UPS Lost confidential envelope

6/30/2023 paid $11.76 to mail a letter containing confidential info to my accountant, Signature REQ.

The UPS store in a staples location on Lexington Ave NY

The claims dept contacted me to let me know the letter was lost 7/14/23 . I opened a claim and investigation. The claims dept got back to me saying the investigation was complete and no letter was found.

They offered to refund my shipping cost. I explained to them the the data in the envelope is much more valuable then the shipping cost. UPS needs to have better security measures in place for lost confidential packages and paperwork.

I also requested a copy of the investigation and they declined. How do I know that the investigation was through? How do I know if the investigator contacted the driver? I should be able to receive a copy of the investigation.

Im at a lost for how negligent the company is, I reopened the investigation today 8/9/23.

UPS Zachary Hicks

This ups driver just screamed at me. Backed his truck into my driveway, and gave me the finger. This is completely unsafe, and if my concrete is cracked, who is going to pay for the damage?

How you would think it's okay to employ a person like this is beyond me.

I don't want him anywhere near me or my property. He needs to not be in public if this is how he treats women for no apparent reason.

UPS Postponed vat scheme

It s from the 10th we re waiting this account

To be marked as PVA!.. It s a month!

After ups moved us into a new account without asking us and without reporting into the new one that we already were benefiting of PVA since September 2022 on the previous account ;

after we ve been chasing ups for months asking to sort it out,

After our email have been bounced from department to department and time passed on while you ups kept filing invoices without solving the issues,

after rhe first invoice dates 20/06/23 has been turned into a credit note and added to PVA, after “finally” the email from PVA stated that PVA has been added to this new account, why you ups want to force us to pay for those invoices dates AFTER the 10th of July? Without any reasonable explanation, just

“Shippings have been closed”, while the last invoice is dated July 25th?

Should we stop our business in the meantime you ups have the decency of marking us as PVA? Or how long should we still wait for it?

Aren’t months off chasing and loss of money from our side enough?

we now want a full report with explainations, reasons, and dates of why invoices after the 10th July Have to be paid and why nothing has been done to sort all these issues we reported to you and all your departments on time?

Considering we ve been chasing you ups for moths, and all its departments about PVA since early June!

UNCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE

The worst service ever. Disgusting. ZERO RESPONSE. ZERO ACCOUNTABALITY. I was sent a gauge set for a CBX Honda motorcycle by a friend in the USA. The parcel is of no financial value, but hard to find part needed for a restoration project. The next thing I find out the parcel is at the state warehouse. I tried to get more info from Moeketsi Moholi on the process forward. She forwards the correspondence to Azola Ndamane with a comment “Is there anyway you can make this client understand?” Still waiting for an invoice from Azola Ndamane. The next correspondence is from Melissa Naidoo via email. I tried 17 times to speak to her. Getting al sort of usual excuses from the reception, in a meeting, will phone back, out of office and even that her office has moved and I could only correspond via email.

Why must I pay the R 5000. Plus R10 per day for this ***********, unprofessional even worse service than the SAPO.

Desired outcome: I am not liable for the fee of state warehouse and day fees. I want my parcel to be delivered as was paid for.

UPS UPS driver consistently refuses to follow mychoice delivery instructions.

