Zynga Zynga chips and account

Update on my issue, I pointed out in a new email that in all of the emails I have given the Zynga representatives that I have only received two emails back and in neither of those two emails have they acknowledge that I have provided them with proof of purchase of my chips. I also notified them that I was not taking this lightly and was making this public. As soon as I told them this I received the fastest reply I have ever received from them in history. However, in this email I received they told me that they have accused me of chip sharing because I apparently have shady Zynga buddies. So my response to them was this, I add buddies all the time so does everyone else who plays Zynga, but it is at no fault of mine if I've added a buddy who has done the wrong thing and I have no knowledge of this. How could I possibly have any knowledge if I've added a bad buddy I don't even know this person who lives on the other side of the world. However you have now emailed me proof that you know that I have made legitimate purchases through the Zynga app following all of Zynga's chip purchasing and game play policies. Chips that the company itself advertises. And all though I have provided the proof of how I personally obtained my chips which proves that is through chip purchasing through the Zynga app and not chip sharing ( I wouldn't need to purchase chips in the first place if I was chip sharing) you have still willing suspended my account and taken my chips away denying me of a product that you advertise that I have been denied of. That's fraud. (Also false advertising) because of a buddies actions that I had no knowledge of. So please abide by the Zynga's policies yourself and ban the actual person responsible to ensure fair game play for everyone and reinstate my account with all my chips and gold that I have provided you proof of that now you yourself have said you know I've purchased.

I do not want to be associated with anyone who does not follow Zynga's policies nor do I want my account to be recognised as someone who does not do this and chip shared as I've not done this. This was not in the email but I want to add this, all though Zynga is just a game I am a real life person who has used real life money to purchase a product that I have been denied of and accused of things that are just not true. I don't understand how they can continue to accuse me of this when I have provided them with photo evidence of my purchases. I mean it's in my bank statements how much more proof do you need that I purchased the products. I have read many complaints of this now and it's having real life impact on people. It is causing people stress and upset and it is not ok nor should this be allowed to be gotten away with. I also believe that this is important information for the public. Zynga in no way shape or from have any recordings of game play. Zynga monitors all accounts and when they see that lots of chips go in and out of an account they ban them for chip sharing. This is absolutely ludicrous, I personally and a lot of other people play on big table that are 250-500mil bets the highest table is ten trillion. If I went all in on a hand on a 250-500 mil table and I've brought in with the highest amount you can this means I can lose 50bil chips in one hand. This also means if there is 5 people on a table and everyone goes all in which happens I'll have a winning of around 250bil in two seconds. This also means which is my situation if you're losing by playing on large tables and you are buying chips constantly it will be seen as lots of chips going in and out of a Zynga account. Zynga WILL ban you for this. Simple game play, losing and winning, losing and purchasing. And even though I've provided photo evidence for this so far Zynga is absolutely refusing to take responsibility and fix my account.

Desired outcome: I want my chips and gold to be intact when my account is given back, I do not want to be flagged by Zynga as someone who chip shares or violates the polices. I also want Zynga to legally have to provide hard evidence of people who do this.

I have been accused of chip sharing I'm Zynga multiple times. I have explained Zynga and asked them multiple times to fix this issue and they never do which resulted in my account being taken away from me for over a year. I have just gotten my account back on Zynga and have only been on for three weeks and yesterday the 22/04/2022 I go to login to my account to find it's been banned for three days and I'm assuming they will once again take all my chips as they always have. Except this time I was smarter and started recording my game play and kept all me receipts (which is a lot) which I've learnt to cover my bases from researching and joining groups of other players this has happened to. Regardless of providing Zynga with most of my receipts they still refused to fix my account. Now I have provided them with even more receipts and a screenshot of a recording proving I have purchased my chips and not chip shared. This is fraud committed by Zynga. You purchase a product by Zynga then they take it away and ban your account for four days. I'm annoyed that my account is banned but really four days isn't a big deal the problem here is I have purchased a product advertised by a large company for that company themselves to take it away and put a ban on the account. Their evidence? Some mad player that's lost their chips and decided to report me because that's not adequate enough it's ridiculous. As I said this is fraud. I will provide one of the pictures of proof of purchase that I have also provided to Zynga themselves.

