Several weeks before my furniture was due to arrive, I changed the order. Although they adjusted my total order amount from their billing, they failed to notify Affirm, the finance company I used.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Brooklyn, NYWhen I called IStopBedroom basically I was told it's not their problem call the finance company. No assistance or Intervention.
I have make multiple attempts to reach Affirm but their is not a direct phone number, everything is done online.
My recommendation is not to use this company due to poor customer relations.