Tracking # 1ZB03W630303756625. I have been registered as a UPS MYCHOICE member on the ups.com website for several years. The UPS Driver consistently refuses to follow MYCHOICE Delivery Instructions that specifically state that my UPS packages are to be delivered to my APT Front Door and NOT in the Foyer that is located next to the 24/7 always open main door or the tiny lobby beyond the security door. I am a 69-year-old lady that lives in a safe neighborhood in a 7-story brick apartment building with 2 HUGE elevators and no delivery restrictions. I have made numerous complaints to the UPS 800 # to no avail as the Denver Commerce City Supervisor, Jennifer, who did call me was extremely rude consistently making lame excuses for why the Driver is not following my delivery instructions without even contacting that UPS Driver. I know she was lying because at first Jennifer explained that the regular UPS Delivery Driver had status above other UPS Delivery Drivers that I told her was just plain stupid. Then Jennifer made the excuse that the Driver thinks that "Front Door" means the Foyer that I also told her was stupid. Jennifer never contacted the UPS Drivers who ignored my delivery instructions but instead just decided to make excuses for them. On the most recent delivery the LAZY UPS DRIVER actually had the nerve and audacity to print a picture of where my package was left in the Foyer on July 27, 2023, yet the Delivery Instructions on MYCHOICE on the ups.com website states Front Door Deliver. I even called the UPS 800 # on July 27, 2023 when tracking stated the package was at the Denver Commerce City UPS BEFORE it was out for Delivery and was assured my delivery instructions would be followed to APT 711 Front Door. This UPS Driver knows that Apt 711 Front Door Delivery on the UPS Website Does not mean Foyer Front Door Delivery. On a previous conversation with this rude Jennifer about a different UPS delivery, she stated the reason the UPS driver left my packages in the mail area was because she needed a FOB for the elevators that I also told her was just a ridiculous excuse. I then asked Jennifer if she spoke to that Delivery Driver as to why she did not follow my delivery instructions. Jennifer admitted she made that FOB "assumption" and never contacted that UPS Driver about that Delivery. This Jennifer character who claims to be a UPS DENVER COMMERCE CITY SUPERVISOR needs to act like a Supervisor instead of a rebellious Juvenile Delinquent. Jennifer is a poor example for the UPS Delivery Drivers encouraging the UPS Drivers to just ignore customer instructions and do anything they choose. Apparently, this Jennifer person had little regard for Quality Customer Service. This is why UPS has a ridiculously low customer service score of a little above a one. Shame on Jennifer and the other Denver Commerce City Managers and Supervisors who are such a poor example to the UPS Delivery Drivers they are supposed to Manage. 6-year-old children successfully use our tenant callbox with no problems that only requires typing the tenants Apt # and the yellow phone icon that works just fine. This LAZY UPS Driver for Higgins Plaza at 1380 Detroit St. has many complaints from myself and other tenants about packages being "thrown" in the Foyer or "thrown" in the mail area in the secure part of the building where some packages have been stolen. UPS Denver Commerce City Customer Service is the absolute WORST.

Desired outcome: There are no security cameras in the Foyer, Lobby or Mail Area. Desired outcome is that all UPS packages must be delivered to the Tenants APT Front Door at 1380 Detroit St in Denver, CO 80206.

UPS Shipping, tracking number 1Z 3X4 [protected]

I received a package from China, shipped on June 24 2023. I just unpacked it and found a broken crystal wing.

Tracking NUMBER 1Z 3X4 [protected]

Twas no damage to the box and when I received it, it was placed in my office room with other packages I received. Ther were no other packages on top of it, it was not shaken or disturbed until I unpacked it today. The picture I received of the item before I received it show it was not broken.

UPS Take your money and never deliver your package

They take your money, promise a date, then mess up your shipment. Then after multiple calls to fire them, they finally send it to the correct destination. Then you wait 3 weeks for the retards working there to figure out things. And still don't get your shipment. The retards then make you continue to wait, while they do internal investigations. This all the expense of you still not getting package on time.

UPS = UNITED PIECES of [censored]

Do a google search and see how bad they are. In Singapore they gave 1.4 stars on Google out of 540 reviews. Shows how badly run they are by Retards.

UPS UPS international shipping service

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using UPS for international shipping, and I must say it was by far the worst shipping service I have encountered. I opted for their so-called "normal international shipping service," with a promised delivery time of 12 days to India. However, my package finally arrived a shocking 40 days later!

The delayed delivery was already frustrating enough, but what added insult to injury was the exorbitant charges I incurred for warehouse and duty fees.

What made things even more confusing was that UPS didn't follow their own rules. They claim there are no duty charges on gift items, but they still charged me a huge duty fee for my gift package.

Their customer service wasn't helpful at all. Every time I asked about the delay or the high fees, they didn't seem to care and couldn't provide a good explanation.

Overall, I'm very disappointed with UPS.

