2003 — care credit card
I submitted a payment through my bank on July 27th 2018 that payment cleared on July 31st then I submitted another payment on August 1st which cleared on August 3rd. Synchrony Bank is stating that they never received either payment. I spoke to four different customer service agents and all of them told me different things in regards to who to contact. I faxed in proof the other day showing that two checks were submitted to Synchrony Bank for the correct account number and they were endorsed by Synchrony Bank and yet they are still not posted to my husband's care credit. This is completely unsat. They said they can't do anything about my late fee yet they are the ones that lost our money.
