Good evening ,

I tried to sign into my poker app and was given a notice of violation terms of service for iappropriate images and or chat .

I don’t what the that was from nor was it me ,

I want to also sy that your site allows this said behavior and salty language from players as well as script runners cheating , bots and collusion and its rampant

I would like my account reopened with out loss of bonuses and streaks …Thank you Vernon.bell31

Desired outcome: free my account and reinstate all bonuses and streak awards , i was going to refill my acct with challenge pas and now that is passed today

Zynga Zynga poker on android

For some reason my account has been banned I don't know why. I did nothing wrong. I've been paying for chips for over a year now no issues and now this randomness. Can I please have my account and money paid back? Very unfair giving me no chance to explain or respond to this. I'm a paying member guys. My attached email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.au

Zynga Words with friends 2

Initially my long time Words with Friends account was banned for “suspicious activity”. Within hours it got reinstated. However, my chat privileges were and still are restricted. According to the agent my account was automatically “accidentally” banned due to the new algorithm to detect players who potentially and truthfully violated the TOS. My chat restriction is due to the “suspicious activity”. I’ve contacted support in regards to chat. I’ve tried several times to find answers as to what the type of “suspicious activity” it was. Also this may include whether or not there was outside influence say account being hacked. No information whatsoever was given to me (explanation) for me to fix the problem at my end if it was my side of the account. As far as chat goes, I never initiate chats, I don’t ask for personal information or when asked to give out personal information I say no. I’ve been asked too many times to leave the game to chat through outside sources. I tell them I’m old school and don’t use social media. They don’t accept the answer of no. I’ve been sexually harassed or catcalled too many times. I’ve reported too many “scammers/spammers”. In addition, for about a year I couldn’t report or block players through the mobile app or through the account login through a web browser. This was a glitch for a very long time. When it finally got fixed, roughly 2-3 weeks later the recent ban, account reinstatement and now chat restriction occurred. I’ve even helped player before this issue(s) by telling them not to give out personal info. I tell them what to expect. As a little tidbit of a possible idea that just popped in my head. I was seeing people decline games I never initiated. Could this be the suspicious activity that Zynga was referring to? I want to take responsibility for my actions if at all if I did anything wrong. How can I take responsibility for something I have no information on? I need to see proof that I did anything wrong.

After my issue is resolved, I want to secure my account further so it doesn’t happen again. As a suggestion, maybe Zynga should have an option to view which devices the account is on and log out of all devices even devices they have no access to (the devices used to hack innocent accounts) at once especially if a player finds his or her account was compromised. After contacting Zynga customer support many times regarding this one issue now they do not even respond to my inquiries. They automatically close the conversation. I’d like to see an option in settings to mute or turn of chat in the Facebook version entirely. There’s no way to turn it off. Plus turn off chat to all but a select few individual players on all platforms. Suggestion, if a player tries to contact a player when chat is already turned off then let a pop up should pop up saying “Player is trying to chat, turn it on for just this player or keep it off for everyone as it stands?”

Desired outcome: I would like to see chat reinstated on my account and any falsehood complaints removed from my account profile. I want Zynga to apologize and a hefty compensation of coins and power ups

I kept on writing to customer support via in app for mobile. Since my issue initially was about my account being banned and quickly being reinstated plus chat being restricted. Thank you for understanding and keep safe always!” I wrote back “Why when I originally reporting this from ;first specific date) and again on (second specific date)?and after that until this ticket my conversations with support were automatically closed? Who ever got my tickets after that (second specific date) conversations never gave me any responses. One particular agent even told me and I quote “Sorry but I will not give any more information other than your account was deemed riddled with “suspicious activity”. Any additional inquiries regarding this issue will be skipped or ignored”. I was perturbed by such a response. That’s why I requested to speak to a live chat agent” Customer service wrote “Your effort in telling us about your inability to access your messages and chat restriction is appreciated. What I am currently doing to help you is I have shared this with the Team and rest assured that we are working hard to have this fixed as soon as possible. Nevertheless, set your expectations right, it may take some time to avoid affecting other features. While we are doing this, I suggest that you complete your games to enjoy. Your patience is valued. How many do I need to complete?” Customer service wrote “Thank you for the follow-up and great job in completing plenty of active games. Meanwhile, we'll do our best to also monitor your account. Currently, there's no news yet. But, our game team is dedicated and working hard to work on a fix, so you can utilize the chat again your account. While we sort this out, please try to complete as many classic games as you can. Thank you for your patience. Stay safe!” I wrote back “I have about 15-17 games active but once they finish I immediately rematch them to keep my individual/personal streaks going with my current players so it totals to the 20-30 games every 1-2 days Customer service wrote “Thanks for getting back. I understand that you're still unable to chat even after waiting for 7 days. I know it can be disappointing as you cannot continue chatting with your friends. I would like to share that for the chat restriction to be lifted, please continuously play games and make sure that you complete them. Thank you for your continuous support to Words With Friends!”

