I purchase a Honda CRV with 3 years warrantee and within 6 months the vehicle start having problem with the rear differential. They never respond to email nor the report problem on the warrant app. When you call it takes over 2 hours to speak to someone, lazy managers and the worst customer service.

I took my car to 2 of my local garage which quote me £2500 for repair and forward the quote to big assist warrantee department and again you have to call to get an update since they don't reply to my emails which again take hours to get through.

Under the warrant list differential is cover but my claim was decline by the manager stating my rear tyre was the cause. All my tyres are above the legal requirement and have no connection with my rear differential problem. I ask to speak to the manager and I still waiting after 2 days.

I am now seeking legal action against this company.

I would never recommend this company, lying salemen and doggie managers.

I should have seeking the red flag from day 1 when one customers was complaining about his car been faulty.

Claimed loss: £2500 claim in repair

Desired outcome: Need my vehicle fix or refund my money
