I would like to bring to your notice that Relience services in our locality are below an expected level of service.? In the?rural areas, where I stay, there is a serious problem of network coverage. The areas where the coverage is extremely poor are Badachh, Post-Badnor, Tahsil- Asind, Dist-Bhilwara (Rajasthan). The population the mentioned area is around 5000, out of which there must be around 1000 Relience subscribers
Please look into this matter urgently. The problem is not jus in one house it is the problem of the entire village.
The connections of Airtel, vodafone and BSNL work fine. The problem is only with vodafone.
Because of which people are switching from vodafone and taking other connections.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter, and take necessary steps to improve the network coverage.