I'm currently having the exact same experience. Chat restricted due to "suspicious activities". The support team just seem to regurgitate typical, prearranged responses each time I contact them. It's become so frustrating that I'm at the point where I want to uninstall the game altogether.

As I’ve said in my own answer to the complaint, I had to type the words “speak to live chat” somewhere. Even though you’ll get an automatic response, at some point especially if you keep on typing “speak to a person or tech support”, you’ll get a real time person who will respond in seconds if it’s live. Also keep on taking pictures of how long your chat suspension is and catalog when date specific each one is. I hope this helps.

Zynga Confiscated chips that I paid zynga $9.99 for challenge pass

This is in regards to User ID number #[protected]. Zyngas Poker Holdem app. My complaint is that according to Zynga's TOS agreement I was found in violation of transferring chips to another player and my account was suspended and 93bil of my chips confiscated (removed) from my account. I gave a friend of mine a small amount of my chips as a donation, she had lost all of hers. Was a friendly gift with nothing asked in return. The 93bil chips that were confiscated were purchased on a challenge pass from Zynga for $10.80 w/tax on September 10th, 2022. Zynga states their security team found me transferring chips IN and out of my account so my chips were removed. I've only purchased chips from Zynga on dates 9/10, 9/5, 8/30, 8/27, 8/23, 8/19. Nothing received from any other source if researched. I can understand the 3 day suspension of my account, but confiscation of my 93bil purchased chips is not in the TOS agreement. Nothing about potential chip loss. Zynga wants to give me my account back, but remove all my purchased chips. Then expect me to buy more? I'm requesting my 93bil chips be credited back to my account or a $10.80 refund back on my 9/10 challenge pass purchase.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm officially done with Zynga and don't want the account back now. You confiscated all my purchased chips but I can have the account back to buy more? No thank you! I've donated chips to friends on WSOP and Zynga and asked nothing in return. Never had a problem with WSOP. If I give someone something I purchased legimately from Zynga that should be my choice to do so. You should be going after the big chip sellers. Why would I bother collecting real money for $0.99-$4.99 worth of Zynga chips I donated to someone?! It's a waste of time. Your security team needs to do it's homework better. It's just illogical if anyone actually bothered to take the time to review this. I will be giving Zynga bad reviews on Google play store, FB, BBB, and word of mouth. Please escalate this to your manager and executive managers to advise they really need a policy change to their TOS verbiage advising of potential chip loss. Losing all my chips over improper half-researched effort is going to lose Zynga good paying customers. I'm very dissatisfied and upset with this outcome.

I'm not sure if this is just a form email you're sending me, but I'd like to know what my further appeal options are? I have never taken an "illegal" transfer in to my account or sold chips. I had plenty of offers to do so but didn't trust them. I've only bought my chips off Zynga. I last purchased the challenge pass for $9.99 and had plenty of bonus chips along that path already completed. I find this completely unfair and plan to pursue this further. I will file a complaint against the BBB, Facebook, Google Play store, or any other organization I can think of as a matter of principle. Your security team needs to do it's homework and review my account further in detail. Review my chats, my buying history, but the chip confiscation is completely unfair and inappropriate and sounds illegal actually. Nothing is mentioned about this in your TOS agreement. I wouldn't continue emailing you unless I felt unfairly treated. I would like my chips back. Had 93bil that were earned. PLEASE escalate my account purchase history, chat history, or review anything you need to on my account but I firmly know this is incorrect. Thank you.

