7-Eleven Nacho cheese

Please take change the nacho cheese back to original I have been eating this for years and really like the other cheese better I don't know why people all across america are changing products I think it's because that they serve the jalapeño peppers and now they don't have to because they put it in the cheese so it's cheaper for them I think it's stupid and that register they have a snack for years and everybody likes it and you sell it and then you turn around and change it it's stupid

7-Eleven Nacho cheese

Just getting home from my local 7/11 since I was craving my nacho goodness snack.

The new cheese is straight garbage. It's liquidy, runny, taste is off, doesn't have that little spicy zing it used to have. It doesn't taste anything like it used to. I tried to have a few chips with cheese. Nope. Straight to the garbage can after having a few. Go back. Go back! Go back! Go back now!

7-Eleven Nacho cheese

The new nacho cheese is horrible I couldn't even finish my nachos it was disgusting, three people in my household bought nachos and they all said it was disgusting answer their nachos away what a waste of money, it's the only nachos I eat from 7-Eleven and I can't eat them anymore which means I probably won't be going to 7-Eleven anymore and make any purchases. I've been eating nachos from 7-Eleven for 40 years and this is the second time I've seen that cheese change, Corporate is making a horrible decision please bring that cheese back thank you!

7-Eleven Nacho cheese

Please change your nacho cheese back they were literally my life and my comfort food lmao I did not appreciate this change at all. Did y'all even taste the cheese before choosing it and deciding to change it? Well, actually nvm, obviously not cause what sane person would enjoy eating baby vomit cheese?! Change it back already! Why do you want to lose money?!

The new nachos look like vomit, and smell like feet mixed with body odor mixed with yak butt. They’re absolutely revolting. Nachos used to be my sole reason for going to the sev. Perfect comfort food, since I was a kid. This new, runny, nasty puke is the absolute worst.

Bring back the old!

7-Eleven Lack of social distancing 6ft & refusal of service

4/16/2020; time: btw 12:05p - 12:15p
2 male customers including me & female customer. 2 female employees & male employee.
When I walked into 7-11 & kept my distance in waiting line, older age male employee walked directly into my way, walked past me, & even put his face so close to my face while he opened his mouth to speak b4 walking past me. However, I was deaf & didnt understand what he was saying cuz he was speaking too fast & then turned his head away immediately without contacting my stare. I remained cool & kept my eyes on him while he acted fake.
After he acted like a busy thing for several mins, he, repeatedly, came all the way to me. I threw hostile gesture to him in anger "plenty space u may walk in different directions due to social distance practicing. He didnt show respect & ignored social distance during a pandemic! I could see his attitude & behavior didnt respect my personal space.
In a sudden older age female employee yelled @ me & refused to serve me. It got worst by uneducated drama. I became mad, took the paper from the plastic sign where it was a storefront registry area, & then showed it to them"social distance 6ft."they still didnt show respect & ignored policy practice, & kept their mouth open! Even though 7-11 had written on it, they didnt really care cuz they didnt like the way I was a crackbrain. In fact, they had zero rights & were doing wrong for violating 7-11 rules — social distance 6ft."
Please review surveillance, & I typed several words on my iphone & showed it to video camera in the air while video camera was watching every moves.
Coronavirus infection finds attractive to older age & then is transmitting — very dangerous. Safety is my first priority!

7-Eleven Owner

April 5, 2020 I walked in to the 7-Eleven around 4:15 PM I was getting things and I went to checkout Owner walk toward me and start being disrespectful and said that to me that I'm telling his worker to work on the 7-11 where I work And he was very loudly very disrespectful way front of everybody Please take action as soon as possible he doesn't have right to disrespectful to the coustmers.
One of his employees knows me for long time and he told me that this owner of the store doesn't pay him over time which I'm supposed to get so today owner see me in the store and start his bad behavior with me just because I told him I get over time at my job

7-Eleven Unsanitary

It is very unsanitary to find the staff who handles cash among other dirty things giving out slurpee cups. I will never go back to the Broad and 14th location in Regina Sask again with the unprofessional staff.

7-Eleven The Nacho Cheese

What happened? This new cheese is not good. Bring back the original one! I'm a tax accountant stuck in the middle of busy season, in the midst of this Corona virus crisis! All I wanted after a long day was to treat myself with some tasty nachos from 7-11. So disappointing to walk out of 7-11 with these wack nachos. I grew up on these nachos! Good day? Treat myself with these nachos. Bad day? Cheer myself up with these nachos. Please don't do me like that. Im so outrage, not even the clear shelves of toilet paper made me this upset.

I've been eating cheese from 7-11 for 30years...
Very Very Disappointing.
It doesn't stay warm for very long and was not tasty..
Icee's and Nachos are like a go to snack for us retro people.
Your not gonna save money by switching cheese if we stop buying them.

I've been going to 7-Eleven for over 30 years eating nachos and icy a favorite to go to snack. I recently went to your location and got my favorite nachos and discovered that the cheese looked not right and it tasted different and not what I was hoping for. Very very disappointing that is like a comfort food for people why change something to save money when now no one's going to buy that because it's disgusting. Very Very Disappointed.

The nacho cheese has been replaced with the WORST nacho cheese I've ever had. This is very sad and disappointing. I've enjoyed seven eleven nachos since i was a little girl. I even put it on my hot dogs. I literally thought the cheese was spoiled. I've read other reviews of people disliking this new cheese. Please reconsider this change.

