As someone who loves golf and online gaming, I have had a mixed experience with World Golf Tour, Inc. The game offers a realistic simulation of famous golf courses and has impressive graphics. However, there are significant issues that need to be addressed. The most frustrating part of the game for me right now is not being able to control backspin on my wedge shots. I always have to go either a quarter swing down or half a swing down to have the ball land below the pin (which takes birdies out of the equation). Otherwise the ball lands inches from the pin and keeps rolling up to 15, sometimes even 30 feet away.

Played for 2 years are so. Level 83 / 72.8. Now I am getting varying levels of experience points after competing from zero (very often) to 5% or so and it is becoming very difficult to progress.
I have spent very little money with WGT so I suppose I am meant to suffer.
Graphics good, games can freeze a lot at certain times of the day to a point where you just want to switch off, very frustrating. I will continue but with much less interest than before.
If you want to play be prepared and read the reviews so you are not surprised.

I agree. You do not have to spend, in fact, a few of the top players still play with the basic kit. I suspect these guys don't like losing. Wispy. Proud wgt player

This game of golf is one of the best. But after putting a lot of money into the game it is still pissing me of that the game still keeps disconcerting half way thought a game. My broadband is one of the best so you cant blame that. Can you sort it out please... Many thanks anna1966

I have been playing this game on a daily basis for about two weeks. I have not bought any additional credits. So far I have earned enough credits to upgrade my driver and my putter and I have earned a few better quality golf balls. Today I made it to 'professional' ranking. This has taken considerable time and effort, about an hour a day on average and there have been frustrations but no more than would be required to make advances if one was learning how to play real golf. At one point it crossed my mind that perhaps the game was rigged and it was impossible to progress without buying credits but I persevered and I have proved to my own satisfaction that the game is challenging but fair. I can only speak as I find and I am sorry that other people publishing reviews here have not been able to get the same sense of achievement and satisfaction I have gained from persevering with this game. All I can say is, keep trying, if you have the skills and patience, you will succeed.

I have been experiencing this issue since late December of last year. It seems to be a bug in the game itself. There were a couple of bracket tournaments that were never filled out, and the admin removed those brackets completely, making them disappear and compensating people, including myself. However, these tournaments still remain on my list of tournaments that I signed up for. I have repeatedly asked them to fix it, but initially they claimed that they checked my account and didn't see what I was referring to. Now, when I bring it up, they either ignore me or give me vague responses. I don't know what else to do. I simply want the tournaments removed from my account/game. In addition to reimbursing credits, I believe I am entitled to some form of compensation. This issue will be a year old next month. I can provide screenshots, emails, and messages if necessary.

Every month I pay $17.99 for a premier membership. This awards you daily prizes and passes so that you do not have to purchase them every day and saves you money if you choose to pay the $17.99 each month. I pay each month but every month WGT turns off my membership and I have to fight to turn it back on even though my payments are automatic each month. I have emailed them every single day this month and have received zero correspondence in return and I have those messages screenshotted. In the messages, I ask to please turn on what I paid for and please reimburse what I have had to pay additionally from not having it turned on. I would really appreciate if they would fix this issue and fix my account from what I have lost. The picture I attached shows that I have purchased the premium membership and it will not let me buy it again and zero benefits are in my account after having paid for it over a week ago.

World Golf Tour (WGT) is an online golf video game available on mobile and PC platforms. It is owned and operated by a company called ***. WGT provides opportunities to earn credits for your registered account by completing offers, surveys, or watching videos. I have completed several offers on their mobile platform and earned credits through July 15, 2021. The mobile offers are managed by their advertising partner, TopJoy. However, none of the credits I earned have been credited to my WGT account. I have contacted customer support multiple times, and they have responded saying that the offers have been credited to my account. I have a summary of my earnings up until the mentioned date, along with screenshots of the rewards I received from TapJoy. I also have a screenshot from WGT Customer Services showing a sample of the earning request in My Account. However, the status of the request is "Initial" instead of "OK," which makes them invisible or unusable to me. I have also attached a SNIP.

I have played so many holes and spent so much money ,buying credits and coins , the game is a joke ,especially when I have a 15 mph wind behind me and I drive the ball 250 yds , the wind never changed but , the ball dropped at 137 yards ! I'm Scotch Irish and you ladies are from Ireland , I can't believe you are doing this while, taking everyones money and laughing ! Your Spins are a joke , I always get 2 coins or 75 coins . Getting sick of this . I always thought the women ,in Ireland were so Beautiful ,now finding another side !

I completed a free credits (vikings war of clans palace level 25 in 15 days) offer for just under 6000 credits on your site WGT and the credits have not been added to my account.

I have sent several emails to complain but these have all been ignored apart from one relating to my email account and game freezing which was answered straight away, why are you ignoring the fact that i earn the free credits and are intitled to them and just refuse to respond ?

I also noticed you have now removed this offer from your website ?

Plarium play who own the game have been extremely helpful which is the complete opposite of your customer services.

I made two time purchases of 5300 credits through google play to wgt golf tour. I have not received the credits and the payments have been payed. My issue is to get these credits to reflect in my game and game id: MORAS18 EMAIL ADRESS: [protected]@gmail.com.