Zynga wizard of oz slots on facebook

totally blocked all ways into it and Very Clever You have given mea . Atotal blockage on ANGIES list. If I tip on WOZ slots on facebook it takes at least 30 mins to react. All Computer Items ie: wlan etc full in order, not only that you ask me for Info... took 4 hours to achieve complaints page. If you dont want us to play say so. Dont tell me it will take time to sort out I know that, Internet works on millisecunde. do me a favour sort it out "A very depressed and unimpressed with zinga.

Zynga Gin Rummy +

A series of purchases was nullified in game play. Purchased over 3 days over $2M coins for this game. Some glitch occurred an hour ago, and my "bank" went from over 2Million coins to 67K - this game is a ripoff, and "Just Answer" was supposed to fix this for me. Instead I have a series of $46. charges and credits to my bank account - am on phone with bank as I write this to find out what the HELL IS GOING ON!

JUST ANSWERS IS A FRAUD! MY BANK IS CANCELING MY DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS

Desired outcome: I want my coins of $2M+ restored or I won't play this game anymore.

Zynga Hit it rich casino

Well how I found hit it rich is when my father passed away from a massive stroke I was playing words with friends and their ad popped up. Big mistake on my part. I have been playing for 9 years and spent thousands of dollars. Had several issues with their support which is really awe full. I was playing about a month ago and at that point almost completed the card set but there was 2 more weeks to complete it which I would have. I would have won 9 trillion 9 billion coins. Submitted a request through the BBB and received an email stating they are not going to honor my request and I saw where Zygna is being sued. I would like to be included.

Hit it Rich no longer gives players their FREE coins on a daily basis. We have not gotten free coins in days. i have played this game as long as i have been on FB --- maybe close to 10 years.

Now they won't do their duty and give players a fair shot. Zynga is crooked. I want to file a class action lawsuit against them.

they are cheating us and only give a link where WE MUST BUY COINS with real money. This is crooked.

Is there a lawyer out here who will take a case against Hit ti Rich -- ZYNGA?

i would volunteer to be the first complaint person. I think there are thousands of people who will join. I am so tired of this CROOKED-GREEDY COMPANY,

Why does anyone spend money on Zynga? I’ve been playing Gin Rummy for 3 years as fun. Do they invoke deceptive play, sure. That’s how Frank Gibeau makes his $12M a year, the little dweeb he is. Just don’t spend money on it! Not like you’re going to win anything!

We all should get together and filed a big complaint against them for stealing FVB, game issues, etc... They've gotten to the point they don't even answer people many wrote in the group. I spent a lot of money especially in my old account. Isn't it strange how your FVB just disappear because of an error "You made"? Granted it happens mostly ONLY when you have FVB BUT how do you make an error when your computer is off at night, you get on in the morning and FVB are gone?

I still haven't gotten an answer about the “White Diamond” & “Saintly Pearl Chrysanthemum” not being counted (I grew it 3 different times).

Screw them, I'll not spend another penny on ANY of their games again. They're going to crap and the money they charge for a "Sale" expansion now is pathetic...Greedy ********!

A flashing message at the top of screen blocks my ability to play and choose various options.

Message says your attempt to purchase failed but we will keep trying... or something. It blinks on and offabout every three seconds. I have Sent multiple help requests but get no response.

The game is unplayable with this glitch and with no response, i want a full refund of all purchases.

Desired outcome: Fix the glitch, or refund every penny ive spent on purchases. Do. It. now.

I was banned for "bad & illicit behaviors"? Really? Wanna let me in on that one! I've worked that app and WWF1 for going or 3-5 yrs, NEVER been accused of anything like this, I don't even interact with other players or the game CS ! I JUST PLAY! Don't tell me to look at the terms of playing bc I HAVE! I saw nothing that pertained to meet game! I have a right to know what I'm accused of, by whom and when! I'm not gonna stop til you tell me what the heck happened! I still have money pent up in the game, whatcha gonna do keep that too!

