IHOP review: Service

Went to IHOP on Princess Anne RD Va BCH VA Nov.8th at 4:00PM. Waitress brought our drinks then we ordered Their were 4 of us. We waited 1 hour for our food without anyone stopping by our table at all. When food arrived my eggs were runny although I asked for firm. Manager came to table and I asked her if she would heat the eggs in the microwave to firm up because I did not want a long wait. It took ten minutes for my food to arrive again. After the meal we had to wait for our tickets and then waited a reasonable amount of time for the server to take the money. By this time it was 5:45 and we got up and went to the front entrance to pay. No one was there but a very helpful worker said she would get the manager. A different person was now the manager because of the shift change. She asked what she could do to make us happy. My sister told her to do what she felt she should do as a manager. Then the manager just walked off without a word. We have had long waits before but the server would stop by the table to check on us and we were fine with that. This visit was very different, we felt like managers or our server cared at all if we were there or not.I have never had an experience like this at any restaurant before.
