I ordered a sectional sofa from 1Stopbedroom on [protected]. Almost immediately, I received a confirmation email for my order, stating it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Just as immediately, my credit card had been debited the 1500 bucks. Anyways, included in the email was delivery type "Free White Glove Delivery (Inside Delivery; No Setup)". No big deal... the delivery guys will bring it inside and all I'll have to do is unwrap, assemble some feet, and place where I want. Two days later, I got another email asking me to contact them to verify my shipping address; I shipped to an address other than my billing address. This actually seemed good on their part as they were verifying that I am who I say I am and not some credit card scammer.

Well... today is [protected] and I just took receipt of the sectional. It took 9wks and 2days from the time of order placement. The amount of time it took would not be so bad if there was some sort of communication between 1Stopbedrroms and the customer. Since the phone call to them regarding my address verification, I heard nothing from them until April 11th, which was them responding to an email I wrote them earlier that day; asking to be updated on the status of my order. The email I received was essentially a standard automated email when you make an inquiry. Basically, it says it may take up to 72hrs for a customer service rep to respond. I waited 5 days (120hrs later (April 16th)) before I emailed again to ask to get a response to my previous inquiry. Later that day I received an email stating that my order had arrived at the local delivery carrier and it may take 5-7 days for them to deliver (expect a call).

I was happy that it seemed this whole ordeal was coming to an end. However, I never heard from the delivery service until 4 days later on the 20th (which was a Thursday) and they said they are in my area only on Mondays and Wednesdays. Well, I work and had a meeting on Monday so I had to go with Wednesday (the 26th (10 days after the local carrier received it)) which gave me time to arrange my work schedule so I could be at home to receive the delivery.

Perhaps this should get its own complaint but the delivery service was not at all what I expected. Don't get me wrong, I knew I would have to unwrap, assemble anything needed, and put my furniture in its permanent location but my invoice clearly stated "inside delivery; no setup". The delivery service "Justo Delivery Services" was driving through my apartments when I was taking out some trash. I flagged them down and told them where to park the truck. My apartments are gated but you can access the driveways (just not the doorways). So, I opened the pedestrian gate nearest my apartment and propped it open. The back of the truck was no more than 50' from my front door and they started taking off the first piece and set it down in front of my door. I figured, at this point, they were just getting everything down and staging it. Well the second piece was a bit awkwardly shaped and they had trouble getting it through the gate. The older guy of the two (both of which spoke limited English) said "I am sorry, you have standard delivery, I will leave it here”. I am fine with working and carrying heavy items but if two able bodied men can't move this piece through the gate, how am I supposed to do it myself. Besides, my invoice stated inside delivery, not "standard delivery" (which is to the residence threshold or nearest access point only, based on Justo's site). So, I got involved and began to lift the piece above the fence. The piece maybe weighed 60lbs and the fence is only 6' high. One of the fellows began to help as the piece is awkward to pick up by oneself. After the 30 seconds needed to get over the fence, I asked the guy if he was serious and told him that it's not that difficult. He again stated that it is standard delivery and he is not required to bring in to my front door. I guess he had a change of opinion as he got the final two pieces to my door, at least. And as they removed the last two pieces I moved the first two pieces into my apartment by myself. After all was done, I gave them each a cold bottle of water and 5 bucks. I actually went to the store to get cash earlier, just for that purpose. I was initially thinking I should tip $15 each, until I realized they were there to do the bare minimum. I probably shouldn't have given them anything at all, after all I muscled all four pieces into my apartment by myself, but I was raised better than that.

In the end, I did receive my sofa and a relatively good price but I don't think I will be ordering from 1 Stop Bedrooms anytime soon. The lack of communication is frustrating. If I ever have to contract a delivery service myself, I certainly would never utilize Justo Delivery Services' services. 1% extra effort and they could have placed the sofas in my apartment. Perhaps it is a breakdown of communication between 1stopbedrooms and Justo but, I know what I see on my invoice is inside delivery.