In case there is mother comment verbatim I wrote it anonymously as a guest. I had a similar experience. Instead of “illicit behavior” it was “suspicious activity”. I’d suggest you contact support and ask them if it’s the new algorithm to detect violators of the TOS that got you banned and see if they could reinstate your account. Zynga Glitch cost me summons now I may be banned

I did 30 pulls in ninja troops and found out that the game had an error and no ninja troops could be recieved. The error was fixed by Zynga buy my summons were never returned. I complained and only got a bot response. So I took the next step and complained with Google. Google gave me £9.99 and now I've been deducted £200 worth of gems and told my account will deleted if I do not pay. Why are you exhorting me due to your error. Even more so the Google play £9.99 is untouched.

Zynga Fraudlent MULTIPLE Charges!!!

DONT BUY ANY PACKAGES ON ZYNGA! I Made a few purchases for the total of no more than $50 Only To Find Out that ZYNGA has been charging me under Apple Pay for $730 for the past two Months! I was suspicious of how these charges went onto my card and so I decided to make One $4.99 purchase on Zynga and I was charged FOUR times for the Same exact purchase! There are days when I'm sure I made No purchases and I was still charged!

I have been scammed and because the charges were always under "Apple" on my credit card I never suspected the app to be the reason of these charges until I was losing more money from my bank account and decided to check my Apple Account Purchases and Saw All the charges!

I used to log in everyday to collect their "Free chips and gifts" DONT FALL FOR THIS! I guess that's how they let people log in and charge their Apple wallet! $730 may be a small amount to some people but this certainly is A LOT of money to me is my rent for a Month! I do expect a refund and hope the app reaches out and makes things right ASAP ! I'm Living a Nightmare because of this! Beware and NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING NOT EVEN ONCE because you will be Scammed!

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for At Least $680 as I Know I spent about $50 on your in-app Gaming Purchases! I cannot afford to be scammed like this or can afford having this money taken from my account for long!! Please refund me ASAP!

Zynga Spades plus Solo Tournament

I have never paid a dime to play spades. I play solo spades and feel sorry for the people who cheat. It is obvious. I report them playing partners on solo spades but nothing ever happens. So now i made up a new game to see who is cheating and out smart them. If you were a true gaming app you would bounce the cheaters. Peace out loosers.

Zynga Data breach

Zynga: In September 2019, game developer Zynga (the creator of Words with Friends) suffered a data breach. The incident exposed 173M unique email addresses alongside usernames and passwords stored as salted SHA-1 hashes. The data was provided to HIBP by dehashed.com.

Compromised data: Email addresses, Passwords, Phone numbers, Usernames

This has put my data at risk and exposed my information to fraudsters and scams. I am horrified that you have allowed me to be put at risk and I'd like to complain that this situation has occurred

Desired outcome: I am terrified that your error has resulted in my personal info being compromised. I'd like to know what you've done to prevent this happening again, and to be compensated for this massive breach of my data and my trust

Zynga Zynga poker taking my money & chips away and accused of things I have never done

I've purchased Zynga poker chips from the Zynga official store through Facebook payments and I have all the receipts , last time was on April 29th 2022. I can provide the transaction details and also a screenshot for the purchase.

2 days later after the last purchased, I can not login to my account and received message :

Access to Zynga poker has been temporarily restricted due to a terms of service violation. You can re-enter Zynga poker again after 05/06/2022 03:44:00.

"3 days sustention"

I had contacted Zynga Player Support to check what's wrong , then got a message from Zynga player support saying : After a thorough review of the account, it has been determined that there was a violation of our Terms of Service. As mentioned in the article, engaging in chip selling/buying, maintaining multiple accounts, using profanity, and using third-party software/scripts/bots merit suspensions.

I had 1.5 trillion chips on my poker account , I have never selling/buying chips, from third-party only from Zynga official store. nor using third-party software/scripts/bots.

They took all my chips & golds away, I have contacted them several times but to no avail. I have bought chips from them via Facebook & PayPal , although the game is free and not for real money, but buying chips is real, so taking chips away is steeling chips that I once bought and they think by accusing you of something unjustly, gives them the right to take chips away from you, so taking my money in the past for chips and not giving my money back or at least my chips back is fraud by deceit. I want to take this further by legal action as this is very wrong, I will Escalate issue to my

lawyer , bank , and PayPal .

