229-261-7274 and yvonneosur@gmail.com and Paul Moore review: fraudulent check 4

Phone Number 229-261-7274 and email address yvonneosur@gmail.com responded to an Ad that I placed on cars.com for $5, 400, He texted me from the email address and phone number I provided. He asked if he could buy the car for $5, 000, I agreed. Flag 1 was raised when he said he would be sending me more then $5, 000 to pay for the company that would deliver the car from Los Angeles to Connecticut, He gave me a name of Paul Moore, 200 Central St, Bristol, CT 06010, when I did a reverse check on his phone number the area code is Georgia but google said it was an international number. His English is very poor. I received the check via priority mail from Arnes Group Inc, 123 Main St, Bristol CT 06010 with a Versa Check (The paper you buy at Staples or Office Depot to make your own checks) The company name on the check is NPR, Inc, PO Box 791490, Baltimore, MD 21279-1490 drawn out of Sun Trust Bank, 1445 New York Ave, NW, Washington DC 20005 in the amount of $6, 800.38, arrived om a poorly printed label on plain paper USPS tracking 9405 5127 1521 9254 3303 76 arrived on 11/25/2019. Because I own a computer business, I get many of this types of checks in the mail almost on a weekly basis so O know what toi watch for. I googled NPR, Inc and saw that he did the same to someone else who did not do the do diligence with the check, deposited it and went to Walmart and sent the guy $1800 cash however the guy must have burned the name out and begged this other person to change the name on the transfer and threatened to reverse the check, the other person refused and thinks he reversed the check because that same day the check was returned fraudulent device, just a coincidence and he got his $1800 back, right after I received the check he texted me and I told him the check was fraudulent and I read about his scam on this website, he has not responded yet.
