I have used reputable sportsbooks like Betsafe and Betfair before, never had any problems. With 1xbet verification is ridiculous and insane. I have sent them almost 20 photos of my identity documents, certificate of residence and my bank. All they do is answer me through a bot, sending the same answer over and over again, that's how they treat their customers. This site is a scam, very disgraceful. They look for excuses to keep your money. Imagine how many thousands of people do this to them. You know, never use it, for my part I have recommended to all my friends that this site is a scam! If I don't get my money back I'm going to talk about it on all my social media. I enclose evidence of everything that happened!

I create my account by using One click registration from 1xbet website. I got my User id and password from website after successful registration.

I also made deposit but after that i was automatically log out. From then I can't log in with my given account id and password which was given by 1xbet.

To solve thus problem I mailed [protected]@1xbet-team.com and they asked for my NID card and selfie. I sent them. After that they aske some questions, i also answer them.

After all this security Department reply me "Your data is currently being verified. You will receive an answer shortly."

But it was 17-05-2022 mail. Till then the security Department ignoring me so that they cannot solve my problem also not replying me.

This was really painful for any customers. I also make my deposit which is now really costy for me and my family.

I had deposited Rs.20000 on 29th April 2022 through payment gateway 'UPI Fast' to 1xbet merchant partner 'Baroda E Gateway'. But I didn't get the money till now. It has been more than 25 days. I have mailed them with all the details with transaction statement pdf, but still didn't get the money refunded. They first said to wait 14 days. I have been depositing on 1xbet and playing games. Sometimes I win, Sometimes I lose, even when I lose 1xbet don't tell me anything but wen I had a few consecutive winnings and the total money in my 1xbet account summed up to 450,000 naira. Yesterday, I tried to withdraw and I got an error message asking me to message the security department for some documents. I thought it was just another form of KYC process and I messaged the security department. They told me to upload my debit card that I use in depositing. I uploaded the front and back, they asked me for my bank statement in PDF format and I uploaded it to them, they asked me for a selfie with my passport which I sent and they asked me a few other questions which I answered correctly then they told me to give them some time to verifying my details.

After some hours I got a mail from them that my account has been blocked and they won't disclose the reason why.

I tried to message them back to ask what will happen to the money in my account and they never replied my email back and I can't even login my 1xbet account anymore because its telling me invalid details when I try to login. This is so unfair, I don't know if 1xbet is now a scam

They are really thieves and only pay low amounts. If you win large amounts, they will not pay you and will void your bet.