That's such a scam to take people's money .you don't have proof of what you said , I have proof and evidence I bought all my chips from the Zynga official store.

To do what they have done is very wrong and taking money from us and being a law unto themselves. Please sort this out.

Desired outcome: I want my 1.5 trillion chips back or refund my money back .

I purchased a coin package so that I can receive 7 day Access to the Elite...NEVER RECEIVED My Pass...this is not the first time that this has happened.

Desired outcome: I would like My "7 Day Access" which I didn't receive, when it clearly states, purchase any coin amount and I will receive the the 7-Day Access.

Zynga Texas hold'em poker

So it has been a week since I first contacted Zynga support. I was suspended for five days due to inappropriate game play and they removed all my purchases items. 385bil, tickets and 20k in gold. Plus I had played for the premium challenge pass and completed watches. I provided Zynga support with all receipts, gameplay photos (of myself) offered them all my Live gameplay recordings and all my account details. Regardless I was then told I was suspended for chip sharing with suspicious buddies (second excuse why). I re email them and show them DATED receipts and all 44 of them which are from my google play account (this is important to remember) I re email them the photos, reshow them proof of recordings, offer said recordings and request either my items returned or refunded in full for them because as a consumer I am being denied a product that the company itself offers to its players that I have given them receipts for and that it is fraud/false advertising. So then I am emailed back and told that they re-evaluated the situation and the suspension and removal of my purchases stands as they saw large amounts of chips going in and out of my account (third excuse as to why I was suspended and items removed) so then I provided Zynga support with the receipts again etc etc. No response email. No response. So I escalated the situation. Made complaints on here, on another sight, left a public review on their app in the app store stating all the, contacted the ACCC, email the developer. Still no response. Then while waiting I'm playing and the game kicks me out and all of a sudden 65bil chips are missing. I report it to Zynga and tell them I have a recording of it. They ask me for said recording and I provide them with it. He says it was my internet. Are you kidding me? You literally just watched the video and say it's my internet and was refused that back. So now I escalate it to Google support. Anyway my review while waiting for Google support gets an a response. Sorry your account was suspended it stands. I edit my review and say yes it was :) falsely and that I provided all evidence and receipts etc etc and Zynga support still refused and I'm being denied the purchased products. Because I'm not backing down until it's fixed. Oh and I reported it all to my bank and they are flagging Zynga and contacting them as well. So I've taken it pretty far. I then try to email Zynga again with a complete breakdown of all the chips entering and leaving my account with the receipts for it which I purchased nearly 2trillion chips let that sink in for a hot minute, the photos, completed challenges, completed watches everything. Irrefutable proof. And they don't respond. Late last night I get a response from the developer to me saying I was being denied the products to contact Zynga support, give them my gaming ID to immediately have it resolved. So I send a screenshot of this to Zynga support and tell them to have it immediately resolved. They respond and this time the reason why account was suspended for is third party chip purchasing and transferring. THIRD EXCUSE. Ummm I gave them the receipts from Google Play store. That isn't a third party. This is how blatantly they will lie. So I email back saying lol this is the third different excuse you've given me, keep up it doesn't look good. Developer says fix it immediately so fix it immediately please. So so far even with the developer getting back to me to contact Zynga support again to have it resolved they've still refused. So will be contacting the developer back again. THREE DIFFERENT REASONS to why my account was bad. Keep digging your hole Zynga. Right now you are not upholding your own policy. And as a consumer that has provided receipts and all evidence and you've removed said purchases items you are committing FRAUD. It is also FALSE ADVERTISING which is illegal. I will continue to take this even further. I have enough proof to ask for a lawyer's advise and am more than willing to do so. And I will continue to show people what you do to your players and consumers.

Desired outcome: I want all my purchased items given back or a refund in full and an apology from Zynga support, and stricter legal rules for Zynga.

The date is 4/26 the time is 12:40. I just got cheated again. I was winning in the Spades Plus knock out challenge and it kicked me online AGAIN. It's always when I'm winning. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my connection. Your ratings are 4.3 for a reason. Your letting the person or people running the computers cheat pe5and I'm not the only person their cheating. I'll spend my 150. To 200. A month when the computer person quits cheating me out of coins. Also you can go back and look what got for free coins on the free wheels pin.