Sick cat needed compounded medication before leaving CO for NM on June 30. Paid Wedgewood Pharmacy, NJ, $30.00 for emergency shipping to guarantee June 29 arrival. Delays delivering. Wasted hours waiting starting the 28th. Sent to delivery service Fetch on June 30, didn't get required signature! Package ‘beat up’!

UPS Poor customer service

I received horrendous customer service today at your store at 225 The East Mall, Etobicoke, Ontario.

Poor skill level + bad attitude.

I needed to send a fax to 2 separate places.

When I walked in, the service rep was on speaker phone with his friend/girlfriend and with their conversation out loud for the world to hear. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in as I waited for him to chat.

Very unprofessional and a bad look to start.

Finally I had to interrupt his personal conversation to draw his attention.

The job was simple -- to send a fax to 2 different places. Not complicated.

When sending a fax, it is standard to provide confirmation that the faxes went through. He said he was unable to provide such confirmation for BOTH faxes, as he's "never done this before".

I said I needed confirmation that both faxes went through, as this is standard. He said he was not sure if both faxes went through and asked me if I know how to confirm. I told him I've never used a fax to know the answer, but do know that you're supposed to provide confirmation.

He then seemed frustrated and turned silent as he repeated the faxes.

I asked him what he was doing and he didn't answer. Kept silent while I waited.

Finally after a few minutes he was able to figure out the confirmation but was rude and unapologetic. I told him that if he had known how to get a fax confirmation, it all would have went smoothly. He then responded "Don't tell me how to do my job". My response was "obviously you don't know how and that's why you weren't able to provide a confirmation and gave me a bad attitude on top".

Not sure what his problem is. My guess is he needs proper training in his tasks and more importantly, people skills.

The service rep refused to provide his name.

A bad overall experience. I would never come back to this store and will now use a FedEx even though location is slightly less convenient.

I'm also pondering leaving a comment on Google reviews.

It happened at around 3:40 pm on Thursday July 19, 2023.

I would like to discuss with a manager over the phone [protected]).

UPS Delivery and customer service

Ups received my shippment 7/14/2023 in my town. They managed to finally get it on a truck the 17th and i got delivery notice. No delivery after it was on the truck all day. The next day , july 18, 2023, the exact same thing, shipment was on the truck all day. I contacted michelle d in chat and she assured me at 6:30 pm my shipment would still arrive, total lie. After contacting ups by email, they tell me on july 19, 2023, it was delayed because of weather. This is total bs as this is day six my shipment has been in town and day 3 they have had it on the truck. This lie was by someone names sean (conveniently dont' give full name) but they actually thought this lie would be believable. This is total sorry service and if they were remotely honest it would be a step up but they hand you any lie and hope it is excusable. If these people are allowed to continue with ups this means the company finds it acceptable to trea customers like this. Always seek other methods of delivery! i will.

Desired outcome: I WANT THIS ACKNOWLEDGED. THERE IS ZERO EXCUSE AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DELIVERY WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBT WILL BE HERE TODAY EITHER - IT'S ONLY BEEN ON THEIR TRUCK 3 DAYS AND IN MY TOWN WITH THEM SIX DAYS!

UPS ups

I placed an order with Dressself and it was to be delivered by 7/13/23 the ups driver backed into my driveway never got out with my package drove away and i have contacted ups and spoke to 5 different representatives and on the last call I explained that I was unable to do a claim because it states it is still in transit and the fraud department was to call me at 9 am om 7/17/23. NEVER HAPPENED.

UPS Non pick up x 4 days

Had a home delivery set up.by Amazon 7/12 , Ups were to ring bell and come in to pick it up, husband is disabled. They left a label on the door did not ring bell. Day 2,7/13 same thing. Day 3 they said they came did not ring bell.I called UPS again they show he came by at 1 45pm 7/14.and was not able to pick up, the box has been ouside since 6am on the front porch with a note to ring the bell. So we knew he got the box. I again will need to get my neighbor to come over in the morning to put it out. HE DID NOT COME! HE IS NOT tellimg he truth,. He lied, this is so wrong!tomorrow is day 5 7/15, calling Amazon/ UPS then.ups stayes next day pick up since the 12 of july. Very disgusted that the driver lied.

