customer service on the phone!
My husband and I were looking for a small work vehicle and I saw them online. I called and made an appointment with them. They were as nice as can be in the beginning, then my husband called to ask more general questions about the down payment on certain vehicles. My husband stated that they are asking a lot for cars that have VERY HIGH mileage. Some sales person named Scott was extremely rude on the phone and told my husband that his credit score SUCKED! And he should go to another place since he didn't have $3, 000 down for a 10-year old car with almost 120, 000 miles on it. He yelled at my husband and stated, "Yeah GO! GO! GO! somewhere else then and hung the phone up in his face. Like a big child! We called back and begged to speak to the owner, but they avoided us at every turn so we were forced to speak to a dumb manager who basically told us he played the conversation back and didn't see anything wrong with it. They were so unprofessional and did not try to work with us. I'm OVERJOYED that we didn't purchase anything from them and I will make it my mission in life to tell everyone not to do business with these losers!
Defective car sold/ Unethical behavior
I was scammed into buying a car that the sales rep, MICHAEL LOCKLEAR said worked and didn't have any accident.He frustrated all my efforts to have the car inspected by a technician with a promise that he would fix the car if there were defects.Got me to sign off after making cash payment of $7800 for a NISSAN MURANO.Car has had issues from day one.
why is Scammer " censored ?
They are totally scammers They had a Hummer Listed and I was going to send money when I asked for a small Video Clip OMAR said Ok .I will do a walk around and send it to you, , never heard anything, then calling they hung up on me, I asked if he was an Arab he was a bit shocked They are 1 and 2 [censored] in Dallas Texas and off they go to ICE and FBI
