i am in Exel Gold plane,i am unable to sent Text message from my mobile,i am also intimate u r care,but they simply given a complaint number,fruther cal to customer care,they simply say wait 24 hr.1week complet,still iam not able to Text messages my mobile number,9491164064.so please rectify my problem as soon as possible,other wise u say what can i do next.please take immedeate response after complaint.