Why end a food thing? The cheese was amazing until you all needed it. I hate this new crap.! Has no flavor, has no effect for the taste buds, and just the opposite if it actually of wanting to vomit.

GET BACK THE REAL 7/11 nacho cheese

So nasty is the new cheese you brought in. It is runny and gross and has things in it.

7-Eleven Stealing customers change

First time it happened I spent four dollars on two monster Java's and five dollars on gas I gave them $20 and he gave me nine dollars in return. I stood there shocked and just kind of looked at him and was like that's not right and he showed me the receipt the receipt said that the two monsters were 658. That's not correct. I put in my phone number and the two monsters are four dollars just like they are at every single 7-Eleven on this road which there's like four. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my two dollars back that day and they sat there and acted like I was a stupid liar in front of all the customers. Even the amount on the receipt did not add up to the correct change they still would've been taking a dollar from me at that point. I couldn't figure out what the hell went wrong between the receipt and me paying for my product so I couldn't really tell them why or how they were screwing up but they knew they were and they thought they were funny because I didn't know how. Finally I just turned out to go pump gas and the manager brought me out two dollars and told me that I was wrong but they were giving me two dollars because of the sale but that his store wasn't doing that sale and I was like that's really weird because you have two different advertisements inside of your store that say the 7-Eleven kickback rewards is two for four dollars it's literally on the cooler in front of the monsters as you grab them . I didn't really have much to say at that point but the next time I came back the signs were gone and my ex boyfriend went into the same store on the same day all of that happened and he was charged four dollars. Don't you think that's a little shady ? I think it is. Anyway I've been going back it's been about three weeks since that happened in the entire last week they charged me full price for two monsters and then when I came in yesterday they told me I was right and that it was two for four and I was like OK well I would like my money back for the entire last week then because I come in there multiple times a day for monsters.
These men are terrible at customer service they don't even let you talk they just talk over you and smirk at you, when I asked for the employees name he told me it and obviously it was extremely foreign so I asked him to write it down or spell it out for me and he would not and his manager just stood there and smiled with his arms crossed in an intimidating fashion. It's really weird that the store took away their special for one week but none of the other stores did pretty weird

7-Eleven No pet sign on window or door

There is no sign. I walked it with my small dog in my arms, picked up the item I wanted to buy, and was asked to leave. I was not allowed to buy the thing I'd already picked up, and was at the counter ready to buy. When I left and took pictures of the windows and door looking for the sign stating this rule, there was none. BUT there was an employee standing in the door holding it closed to make sure I couldn't get back in, though I didn't really want to, and never plan to go in again. Nor will I be going to any 711, ever.

7-Eleven clerk - mean!

Walked in waived Big Gulp cup, said refund, lady saw me. Man rang me up, got very nasty when I wanted my 60 cents back. NOT MY problem. Then he refused to let me add my phone no. I got spicy big bite. Just rude. Those two Ethiopians are evil. The evening guy is GREST! PERSONALITY PLUS! Not those two: they've probably lost you a ton of dough!

7-Eleven rewards

I was told I needed to register my card. I did that. I log in and see i had over 10, 000 points as I've had the card for quite some time. I go into the website and attempt to redeem points and kept getting error messages. I go to the store and find nothing is redeemed, I log back in and see i have 700. Where are my points and why does your site never work. I'm upset as this is the closest store too us and we frequently go there. I'm not impressed. Please explain where these point went, and if I didn't have that many why would it tell me when I logged in and conveniently disappear as soon as I try to redeem. Seems sketchy.

7-Eleven the employees at night stealing lottery tickets and harassment for women for sex

They were stealing lottery cards they knew which ones were winners and cash in on them. They also harass several women for sex I have other people who also would file charges to. They have also been followed by home to be ask how much u guys charge to have sex. They took the lottery cards and played them while working. The employees at night wold buy the cars. During working hours.

My self and hundreds of people I know or that people I have talked to know, are sick over the disgusting taste of the cheese you changed to. You are losing alot of money from alot of people that went there for nachos or hotdogs or hamburgers, with the cheese sauce which we all used to love... Please change back to the original cheese.. you had for so many years. You would be surprised how much more money you will have coming in.

On Dec 21st I stopped into a 7-11, where my daughter works, which is 2 minutes from my home. As I am walking into the store "someone" (I later find out is Angie, the manager) runs in front of me almost hitting me with the door. Angie then walks past my daughter, who is at the register, flipping my daughter off, then angie goes behind the counter slamming...

7-Eleven rewards program

I use my phone number to get rewards. I don't have a cell phone. I need to know how many points I have without logging into the 7-11 site because I have no account and don't want one. I know I have used the phone number for years, but now the "every seven drinks gets one free" program has quit giving me points. I use it in Colorado and Utah. Why can't your employees tell me at the register how many points I have associated with my phone number?
Poor support for us technology avoiding customers!
WOW! Now I can't even send in a complaint without creating an account.

I want to draw your attention to my employees. Today 11/26/2019 I refuel my car at 3800 Central Ave and wanted to buy lotteries. The employee did not give me those lottery that I wanted. She said they are not. Although they were on the canvas. She was cold, serving me dryly, although I smiled. If you can't cope with the work and do not want to work with clients. it is necessary to steal such employees. It is necessary to take competent workers. Customers do not want to see rude and tidy employees. Please pay attention. Thank you