Initial order was placed in July of 2021. Just received the bedroom suite two weeks ago. April 2022. I ordered vintage oak. It came and is just as gold ! All I can figure is someone somewhere special ordered this set in gold. But this is not vintage oak as depicted. They’re giving me the runaround. They’ve even told me it’s the LIGHTING! I’m adding photos. Will never buy from them again. Only asking for replacement or my 9000.00

I ordered my item back at the end of July.. it’s now late November and I still don’t have it though it was supposed be delivered at early September at the latest. Their communication has been horrible and I’m always having to take initiative to reach out. At this point I’m not sure if my 5 piece dining set even exists.. they keep redirecting me to the 3rd party delivery service but have also sent me the wrong number to that service before .. it seems like no one has a clue what’s going on and I’m trying to get a refund but no one is getting back to me. Multiple times they have told me a manager will call me back but no one who seems to understand the situation has called me. I have also now scheduled delivery twice and taken time out of work to be home and Ryder last mile (their supposed delivery third party group) has called me DURING my delivery window to let me know now twice that there is an “issue with the order” and that it is either labeling or damaged. When I ask which it is they conveniently don’t know. They could not tell me this before the delivery window and I honestly believe they lost the item and are stalling. It’s a horrible situation and is constantly being blamed on the pandemic and staffing but I would be willing to have more understanding if they could provide me with an ounce of proof that the item exists. When requesting photos or documentation they say they can’t provide it. When requesting email copies of our conversation summaries they as well as Ryder both can’t seem to provide it. I’m alarmed that this company is allowed to treat customers like this. I just want my money back and want to be done.

I am going through this right now! They provide misleading information and when confronted with questions they blame covid! If that is the case why dont you let customers know upfront? They mislead you to believe furniture is going to take 4 weeks to receive but i have been waiting 2 months now. Ontop of that when asked about the financing (which I used affirm) they would refer me to them, when contacting affirm they said they had already paid them once that transaction is complete there is nothing else they can do unless the order is cancelled and a refund has to be given back. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. This company is FRAUD!

Been waiting for over 3 months...l ordered a sectional on 4/23/20, it's now 7/5/20 and am yet to get sectiohal.l emailed them and after a day, they told me estimated delivery to free white delivery is on 7/21/20...imagine, I have now been waiting for 3 solid months...Am giving them until end of this month 7/20/20, then am gonna cancel the order, and I expect a full refund from them...they better not play any games...

I'm going through the exact same thing right now. I've been waiting on my bed for 2 1/2 months now and still have not received it. They push my dates back as well when it's about 2-3 days over the estimated date when I was supposed to have received it. I've asked to cancel my order and was told to just sit and wait on it because if not I was have to pay for shipping on an item I NEVER RECEIVED. I've asked to speak with a manager several times and never was able to. I have ONE email from their support team from when I first filed a complaint about my order being late. When I checked the information on the email, it had the company name as Payless Furniture and not 1StopBedrooms. On the BBB website there are a ton of complaints about this company.

i ordered my $2000 sectional in may and the estimated delivery date is the middle of august now. it keeps changing and pushed back on their tracking info. such a joke that they can take your money instantly but offer no discount or sale prices on an item that is now on their summer sale list when they haven't even delivered my order yet. Dont even get me started on trying to get a hold of them on the phone. 2+ hour wait times to never get a hold of anyone.

Took 3 months to finally receive my order and it arrived incomplete. Takes hours to reach anybody by phone which I unfortunately had to do several times. The delivery service arrived out of their delivery window. Initially I was called and upcharged for shipping after the site stated free shipping and I completed my order online. I wish I had taken that as a red flag and canceled initially. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I ordered over $3000 in furniture, but since my escrow fell through (no fault of my own), I told them I wanted FED EX (who never delivered it to me...still in boxes THERE) to send it all back.

Placed a $3300 order for furniture. I was told I would receive it in 2 - 4 weeks. 4 weeks, no furniture. Delivery company says they cannot deliver for a month. I do not recommend this company.

Really... You have my ITEM in stock, but its 4.5 weeks later and no furniture. I did a little a research on my own and learned the item has not been in stock for the last 6-8 weeks and there is no time frame at this moment when it will be either. They think there slick because once they have your money and you try to back out they will try to hit you with the restocking fee BS. How can you charge me for a restocking fee when you don't even have the furniture to begin with. The actual furniture company has no Inventory for this item and they don't even know at this time when they will.

decent customer service up until they get your money - then the customer service is non-existent. Over the course of a month, I contacted them 4 times trying to find out why I had not been scheduled for delivery by the time they said I would. All four of those times they told me someone would look into the problem and get back to me within 72 hours. On NONE of those 4 occasions did anybody EVER get back to me, much less within 72 hours. 3 of those times our interaction was electronic. The other time it was via phone - but the only way I was able to actually get anybody on the phone was by choosing the option to speak to someone about placing a new order. Whenever I chose the option to speak about an existing order, I was placed on interminable hold.
WARNING - do NOT buy from these at best unbelievably incompetent people - and as far as I can tell, they are complete frauds.

