The seeming foreign accent male caller claims to be working with Interpol and FBI.
The caller keeps calling and with interruptions at call.
The caller claim he is there to help and protect and to guide one in a process to protect against a group of extortionists.
To register and be protected.
If not, the extortion group will take the name and list at an Interpol and FBI wanted list

    Claims to be working as official, yet can’t provide any credentials
