Good morning, I placed an order on April 1, 2019, my money was given along with the date of my event. I was never given my order confirmation. After two weeks passed i contacted your company on the chat to inquire about my order. I was asked for my order number and i told them that that is the problem, your company deducted my money from my account and sent me no information. After giving them my email address they found my order and told me that the skirt for the dress took a while to make. I told the person that i was on the chat with that i needed an order confirmation number and i needed to know whom i was chatting with. They did not want to give me either. After i said to them that as i inquired about my order the first question that i was asked was what was my order number., so I know that that was important so therefore I again requested that number. I was then given 2D2019040223997. I then explained that my event date is April 27, 2019. That when I placed the order this date was given. To date I have not received any correspondence from your company about my dress for my daughter's prom. This is really pitiful and very poor business. I have no more patience because my event is tomorrow. I have to find money and now buy something else that I never really wanted.

If you still thinking to buy a dress from 27dress.com, don't do it and don't waste your money.
I have ordered a dress from 27dress.com, I have got very bad quality dress, its a cheap material, not even close to what is on picture. The cut of the dress it's unbelievable defective, does not correspond to the design of one displayed. On breast area dress has holes.
The terrible thing is that: the customer service are ignoring you when you try to refund it, they are not there 24 hours to help you how is written in their policy, they are not following the policy its a scammer. I wrote them every day e-mails on [protected]@27dress.com sending them pictures of the broken dress and they were so rude with me answering : to get my local tailor and do it. I never got a refund from them they just blocked me.

I bought a dress for my prom from www.27dress.com website and I never received it. I made my order a long time ago because I was not sure how long would the shipping take. More than two months already passed and still no sign of my dress and I can't get in touch with customer support.
They replied only once and said that my dress was shipped and that was the last thing they ever said to me.
Who does that? 27Dress simply took my money and it seems like they are not planning to give it back. Do not buy from them, they are thieves!

I have ordered a dress from this company and the dress that they sent was totally incorrect. There were supposed to be pearls but the dress I received was covered with stones made from cheap plastic or something. I was super disappointed with the dress. I contacted 27Dress and asked for a refund but they completely ignored me and all they said was how sorry they were for the inconvenience. And the most ridiculous part was that they offered me to buy another dress and kept promising that it would be the right one this time. Never again!

The dress I received looked nothing like pictures on their site and it was damaged, there were two small holes. Also, the dress was super small and did not fit at all. I have ordered from 27Dress before I checked the reviews, so it's basically my fault. I tried to contact customer service but never received a response. I'm so disappointed! I don't recommend this site to anyone and I will never order anything from them again!

I have ordered a cute dress form 27Dress and the one I received was too small. In fact it was poorly made and looked cheap. I contacted their customer service and they told it was not their fault and refused to give me a refund. Then I asked to talk with their supervisor, and they refused again. What kind of company is that? Then I threatened them with my credit card company and they just stopped answering me. I'm absolutely disgusted! Stay away!

Not recommended website. I have ordered from www.27dress.com, but the quality of the dress was terrible. I have purchased the black dress, but it arrived a little bit torn and the size didn’t fit me. But I measured myself and chose the appropriate size for me, however, there were differences in sizes. I really want to warn other people and wanted to help others as well. Stay away from them!

My sister bought long evening dress from www.27dress.com. She checked the delivery time and therefore she has ordered almost two months before the event. But the company failed to deliver it, because of some problems with the payment. When my sister tried to get more information, they started to tip-toe and haven’t told her precisely what has happened. The staff is wry and they make some schemes of how to deceive their customers.