I placed and order on Sept 7th for a simple coffee table, they immediately debited my account for the purchase price, yet I am still waiting for my item as of Sept 25th! GGGGRRRRRR! I received an email a day or two later from the order date stating that the table was on back order. What I don't understand is, why would they debit my account knowing that the table was on back order to begin with?! Instead of contacting me to see if I wanted to cancel the order or not. I'm beyond furious with this company and WILL NEVER purchase another item from them! I have tried on several occasions to contact this so called company, but ALL I get is a FREAKING RECORDING, with outrageous hold times! I SMELL A RAT! It's ok though, I have tried to give this so called company the benefit of the doubt, but they have left me with no choice but to contact my attorney and report them to the BBB! Oh yeah, before I forget, I received an email on Sept 19th, stating "good news your item has shipped and is in transit" How long seriously does it take, are they shipping it from overseas?!?! I'm sure they are not! I should have followed my first mind and ordered from Walmart, with whom I have never had a problem, and they ship and you receive your items within a timely manner. THIS COMPANY SUCKS, SPEND THE EXTRA DOLLARS TO GET YOUR ITEMS ON TIME.. I'm tired of waiting, again for a simple coffee table!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased and paid for three pieces of office furniture on Aug. 6 -- 48 days ago! I was informed that the the three pieces arrived at the Local White Glove Delivery Terminal on Sept. 6 -- 13 days ago! I have not heard from the local delivery company. I called 1SB and they allegedly called the local delivery company and told me that the local delivery company would call me. I still have not heard from them. I called 1SB the next day and they said the local delivery company did not receive the three pieces I ordered. No one can tell me where my furniture is. 1SB couldn't give me the telephone number of the local delivery company so that I can call them, and despite asking for a manager from 1SB to call me, I have heard nothing! I'm out nearly $2, 000 and still have no office furniture! Avoid this company at all costs!

May God help me that I will receive my order from 1 stop bedrooms I have attached some pictures from when I placed my order which was May 21/2018 today is July 4 2018 I have not receive my order yet I have read a lot of negative comments which I just made me feel afraid that I might not receive my order I am very disappointed this company have hurts a lot of people one good day they will pay for their sins people work hard for their money some are single parents they save up for what they wants to buy they don’t get their money from scams others 1 stop bedrooms have mercy on people this is a sins one day y’all will be asking about this god will burn this company in hell for doing their customers dirty... if I don’t receive my order I pray that god will deal with whosoever is in charge once again stop doing your customers dirty! I pray one day someone will put stop to 1 stop bedrooms for taking people money... my message to one stop bedrooms is ( rest in hell)

I have had the same issue with all the lies and delays. I still have not received my order that was placed March 28th (it is now June 20th!). At first all seemed normal, I received confirmation of my order and was charged. But after 3 weeks and not a single update, I called customer service who assured me that it was scheduled to ship out that friday and should only take 7-10 days. 2 weeks later, I called again and was told my order had been backordered and would be delayed, but should only be a week or two max. After 2 more weeks and still no communication from the company, I called again and was told that they were scheduled to receive the items that week and to expect it to take about 2 more weeks for actual delivery- they told me again about the backorder and "apologized" for the delay but that it shouldn't take more than 2 weeks. Now here I am 12 weeks later, still no updates and no furniture. When I call, I am on hold waiting behind 15+callers and everytime I get down to about 2nd or 3rd in line, the call "drops" and I have to start all over. I've tried their "leave your info and we'll call you back keeping you in order of your place in line"- but that's BS because I never get a call back, ever. So now I wonder if this business is legit and if I will ever get my furniture?

This company is FAKE KAKE KAKE.
I placed an order three months ago. After two months they delivered half of the order and that was damaged. Following their instruction, I made a picture and sent to them. After waiting a month tried to contact them but no luck. The guy on the customer service is terribly rude. I have been also trying to reach their customer service for rest of my order but no response. Sent two dozen emails to their customer service as well but no response either.
After giving up all hopes, I am going to dispute my order with the credit card company. I hope they will refund my money back. if you look at the bad reviews you'll see our reviews are all the same this company should be shut down for taking people's money for months and months and not delivering or canceling their orders.