This is my third update and complaint. Zynga has finally emailed me back. This is only the fourth time Zynga support has emailed me back with minimum explanation to their actions out of all the emails and photo evidence i have provided to them. They are refusing still refusing to return my purchased chips Tommy account.They are continuing to make bare minimum contact. Despite the photo evidence of all my purchases and photo evidence of the poker table I was at with no buddies. The accusation chip transferring to suspicious buddies. Well I've provided photo evidence that I wasn't with buddies and the last hand I played before getting off the app was a winning hand on a straight flush on a a 250-500bil table. I have now provided Zynga with date stamped purchases, dated the 21st of April 2022, in the photo evidence. I then got off of the Zynga app at 4:00amAEST. At 5:00amAEST Zynga Inc suspended my Zynga Poker app just hours after my purchases and only one hour after getting off the app for as I stated apparent chip transfer. I have provided Zynga support with irrefutable photo evidence of the dated purchases and the photo of the table that clearly shows no buddies and I will let you know what the outcome after this is. I have also left a public response on Zynga's official Facebook page in regards to this and will keep on going.

I had the exact same issues with zynga poker I won quite alot of chips then lost more than what I had won shortly after.

And I'd made a few chips purchases from the zynga app won some more chips to then get my account suspended for 3 days.

They took all my chips off me including all the chips I had paid for ive been emailing them trying to get back the chips I paid for.

I told them by taking my chips ive paid for you are actually stealing off my.

They kept saying I won't get my chips back so kept emailing them back and they still refused to give back the chips I paid for or even give me a refund as technically they belonged to me and I told them they had no right to take them.

I also told them they are scum bags for doing this and should be ashamed of themselves and that I'm not giving up with this.

I then got another email saying the same that they won't give back the chips I'd purchased and that they would likely not respond to any more of my emails they're just scum who are taking advantage of people and robbing them blind I definitely wont be playing this game ever again.

Zynga Ocean's bounty

I was playing Hit it Rich Ocean's Bounty on the evening of 04/09/22. I won the bonus round which included 8 free spins. I received one spin and the game froze. I exited the game. When I returned to the game the bonus was complete. I contacted customer support and was told by two individual that although the game froze, their system shows the game continued and any coins that were won were applied to my coin balance, which is false. I asked customer support to provide me with the results of each remaining spin but I have not received a response to my request.

Desired outcome: Fix the issue with the games freezing.

Zynga Loading

I am having issues with Wizard of Oz and Hit It Rich. Since last Monday I have not been able to get into Wizard of Oz. All I get is a blank page with a sad face. I have sent numerous tickets and e mails to Support and given them all the information they have asked for and no resolution. Today I could not get into Hit It Rich. It tells me there is an issue with the game and to reload. I have done this several times and still cannot get into Hit It Rich. If there is a problem with Zynga then a message should be sent out to the players explaining what is going on. I have been playing these games for over 9 years and never had a problem until last week.

Zynga Farmville 2

I have been playing farmville 2 for 4 years. I got to the baby eagle in my animal park, game reloaded and when it did. I lost my whole animal park. I have spent 229.48 on this game. Expect it to be the full product. I cannot play a half game. Due to incomplete game, I expect a full refund. I have contact support. Did everything they wanted and still no help has been given. I am no longer interested in playing any of your games. Due to this poor service on helping me with my issues from feb 28.

Zynga 400 billion coins gone after game froze this is 2nd tiime

twice now my coins have been gone after game froze...contacted Zynga and they said it was through playing that i lost it...I WOULD REMEMBER losing if i played but game froze and when it came back after i refreshed coins were gone...you would think a company like Zynga which has made millions would fix the issue,,i mean they only have millions because of loyal players that BUY coins i spend thousands of dollars a year on this game hit it rich,,,i think i should probably own shares in that company by now...like what is 400 billion coins to them ...to some of us its a lifesaver cause i have health issues and i enjoy my playtime its a great escape...

Desired outcome: please fix your glitches so it dosnt happen again or ill join the class action law suit that is filed and im sure many more will do so also

Zynga Gin rummy plus lucky championship

So many obvious cheats using this. How can anybody go from almost zero to 45,000 in just a few minutes? Please sort this out as many genuine users are saying the same thing and you will loose out. I have been playing this game for years and now feel violated in a game I used to enjoy.

Desired outcome: Close down the cheats. Keep an eye on how fast they accumulate. They ruin it for genuine players.

Zynga Zynga Poker

I have been playing Zygna poker for over 10 years.

I have purchased approx $8000 AUD of chips from Zynga Poker using Facebook during the last 4 years.

