I create my account by using One click registration from 1xbet website. I got my User id and password from website after successful registration.

I also made deposit but after that I was automatically log out. From then I can't log in with my given account id and password which was given by 1xbet.

To solve thus problem I mailed [protected]@1xbet-team.com and they asked for my NID card and selfie. I sent them. After that they aske some questions, I also answer them.

After all this security Department reply me "Your data is currently being verified. You will receive an answer shortly."

But it was 17-05-2022 mail. Till then the security Department ignoring me so that they cannot solve my problem also not replying me.

This was really painful for any customers. I also make my deposit which is now really costy for me and my family.

I have been betting with 1X Bet for the past 5 years and never faced any issue until a month back when I received notification to send documents to Securities Team for account verification. I forwarded them my PAN card and Aadhar card details which took several weeks to get verified. Now your securities Team has asked me to provide details of all the deposits i made to my betting account in these years.In the last few years I have deposited several lakhs rupees to my betting account using Gpay,Freecharge,Paytm which are all linked to my Savings account with HDFC. I can provide HDFC bank statement to you but providing details of each deposit made to betting account is almost impossible as i have deposited various amounts to my betting account on more than several hundred occasions. How can i provide individual details of those several hundred transactions. To be honest I have not been asked by any company to provide these kind of details.It is pretty clear that you are just delaying things with these stupid questions and have no intention to return money.You yourself must be having details of each deposit I made.Asking those details from me does not make any sense.Unfortunately I do not have any option but to lodge FIR against your company and celebrities who endorse your company. Had i known that you will ask for these wierd details i would have never betted through your website.I was not aware that you can be so bad towards your loyal customer like me.Asking these questions make me believe that you have no intention to return money.

Been dealing for weeks now with their security department ( through email), they have no problem accepting various funds for deposits from crypto to bank accounts, but when it comes to withdrawl they become dodgy and shady.

1st they asked my for my ID which I provided, fhen they ask to provide proof of my deposit through the bank(although those funds were completly lost and account went to 0 and I used cryptocurecny to top it up)

So now after sending everything I keep getting automated messages from their email support,provide it again and etc. I tried calling and talking with different agents regarding the issue, but they all just follow the script. PLEASE CONTACT SECURITY VIA EMAIL.

Also interesting thing that, I initiated bank transaction on May 21, but it was withdrawn on May 28. So their main excuse now that they can not find the transaction on my bank statement for May 21.

How is that possible? if you clearly stated that it take 3-5 business day for deposit.

It is seen on my statement for the date it was withdrawn ( i have all the screenshots of the dates ), maybe they don't even know what payment system provider they use to facilitate this transaction. I'm not sure at this point

I'm willing to spend money and time to get to the bottom of it.

Also I found many reviews online, with the same situation where security department just toying with people regarding documents, this is unexpected for such a huge

But now security team didn’t reply me also not solved my issue. So that I contacted with Operators chat, they told me my Account is blocked by security team.

But security team didn’t reply me after getting my Documents and its approximately 11 days since.

I also contacted every customer support of 1xbet. Strange that no one speak about my account after getting the account id.

Its a big fraud activity by 1xbet. This company is cheating with its big client.

I am a football fan. I recently became acquainted with different types of sports betting an interested to do that. I researched from friends and acquaintances about a good and reliable site with which I can deposit and withdraw from Iran easily. finally I selected 1xbet.com. and I deposited all of my annual savings. and then, after some bets and mix bets, my account was blocked and asked me for Id card and documents. after I sent them, I received a message: "Your account is under verification. Please, login to your account via PC in order to see the instructions."

then when I logged in with PC, just see this window with title "block appeal" and after 72 hours I did not received another answer. and also when I send every another email to security team always I will receive this same message:

"Your account is under verification at the moment, you should follow the instructions listed on the website."

after 48 hours an email I received that "You need to provide copies of personal identification documents. Please log in to My Account and upload the relevant photos."

after it after 72 hours asked me to send my deposit transactions by my e-wallet.

I sent all of every things that they wanted but then, I received a funny request:

"The review of your claim is suspended until we receive copies of the personal identification document (a notarized copy of your passport or national ID) and of documents confirming the deposit of funds into your account on our website. The documents must be sent by post to the following address: PO Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine, 79008"

they asked me that I send my documents from Iran (a sanctioned country) to Ukraine (a war-torn country!). all peoples know that we can't send any Postal package from Iran to European centuries because US sanctions.

It was so hard, it was very big trouble but I did it in any way I could.

but I didn't received any answer yet. Now it is more than a month later... I don't know what to do really... I'm confused.

I think 1xBet is Scam, because they used every trick to don't give me my 6100$ money.

I had deposited Rs.20000 on 29th April 2022 through payment gateway 'UPI Fast' to 1xbet merchant partner 'Baroda E Gateway'. But I didn't get the money till now. It has been more than 25 days. I have mailed them with all the details with transaction statement pdf, but still didn't get the money refunded. They first said to wait 14 days. They are really thieves and only pay low amounts. If you win large amounts, they will not pay you and will void your bet.
