Terminix Bed bug extermination

At the beginning of April 2023, I discovered bed bugs on my bed sheets, along with blood and feces stains. As a result, and after doing some research I ended up calling Terminix for help with eradicating these pests. A technician came out to my residence on April 13th and performed an inspection and found that my home had a heavy infestation and felt that 5 service treatments would be enough to eradicate the bugs. They charged me $1400 and with the interest I ended up with a total bill of $1533 financed through SMAC. One of the primary reasons I decided to use Terminix was the fact that they have a Nix Guarantee which states as follows:

The Nix Pest Guarantee means that you can relax knowing we’ll nix

your bed bug problem, and keep it nixed. And if bed bugs come

back within 6 months, so will we – at no additional cost to you.1

The footnote states that, “If you see evidence of bed bugs in your home within 6 months of your initial treatment date, Terminix will perform an inspection and provide any necessary treatment at no extra cost. 6-month guarantee only available for single-family dwelling units. Limitations apply. See Plan for details.”

I happen to live in a single-family dwelling as indicated in the papers I signed initially giving Terminix authorization to perform their service. Also, nowhere in my contract, Bed Bug Service Agreement, nor in the Nix Guarantee, can I find it stated anywhere that due to a heavy infestation or having to perform more than X amount of service treatments that the Nix Guarantee is or will be null and void.

My first treatment was performed at the end of the month of April around the 27th and then approximately every two weeks thereafter until the total of 5 treatments had been completed. Therefore, the 5th treatment was performed sometime around the end of June.

In addition to the Nix Guarantee, Terminix on its website shows consumers what to expect from their bed bug treatment. In order the steps they show are: (1) Thorough bed bug inspection; (2) Keep your bed; (3) Install bed bug intercept devices; and (4) Follow-up bed bug inspections. As for step 1, although they did provide an inspection it wasn’t what I would call thorough as the technician didn’t inspect inside my hall closet where bed bugs could have easily been hiding, nor the dining room area or kitchen. Moving on to step 2, they did provide mattress encasements, but as for steps 3 and 4 no bed bug intercept devices were ever installed—I ended up purchasing bed bug traps for my and my roommate’s bed—

nor was there ever a follow-up inspection after the 5th service treatment. Instead of scheduling a follow-up, the technician that came out for the 5th treatment simply asked us if we’d seen any bed bugs. I stated that I didn’t think I had seen any, but my roommate stated that he did see some. However, no follow-up was ever scheduled. I will mention at this point that on the day the technician came out with our mattress covers he stated that since we have air mattresses that we would not be required to zip lock the covers as we would need to partially unzip them in order to fill our mattresses with air every so often. But he did advise us not to remove the covers as that would void our warranty. And to date we have not removed those covers. This indicated to us that we definitely were covered under the Nix Guarantee.

Then sometime around the first of August 2023, the bed bugs were back. I found evidence on my mattress cover, being feces, blood stains and a few bed bugs as well. The next day I called Terminix corporate and was told that I was definitely covered under the Nix Guarantee and that they would be in touch with the local office to have someone give me a call to schedule an inspection. When I never got a call, I decided to go to the local office and speak to someone in person. I was met by an employee there by the name of Bryan who advised that they do not honor the Nix Guarantee and was the reason I was written up for a heavy infestation and 5 service treatments. He was very convincing; however, I didn’t have a copy of my Service Agreement at the time and still had some doubts. Therefore, not only did I call the corporate office on numerous occasions but also engaged a corporate employee by the name of Kathy in a chat who advised that I did have the guarantee and that it was in their system. One gentleman that I spoke with at corporate even advised that it was all documented in their system as well, and assured me that even if the local office personnel were to try to put this off until after the 6-month period from the time of my initial treatment they would not be able to get away with it. I finally got a representative at corporate to escalate this to the next level and was eventually contacted by Dionna Tyler who advised me that she was waiting for a response and would be in touch. Nevertheless, I never heard back from her and the next time I called corporate I spoke with a representative by the name of Bob Evans who sent me a copy of my Bed Bug Service Agreement, which I was never given initially, and I was now being told that I did not have the Nix Guarantee because of the fact that I was written for a heavy infestation and 5 service treatments. Again, however, I need to remind you that nowhere in the Nix Guarantee, nor in my Service Agreement, is it stated that a heavy infestation and X number of service treatments voids the Nix Guarantee.

I am appalled that a company such as Terminix, with a reputation to uphold would advertise a bed bug Nix Guarantee in order to entice consumers to select them for service and then thumb their noses at those very consumers who try to get them to honor it when the time comes. There’s no place in the business community for companies who resort to such tactics as this is blatant misrepresentation, false advertising and in plain and simple terms a scam. This company should be shut down for such tactics and that is what I would like to see happen.

There are only a few ways Terminix can make this right with me at this point; (1) is to honor their Nix Guarantee, come back out to my residence, perform a thorough inspection this time and nix my bed bug problem with how ever many service treatments are needed; or (2) give me a full refund of the amount I’ve paid SMAC to date which will allow me to have a reputable and reliable company nix my bed bug problem.