My last purchase was Jan 1 2022 , with the objective to make a key Watch level where I would be awarded approx $1.3Trillion chips. I made it mid January 2022.

February 1 , I discovered my account was suspended for 3 days. No specific reason or response to my query from Zygna Support. On reentry my account was Zero. Response to my third query , was that Zygna determined that I had made illegal transactions ( purchase or selling) and that Zygna had Raked my entire balance of $1.3 trillion chips.

No specific information was provided to me. I advised that I had not either bought or sold Zygna chips illegally nor accepted or transferred chips illegally.

Zygna responded , simply , they had review my case and I would not receive any of my chips back.

I advised , that I had done nothing wrong ... could they provide specific information , as to what I had done, when I done it and how much was involved. NO response. The only response was that my account was reviewed and the Zygna Rake was final.

Desired outcome: A return of my Chips and an apology , as I had done nothing wrong.Else , provide specific facts ,, as to what I was alleged to have done.

Zynga Zynga poker

I have been playing Zynga Poker for about 3 years. I accumulated about 200 billion in virtual money. Earlier this week Zynga suspended my account claiming I violated their terms. They didn't give me any specific details. When I protested their decision they reinstated my account but took all the chips away. They did that so I can buy chips. They violated their own terms of service. It is a big scam so players can spend money despite the fact that they claim to be a free site.

Zynga Words With Friends 2

While playing the Daily Word Play I keep getting an empty PvP board after making a move. It has been doing this for almost ten days now and is annoying. I have to keep force-closing the game and restarting it to get it to put up the next board in Daily Word Play. Sometimes that doesn’t even stop it.

Also, sometimes the rewards area lags something awful.

Zynga Stolen chips rewards and gold

I have been hacked I worked my way to vip level 5 I had 2 - purchased 7500 gold and at least 30 billion chips. I worked hard for that and I feel they should be replaced.
-+I have over 200 friends and now I have zilch. Please do something I I spend money itd not fair reimburse me if you check my records you will see I have been playing for years and I an a good customer do the right thing! It is the principal I am not letting this go! Do the right thing I am sure zynga wont go bankrupt. Track down the thief do the right thing please, your game is like crack very addictive you are preying on the weak but this aint over!

Desired outcome: give my level my chips my gold back i have been robbed and athorities will be involved if you dont do something i like the game and i wasted a lot of money

Zynga Gin rummy plus

I have been playing this game for ages and I'm convinced it's rigged. I never get a decent hand yet the opposer is out in a few turns. Also the opposition seems to know you have won before the scores are out. They let you win once in a blue moon. I was up to over a million and haven't won since. Too many bots and paid to win opponents. The hands are dealt very unfairly. I am using up my coins and then I'm out of this terrible game.

Zynga Gin Rummy

On Jan 1 2022 I requested, through Google Play, that I be refunded $21.44 from when Zynga charged me twice for an in game purchase of 'gems' on the day of Dec 11 2021.
Once Google processed the refund, Zynga went on to my account and took over 2 million coins of mine, as well as the Auto Sort option I opted in on, using 75 gems (which I paid for) to do so.
I immediately contacted customer service through the app and received an email explaining that they took these things because I was "refunded for [my] purchase" I explained that it wasn't a purchase, but an error on their part of charging me double for ONE purchase. They asked for screenshots, which I sent.
After this exchange, I left a detailed review on Google, which was obviously negative and while waiting to hear back from the email, I did play some more on the app and my coins were back up around one million or so.
I still hadn't heard back and stopped playing for awhile but saw that Zynga had asked me, under my review, to contact them through the app. When I logged on this time, ALL of my coins were now GONE.
I was first told that they took a certain amount of coins, and my auto sort, to make up for gems I didn't have, that they thought I was refunded on. I get that they could have been mistaken and I was happy to provide proof of the double charge. But, if they already took care of what they felt was the issue, why go back in my account and proceed to steal even more from me? I have sent 3 more emails since the one with the screenshots and I am hearing nothing back. They have literally STOLEN MONEY FROM ME. I paid for a lot of what they took and they have NO right to do so. I need to figure out how I can get help addressing this. I am furious. All I wanted was the money of mine that was taken without authorization and without a purchase having been made. And now I've been robbed of 3 million coins, and the auto sort that cost 75 gems (around $8)

Desired outcome: At first I wanted my coins and gems back. Now I no longer wish to give this site my time and money. I want to be refunded, and just putting the monetary value on my Google Play is fine.
