service skill. I will never visit that store again.

Really people need to learn manners. If you are working and there are customers coming in you should not be mopping where they are going. Common sense, just a rude little girl. I can tell you that me as a consumer would NEVER patronize a place that hired/ kept employees that did not care about their customers. Hence why one business will fail and another will flourish (customer service is key). To the people with the ignorant comments "you need to be taught not to walk where people have mopped" I can definitely say without a doubt you are a minimum wager, no education, get hold a job, and probably live off of government funding because someone ignorant enough to make that comment is someone who doesn't care and has treated customers in a bad way with no provocation just upset with their station in life.

7-Eleven manager/owner

Between 10:12 to 10:21am on 09/01/2019, I entered 7Eleven to purchase a Big Gulp. A man approached me VERY Threatening. Told me to get out. Told me, "you have to get out." He said, "We don't serve your type here." I asked him what was wrong with him. I felt threatened. I was put down. I wondered what your type meant. I was angry, I had not been in the store for months. I never saw this man before. I haven't been treated like this since the 60's simply for being black.

7-Eleven overcharged

This is the closest 7-11 to my house in Hurst, TX where I buy food, drinks, and cigarettes pretty much everyday. This cashier by the name of "Larry" has overcharged me one other time and it wasn't a problem. This time he was rude and actually threw a quarter at me after asking me how much do I think he owes me. Instead of appologizing to me he pulls out the $1.40 out of his pocket and keeps the receipt and says he's sorry for any inconvenience. I don't even know how to react to that.

It's easy to point fingers until you become the subject to which the aggression is actually directed at. I would have liked to see how all those opposed on this board would have handled the same exact situation had this happened to them. I'm all ears!

My complaint was based on the cashier being rude to me, the customer followed by a cold "sorry for any inconvenience" type of response afterwards. I been going to this 7-11 for 10 years and have never previously had a problem with any of the cashier's there. In fact I was actually friends with the owner of this 7-11 before the location was bought by corporate. Just saying.

It wasn't my fault he accidentally overcharged me. He didn't have to drag my brother into the conversation or throw a quarter at me either. That is unnaceptable by any code of ethics.

extremely rude! looked at my husband and i like we were going to steal. never said good morning or even a kiss our butts thank you have a good day.
