1StopBedroomsrefunding my money on damaged and late products

ordered a bedroom suite the delivery was 5 days late and the day before the new delivery date I was informed 2 of the items were damaged. After all this the the customer service was no better. I was able to speak with a supervisor . I was told for 2 days they were in meetings and no supervisor was there. I'm stilling waiting for someone to call me. I want a refund I do not want to deal with a company who isn't for customers. I've had problems from day one with this company.

    That's exactly what they told me, the supervisors are in meeting. Why is this company still allowed to conduct business, something isn't right about this.
