Dear i Create an account on 1xbet by One click registration. After I deposited money now i can't log in with my given password by 1xbet. Its show me wrong password.

I mailed them, also send them my Identity document but not access my account.

Actually I have made the transaction through upi(phone pe) after successful transaction when I have entered the 1xbet app where I have to submit the transaction information it says like this payment identification number is already in use but I have not created the request untill then the payment was successful but my money was not credited to the wallet

Hello I lost my email conversation with 1Xbet after I accidentally deleted it.

I have won around 21lakhs and 50 thousand rupees in 1x bet and while I am trying to withdrawal the money, I am not able to withdrawal.

I am following up with the 1x bet team in number of ways since last 10 days but I didn't get single response from them. I had shared all the documents what they asked but I didn't get any single response.

I don't have any options and I need the money. Earlier I lost so much of money in the same account but at the time of winning, they suddenly made my account to frozen state.

Could you please help me on this and how can I withdrawal my winning amount.

Also let me know what kind of Next steps I need to do to file a sue on 1x bet if they didn't allow me to withdrawal my winning amount.

I have been using 1xbet from more than one year. I lost a lot of money and I had to took loan from banks this month. On 1st May Saturday, I won friday lucky bonus and when I requested for withdrawal, they asked me to provide verifications to 1xbet security team. I am a football fan. I recently became acquainted with different types of sports betting an interested to do that. I researched from friends and acquaintances about a good and reliable site with which I can deposit and withdraw from Iran easily. finally I selected 1xbet.com. and I deposited all of my annual savings. and then, after some bets and mix bets, my account was blocked and asked me for Id card and documents. after I sent them, I received a message: "Your account is under verification. Please, login to your account via PC in order to see the instructions."

then when I logged in with PC, just see this window with title "block appeal" and after 72 hours I did not received another answer. and also when I send every another email to security team always I will receive this same message:

"Your account is under verification at the moment, you should follow the instructions listed on the website."

after 48 hours an email I received that "You need to provide copies of personal identification documents. Please log in to My Account and upload the relevant photos."

after it after 72 hours asked me to send my deposit transactions by my e-wallet.

I sent all of every things that they wanted but at the end now, I received a funny request:

"The review of your claim is suspended until we receive copies of the personal identification document (a notarized copy of your passport or national ID) and of documents confirming the deposit of funds into your account on our website. The documents must be sent by post to the following address: PO Box 856, Lviv, Ukraine, 79008"

they asked me that I send my documents from Iran (a sanctioned country) to Ukraine (a war-torn country!). all peoples know that we can't send any Postal package from Iran to European centuries because US sanctions.

1xBet is Scam, because they used every trick to don't give me my 6100$ money.

I made a deposit of 1000rs on26th of April 2022,through mobikwik fast but transaction got failed but money got deducted from my bank account.

And when I complained about it to costumer service they said money got successfully deposited into your gaming account but still after 2 days it is not reflected in my account.

And 1xbet notification saying that transaction is failed.

I had withdrawn amount of rupees 1500 from 1xbet account to my bank account. Amount was immediately deducted from my 1xbet account however it is not credited to my bank account.

When I checked with withdrawal status it is showing as approved but no money was credited to my bank account its been 3 days since I'm in touch with 1xbet customer support there is no response at all.

I wanted to file a case against 1xbet as I can see there are multiple consumers facing same issue this indicates 1xbet is fraud and looting money from people.

Please help me with the procedure on how to file a case and sue this company.