This place One Stop is full of it! My order came in 8 weeks instead of 4-6 weeks. My dining room table looked as if a child sanded the wood down and painted over. The chest piece I bought to go with the dining table is not the same color. I have been on hold forever and the times keeps going up instead of down as I am sitting here. I am so pissed I spent 1700 on some cheap looking furniture! This is not fair this place is a scam. I wish it was something I could do. Oh and they also took the money out my account right away most real companies don't do that until the item is shipped or delivered

I have placed a $5, 000 order for a bedroom set in April 7, 2018. It is almost 2 months and I only received and email as a reply to my treat of cancelling/disputing the credit card charge. They said next Monday or 4 days after such email, I was going to be contacted to set the delivery date.
Someone needs to stop this people from making customers waste our time.

After ordering a reclining chair on 4/6, I received a confirming email. In the email I was told I would receive follow-up information on shipping time. As of today, 4/11, I did not receive a follow-up email, so I called the seller to see when I would receive my chair. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and then was able to request a return phone call through the automated process. Some 4 hours later my call was returned, and I spoke with a very rude man who said the chair should be shipped in approximately three weeks. I was aghast. One month for shipping an in stock item is outrageous, as well as having no follow-up information provided. The chair is "awaiting pick-up" and has not moved in anyway whatsoever toward my home. I told the rude man that this was unacceptable and NOTHING on their website showed that normal shipping was 4 weeks. I then told him to cancel the order, and he told me it would be a 30% restocking fee. This is illegal, as restocking fees can only be on products that have been RETURNED or EXCHANGED. I am doing neither of these actions, I am cancelling an order due to misrepresentation of the seller. I have grave doubts that this is a legitimate company as they are representing themselves.

I purchased a complete dining room set and buffet server from them. It turned out to be a waste of my time and money.

I was sent an email confirming my purchase. I was then a day later sent an email asking for a review. Very odd since I haven't received the product or can review on the service at this point in time.

I was then sent a third email with a status update saying my order details have been sent to the manufacturer for acknowledgment and shipping preparation.

At this point, I'm super excited that I got such a wonderful deal! Everything is going smooth and I cannot wait to receive my dining room set.

I received another email with another status update two days later stating "Great news! The manufacturer has confirmed your order is ready to ship and is awaiting pickup from the freight carrier." It stated that it usually takes 1-3 days.

Oh boy! I am beyond thrilled reading that!

Three days later I received an email stating that my order has been picked up from the manufacturers warehouse and is in transit to the last mile carrier closest to me. It said that I would be updated with an estimated arrival date in a few days and contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.

YES! Exactly what I wanted to read.

Here comes the bad news...

After 2 weeks went by I contacted them via chat and asked where my items were. I was told that they're on the way to me and was given at that point a two week arrival time frame since it was coming from across the country.

Alright, I wait and wait and wait some more and hear nothing! I again contact them via chat and a HUGE bomb went off. I was told that my items were on back order NEVER on the way to me. ARE YOU KIDDING?

I was completely lied to during the ENTIRE process. From emails lying to me to workers lying to me. Meanwhile I am out TONS of money and wasted 2 months waiting for nothing to arrive.

I immediately told them that I wanted to cancel my order and supposedly they did. I'm awaiting my refund. If not received within 10 days I will be contacting my bank to open a dispute.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! This is either a scam or someone that doesn't know how to run a business. They should never lie to their costumers. On their own website it says "Buyer will be immediately contacted if items are on back order." REALLY? Wow that would've been really nice to know.



Don't even bother trying to call them because it will start out with only a 5 minute wait that will go to 10 min wait that will go to 15 min wait and so on. YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS!

Same here...Furniture was delivered damaged. On hold for customer service for over an hour. Sent an angry e-mail & they called immediately however, it's been over a month & no calls, no credit...NADA. Will NEVER use this company! I agree they MUST pay for good reviews because all the negative reviews sound about the same.

I would call this company a complete fraud and a group of scammers, but I believe they are just actually plain old deceptive and bad at what they do. As other customers have said the main issue is they take you money immediately then go silent without any ETA on when or if your order will ever arrive. Their ordering process conveniently never mentions estimated delivery dates and lets the customer assume that "surely my order wouldn't take more than a few weeks". Guess again. I've been waiting for my order 2 months now without a peep from the company.

What's most despicable is the huge number of obviously fake reviews they have paid for on review sites (even on the BBB site) that give unsuspecting people a sense of comfort before they order. is down-right shameful.

I have had this exact same experience. Ordered a bed on 10/10/17, it's now 12/7/2017 and zero communication from them during the first 6 weeks. I had to reach out numerous times before I was told that my item was out of stock. Still awaiting any type of delivery date. Their primary issue is LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Ther FAQ section clearly states "We will notify you immediately in the event your furniture is on backorder, and we will ship it as soon as possible"... yeah right!