UPS Shipping

UPS is the worst shipping company and I am never using them again! They deliver my package damaged, for which I paid insurance and it's impossible to file a claim! The claims site does not even work, it keeps asking for some kind of an account number to be added to my profile! Calling on the phone only gets some illiterate automated bot which cannot understand anything you say anyways and it's impossible to get to a real person. What a scam company!

In another instance, the tracking info on the package just goes silent! And the package is nowhere to be found, luckily the shipper (Amazon) refunded me right away! This was stuff that I needed crucially for a trip and was expecting it to come to me before a trip. What a joke of a company.

In a different instance, ordering from overseas, they left my package at Customs and never followed up! They abandoned my package. Never use this company. I will formally lodge a complaint against them with Amazon as well.

UPS Delivery of package

Hi,

I had a package that was to be delivered to “me”, it had my name, address and apartment number clearly on the label of the package. It was delivered on Tuesday, July 11 at 7:09 PM. I got notification that it was delivered. I all of a sudden had a knock at the door and it was a neighbor that got the package delivered to her apartment. How does this even happen when the name, address and apartment number are on there and it gets delivered to the wrong apartment? I am not happy. We have had packages stolen, so luckily, we had a good hearted neighbor that brought our package down to us. This is unacceptable. The package was also damaged with a small hole in it, luckily nothing was damaged. The drivers need to be more aware of where they are delivering and what apartment. This is ridiculous.

UPS Driver keeps leaving packages at foot of steps. He knows all packages go on front porch!

I am 71 and disabled. Driver repeatedly leaves packages at foot of steps instead of on front porch. He knows this and is quite rude! Please help me. NO disabled person should be treated this rudely! All deliveries need to be placed inside screened porch at the front door! It would help if driver could knock on the front door. If driver continues to leave packages outside at the bottom of the steps anyone can steal delivery.

UPS Lack of ability to Speak to Anyone in UPS UK

We have been having issues for months with UPS. We are a UK company who sells to UK customers. Some of our products are built in our German factory and shipped direct to our customers.

Often the transit time from Germany to UK is very long ie 2 weeks. In addition UPS are sending invoices to MY customer for duty and taxes. After the shipment has been made we automatically invoice our customer and charge UK VAT. The upset UPS is causing our customers is awful. This week they delivered a DDP shipment and asked our customer to pay money upon receipt for tax and duty!

I can't tell you how many times I have tried to phone different numbers, emailed different people. We want to work with you but there is almost an arrogance that you are such a large organisation you don't want to speak to anyone. The people in the phillipines I talk to only respond with "customer says"... they can't help. I've asked for a UK UPS person to speak to without success.

Desired outcome: Speak to someone in UPS UK that we can talk through our issues and they can trouble shoot to resolve the issues. Establish if we have a UK account manager.

UPS Shipping packages for online business

My ecomm company spent over 30 million dollars over 10 years shipping with UPS. So it was a real shock when I discovered that they had billed us for packages never picked up by them, shipped or delivered.

Some were test orders we generated to make sure our systems were integrated correctly with UPS - not real orders. Some didn't even have street addresses so there was no way UPS could've delivered a package even if we had given them one (we didn't - these were TEST orders). But they still billed us for them.

Others were return labels emailed to customers, but the customers changed their minds, kept the products and never used the return label. But UPS still charged us for them!

So don't trust UPS to be fair with you. Scrutinize every charge on every invoice, and keep detailed records of the things you ship, box weights and sizes, dates picked up, everything. You will need to verify that every dollar they bill you is legitimate. And for labels you generate but don't use, you must file for a "void credit" from UPS or you will get billed for phantom packages.

As a result of this awful experience with UPS, I created a website called keepcompanieshonest.org

Please visit it and JOIN ME in trying to hold companies accountable, and to recommend good companies.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the money fraudulently billed by UPS, an apology and a commitment from UPS that they will stop billing companies for services they never perform.
