World Of Books review: Incorrect books received.

I ordered The Pelican Brief by John Grisham and paid for the book on the 21st March but it has never arrived. I have complained and they have sent three wrong books in succession. First i was sent a book on how to look after chickens. The second book they sent was an autobiography by Terry Wogan. The third book was information on how to trace your family tree. None of which are in the slightest way connected to The Pelican Brief! The phone is on a continuous recording which tells you to email WOB customer services which i have done many times. They are now ignoring me and they have my money and my book.
