High rent for such a crappy building. The worst thing is the rudeness of the building manager/superintendent. She ('L') is the rudest person I've ever encountered. She treats tenants horribly and is a racist. There is insufficient heating in the apartments during the brutal winter months and whenever somebody complains of this problem, "L" somehow manages to show her prejudice side towards her tenants by telling the them that this is not their native country and that they should be wearing thermal clothings, socks and hat inside their apartment lf they feel cold. For such an awful attitude from the building manager, most of the tenants have bought portable heaters to stay warm during the winter months. The elevators right extremely old and slow and get stuck sometimes. For this reason, I've started taking stairs as I don't want to get stuck in the elevators. There really mice in all the apartments. I hope the "city" or the government takes action against the metcap management and save the poor tenants from getting ripped of by metcap.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Management Staff is very rude and they decline repairs for structural problems in buildings, Laundry is badly maintained, its unsafe to go there due to risk of injury. Heating is often inadequate in winters. But lucky for them most of us are very busy with our work and family that do not have enough time to initiate procedure with city to investigate problems.