All i get is automail reports is that we will get back to me but nothing has come from it. This is so frestrating attached will find the two orders that i purchased but not reflecting on my game.

This game is so crooked and so jacked up it is pathetic! You get people to by coins, credits, and spend money and then get ready!

I play a lot and in the last match against a Legend, I never had a chance from the start! I cleared the cache and everything out. Meter jumping at the end of the game it said the game was currently tied!

You are nothing but a bunch of crooks and cheats!

Incorrect purchase amount...$3000...need a partial refund, please!

Upon trying to buy golf clubs i entered my card number but did not authorize any purchase or receive any confirmation number. My bank recognized it as fraud and didn't allow the transaction to proceed, thank you bank. Then I also saw that they kept my credit card on file, I never allow anybody to hold on to my information, just be weary, as soon as you enter your credit or debit card number they will slam your account for the money. To bad because I really enjoy the game I hope they clean up the slamming part.

Hitchens22 just played me DCP210 in a 9-hole Beverly Hills game. After I took a lead, he began to let clock run, and hit max shots at max time to stall me, make me quit. I asked him to be honorable…either play or forfeit. He became offensive and tried to provoke. I told him I would last him out. Continued through 4 holes …finally quit. I am another past customer who invested around $200 dollars and woke up one morning clicked on the site icon and I no longer was unable to sign in. I have been unable to contact a single person in order to retrieve my profile. The only way for me to continue playing was to create a new Email address and start from scratch. I don't know why it happened and I would like a explanation. It's a great sight and I would have continued playing and spending dollars in order to be one of the best. But I guess my spending was or was not lucritive enough long term, sense I had already bought some very expensive clubs, putter, balls, ect. I believe the site is running out of storage space. Or the powers to be have made a conscious decision to take advantage of we who spend freely in order to enjoy these sites and want to be the best at the game. In conclusion I must say it is very disappointing because this %100 disabled veteran spent a lot of time practicing.

When i attempt to purchase credits i encounter error message stating i have validation problems this was reported last month and resolved but alas its back again Please resolve asap

I play this game for a long time, I am a Tour Legend with 55avg. I have work hard to get there, no speaking of money I spent to buy better equipment and balls as graduating in Tier levels.

This is a great game and fun to play, BUT be aware that the game is very very unstable. You will have to adjust your distances to reach on about 75% of your approaches to green shots, even if you have mapped your clubs with chirurgical precision and you have a very accurate distance calculation formula to play the winds like I did. That means, you will get accuracy by taking in game and practicing notes to get those needed holes to adjust and there's a lot in the game…

The fact that the game is so unstable in approaches distances is because their algorithmes are all [censored]ed up and I suspect Topgolf staff (who bought the game from previous owners) to not knowing how to adjusting it. So instead, they hide this instability behind their Marketing branding slogan which is :! Nothing less…its just have been branded this way to hide the fact that the game is all rotten and on top of that it will gives you some shots from time to time because there is a VEM (Virtual Equipment Modulation) built inside the program that takes control of your clubs from time to time to scrap your efforts they say! Yeah right, a program should NEVER get ANY INFLUENCE neither NEVER TAKES CONTROL on what you doing in a game. Its scamming people because those fake or ghost shots could send your costly ball out of bound and you gonna lose them! So be aware!

I have been playing this game for many years but lately there is to much quitting.NO action for these players.I playes 8 games in two days and have had 7 quitters, why play waste of time. PLease take action because the game is getting worse and mant will stop playing because of this.

For 5 weeks I have been emailing wit cust service with no success. My and my opponents avatar are missing parts or there is only a golf club showing and that is with a pink club head. I keep on hearing back that tech support is working on it for players using iOS 10.3.3. I am so discusted with wgt not taking care of this problem. With all the money I have spent for more than a year it seems the only remedy you can come up with is for me to spend money on a new desk top system or purchase a new iPad.
I have asked to speak with so one in charge of the owners of the co pant that are making all this money on u dupes that like the gm, and wish there was another one like it to change to, with no success.
I don't expect this, being my 10 times or more I have contacts you will make any difference.
I have discontinued passing on positive comments to bring more players to wgt knowing that your tech support is so incompetent

This is not the first time this has happened. I am playing a match and the next shot doesn't load, after a minute or two I communicate with my opponent and they respond theirs is not loading either. Suddenly it loads and I have 15 seconds to shoot and get timed out with a warning. I'm leading by 3 strokes it happens again and I am DQ, Why would I forfeit the match when I'm winning. WTF... So I lose the match and my coins again. What is up with this? Is it your servers? I don't expect a reasonable reply. Just want you to know I am pissed off... AGAIN. I have issues about losing consecutive days played as well. That's another issue.

I have on hole diagram on my p/c on the first& 8th at pebble beach it is very had to on where to hit the ball very time i am playing this i keep losing balls

I have a narrow bar strike opening of just 1/4 " and a very fast bar movement! Extremely tough for me to stop the bar close. With a wind velocity of over 10 knots, it's nearly impossible to do so. Can you provide some instruction ?

Run don't walk away from this program and the group. They take over your computer with hidden apps at least one of which is not removable! I paid them for their program but you are constanly nagged with a pop up when you boot and it's also unremovable. God only knows what they've planted in your system!
