Lousy customer service by staff named Winnie. Upon arrival to the customer counter no greeting or smile. No clear explanation and she seem to be talking to herself. I can't hear what she is telling me. I came again to the counter to verify again but although she noticed me there but being ignorant. I was attended by other staff instead. I'm not familiar with the system as I'm working at overseas and most of my transactions are thru online. Worse customer service and I felt not being respected.
