I m the patient party of 5th floor Bed No. 5305. We have told many times and also complained at the desk but it was of no use. The following are the serious complaints of a corporate hospital.
1) I found a mosquito in the pediatric general ward and immediately informed the Sister and also went to the first floor of the grievance cell to register my complaint. I met with a lady and informed her about the issue. I was worried as my son is already suffering from Dengue.
2) The doctor had told the sister to conduct the blood test of my son in the evening but after repeated requests the sister were careless and did not bother. They came to collect the blood test at 11 p.m. when the child was sleeping. After asking about this they had no answer.
3) There is water leakage supposedly may be from the AC duct and there has been a major problem with this. Continuous cleaning and sponging had to be done and even cleaning from machine had to be done at 11:30 p.m. At the middle of the night disturbing the sleep. Is this the condition of a corporate hospital? Is this what we get after spending the money.
