I purchased 3 tops from this company after seeing on Facebook. The advertisement said the products were made in South Carolina, US and that there were free returns within 30 days. The products are actually made in China, poorly made and are not correctly sized. I reached out to customer service to get a return label multiple times and received offers to refund $15, then $25, $36, $45 with a final offer of $50 and the address of No.47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai - UAE for return. I have requested a pre-paid label as the ad said free returns. Waiting to hear back.
False advertising! This company uses many different names. If you look at the various ads that pop up on Facebook, the websites all look the same. Buyer beware.
Desired outcome: Need a postage-paid return label or full refund.
I have been going rounds with these people as well. $225 worth of garbage quality and the sizing is not true. I was first offered $45, $70, $89 for compensation because they claim shipping is so expensive to ship back. It is not made here in the states, I have a label that comes straight from China, with another label slapped partially over it from Jamaica NY. Now they send me the address of where to ship it back to in Dubai and how expensive it is. Well I hope people read these reviews and don’t waste their money. As cute as the clothing looks it’s nothing like it when it arrives, fabric is poor quality. I am still not giving up on trying to get my money back. People go past any of these sites you see on Facebook, I believe they go by other company names as well. I hate to say it but I did purchase one other thing 6 months ago, it was $34 it was an XL but really I’d say M, anyway tried to return offered me $4! Same line of BS. I should have learned but it was supposedly a different company. Look the other was, scroll on past! Read the reviews. The company is crooked.
Completely false advertising. I promise never to fall for a Facebook ad again.
I got duped as well. Order took about 2 months to get here; not true to size as advertised - 5 of the 6 items are way too small; I've been trying to return but I can't get them to provide me with a return label. My fault I know. I'm out $300. Buyer beware!
The company name was a red flag, so I looked up some independent reviews (Trust Pilot and here). Their website says the clothes are made in South Carolina, but their contact info says London and multiple reviews say the clothing is made in China and is of very poor quality. I do agree with what another reviewer said - they seem to have multiple company names/websites, with all the same look.
Same thing happened to me. They offered $8, $15 and $20. I am insisting on getting a return label and now they told me that I would have to pay for shipping.
