1xBet Deposited money wasn't credited my 1xbet account.

Dear Sir

I deposited in my 1xbet account first 10000 BDT via Nogot on 28th February, 2022 and then I also deposited 5000 BDT via Fast bKash method but both money wasn't credited in my 1xbet account. I tried to get touch with them but I'm told to send documents with proof at ([protected]@1xbet-team.com).

I followed them and was waiting for their response. At last they responded me telling that my deposited money will be credited within 2/3 hours but from the time being, they didn't credit my balance even they didn't respond my mail, live chat or call phone request. In a word, it can be said that they are fraud and telling false with me continuously without crediting my money.

I tried to solve my problem with IMO, Whatsapp, live chat, Phone call request but in vain because of unresponsive mood. They all don't want to solve my problem. Please, help me to return my money into my balance.

1xBet Wrong cancellation of my bet made on the 19th and 20th february 2022

Good morning, I placed a bet of 6 different nhl games for $99.99 on the 20th of february 2022 for over 4.5 but 1xbet site ruled 2 out of them as a loss (ottawa senators - boston bruins and new york islanders - montreal canadiens) when clearly both games ended in a total of 5 goals for each. I wanted to overlook it but when I took a closer look to learn for my mistake, I noticed online that 1xbet did that on purpose. I have written to them via email: [protected]@1xbet-team.com but they said I should provide evidence of both games which I did but no reply from them.

I have all the proof that 1xbet is not sincere, every site I check on the internet says both game ended in over 4.5 but 1xbet don't want to pay and there is nothing in their terms and conditions that states otherwise.

Even fox sports, espn, bet365 shows both games ended in over 4.5. What more proof does 1xbet want when it's all over google. This goes you show how 1xbet invent and fabricate scores just because you are at a loss, thinking people won't check their bets online but quickly takes people's money unfairly.

1xbet is just a scam bookmaker stay away from it although I have account from 2016 and lost there millions of Egyptian pounds never withdraw my account was verified twice before and have proof in 2017 and 2020 now I mainly deposit about 1 thousand of dollars and of course no problem when lose but imagine my account restricted when try to withdraw my last balance of 51$ they need me to lose all money ask from me again to verify and I already send tons of documents and I know their tactics to steal money from you as this happened for me before and after lose money the account will back normal again they are fraud stay away from them now I ask for a refund of at least my last deposit as I deposit every time (50-52)$ and they replied with bot messages ask for same document that already sent although I ask for close my account and refund money to same method and same my astropay account that already send screenshots of that account to them for verification in final my account ID is [protected]

Dear Complaints Board,

I don't know if you'll be able to help me or not, here's the details of my case..

My 1xbet user ID is :- [protected]

I try to make a withdrawal they rejecting my withdrawal request automatically and asking to email the security team..

When I contacted their security team regarding my withdrawal request, they asked me for Identification Documents, I provided my NID photos, my selfie holding my ID card next to my face and answered their questionnaire,

After a long conversation and providing all the documentation they said my is under verification, and few hours later they send me following email.

"Good Day.

We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:

Upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:

1. to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts), which may entail:

- all bonuses, free bets and winnings received from those bonuses and free bets when using this duplicate account becoming void and lost to you

- at our sole discretion, to cancel all winnings and refund the balance of your account at the start of the investigation (minus any canceled winnings) made from your main and duplicate accounts. We also have the right to refund any amounts that are owed to us in connection with this duplicate account, directly from any of your accounts (including any other duplicate account).

2. At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases), to allow the continued use of the main account and recognize it as valid, while all bets placed by you from the duplicate account will be void, the duplicate account(s) will be blocked and/or canceled by decision of the company (the decision is made for each particular case individually, according to the extent of the violation).

The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.

I'm a permanent user of 1xbet and I never create any other registration on 1xbet I have only one account on 1xbet.

1xBet Withdrawing process

Hi! I have a problem withdrawing funds from 1xBet.

On 30 Jan 2022, I tried to withdraw via an e-wallet. I received this message: "Request for documents. Please email the security team."

I emailed the security team at: security-en@1xbet-team.com

They asked for my ID, statement from my e-wallet and I provided all those.

The next thing they asked for was a selfie, holding my ID near my face. Also next to you should be the computer (or mobile device) where we can see your inbox messages from security department (this mailing).

Your face, your document in the hand and the dialogue with the Security department opened on any device should be fully and clearly seen on the same photo. All data should be clearly visible.

I provided the photo but they keep saying its mirrored! I even asked them to provide an example of the photo they want, but they never provided any.

From other complaints I've read this is a tactic to tire the user. I'm sure they'll create additional hard-to-get documents that I must provide.

For example, some users report that 1xBet asked them to provide certificates of mental sanity. What on earth does that have to do with withdrawing money?

When a user is making a deposit, they don't even bother to ask any info about you. But the moment you ask to withdraw a substantial amount, the list of required docs becomes endless!

This is extremely poor customer service and I ask 1xBet to resolve my issue promptly because I need the funds urgently. Until then, I will post my grievances to all blogs, social media and news outlets.

Hey there, i'm writing to complain about what transpired between me and your security team today...so i registered a 1xbet acct before i deposited some money and got a bonus which i was very thankful for but when registering i used my work email acct, so informations all go to that acct, i didn't like the fact all that was being sent to my work email so i had to change the email which means opening another account, so after opening a new acct i deposited money myself and I DIDN'T GET ANY BONUS, i didn't moan about it, i just played the game the right way and won a decent sum of money, but when it got to the time i wanted to withdraw some money from the acct, they demanding that i go through some verifications and submit some documents and stuff, which i did.

now while all these was going on, they somehow found about the old 1x bet acct which i completely don't use anymore, and asked me questions about it, which i gave answers to, after fixing my withdrawal issues on my new acct they took out a huge sum from my acct(main acct) saying they are revoking the bonus, but it wasn't your bonus, that was my hard earned money in my main acct not the bonus acct when i asked why bruh said it was for violating the terms of the company, i tried explaining that these are two very different acct but it was of no use, they could easily completely ban and delete the other acct couldn't they?why choose to take a customers hard a money knowing how difficult betting is?...my question is what if i had no money in this acct, what would have revoked? it's not logical at all, i hope you do something about it , btw excuse my use of language in those emails, i was just too pissed, thanks

Hello my account has been blocked since June last year with ONLY my money in it no redeemed bonus nor any winnings. I've sent 15+ photos of the requested documents to the security department but they have failed to resolve my issue actually currently they have ceased responding to my emails.