Terminix I had mice. For $2,000 they would seal the house with a guarantee, the job wasnt done...

I wrote 2 checks one for $99 and one for $238. The man said he found 19 points of entry and that scared me into wanting it done, He said he would email me the 19 photos he took for me to see the proof. He emailed me me 4 pictures twice not the 19. I came home from work in the next couple days after and the guy for the mice problem was in my driveway it was 4:15 I saw a man leave coming from the side of my house. I didn't know who he was. nor did the guy for the mice. I received an email from a different guy that was supposed to do the work, He sent an email with 4 pictures as well, they were of the inside of my patio there is no way he could get into my patio area, I checked from the pictures and the holes were still there... Nothing was touched and he sure didn't get into my patio for the pictures, I then checked by my air conditioner on the side of the house where the second man came from and the big hole by the ac was not touched,,, Nothing was done and I have been calling since May I have spoke to many people I am being called and charged from Smac I have also called them explaining I am a retired senior citizen They did not do the work I need credit issued to smac and close this, I did find the manager and spoke with him once he was going to call me back over 2 weeks ago, The job was not done and I am being charged 1900 dollars and my credit, I did not sign off on that job the guy put that I was home and I was not home... I did not sign anything on that I called as soon as I found out, I knew he never even went on the roof either He sure didn't want to come over to me when he saw me He never even introduced himself because he didn't do the job... My name Marla Willis [protected]. I do have photos and the 2 emails.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back and clear the 1.900 dollars to the smac company and restore my credit I do not want type of work from terminex.

Terminix Refusal to give services per previous acknowledgement of not completing contract, which was paid in full.

On 2019 an sob came by giving me a quote to tent? He was belittling, condescending, self-serving and arrogant. I asked if he was going to measure? He looked at me and said, "I know my job". He never, never measured, went to look, just gave estimate and asked for payment to get started? I figure it was terminix (was recommended) as I had two other estimates for a lot less. In the dropped bags in the evening? About (8:00pm) in the front porch? My two-story home was tented, came home after tent removed, which I did not see this procedure! It was raining and the housed showed 30 degrees, we all slept in clothes and jackets! Waited, waited, late evening I called gas company, and spoke to ms, martinez, manager, who stated, they give date when tent comes off at the time when they ask to turn off, and they did not give date to turn back on! Waited another day, no technician available that day. So, I waited two days for gas!, because of you! I immediately contacted office (santa fe springs) manager? And enumerated all the problems I had, even gave name of rep. Now 2023 my garage door came down! I called mesa garage and they came that day? Technician would not even get near! As they would not be held accountable due to termite infestation in the wooden beams! And a hazard to everyone. I called on 7/23-debra-message, 7/23-jason-message, 8/4-bobby jo-will expedite email, 8/9-carrol-will expedie email, 8/14,8/15/8/16, ariana, ricky, carrol again, akeeme? The worst most arrogant, receptionist? Person who answers phone calls. To give me corporate number to complain, who did not listen, and he said I can help? When I gave rant, he decided to hang up on me. Justin, (so called manager, from where?) called to give me his rant which I had heard at least 20 times! I gave my rant again, stating the last manager back in 2019 who I contacted to complain about service he stated I will note in computer to have your garage tented since they forgot the first time. Justin stated that this offer was only for 2019, and no good now! I stated do you think if iwas told this in 2019, I would be so stupid to wait till now? Remember I am in wheelchair, handicap and never, never came out to see if I had termites! I depended on terminix to access my property for termites? But rep stated he knew his job.! I have waited all this time for justin again to slap me in the face! I have paid a handyman, $400.00 to remove and carry away garage door as was a safety hazard to my grandchild! When it fell it got dented and could not be used again! The same line over, and over again I cancelled the contract? I have ranted I would of never, ever wanted you again or your services based on previous experience with terminix staff! All this is recorded according to you and was being recorded for training purposes back in 2019? I f you think I am a liar as some of your? Reps/receptionist, manager seem to insinuate.!

Terminix They did a bait and switch on the amount and did not email us a us.

We have a copy of and contract we sign with a different amount. Steven Quius ask my husband to sign the ipad and he would add the amount when he went back to the office. We never got a email with the contract for financing. He then turn in to finance for a different amount. If we had got a copy of the financing paperwork we would have cancel within the 3 days. Please do not do business with terminix. They took advantage on a disable vet. If you need more detail call me at [protected].

Terminix Termite treatment

I had called 3 times in 2 month to try to get them to come and treat my teramite .I signed up for another year in May .June 1 I had an inspector who was supposed to send the technician however to this date it did not come or have been notified of a time they would come Its August 8 2023 now still waiting.Terrible customer service .

Terminix Removal of roof rats

We signed a financing contract for the removal and prevention of roof rats. They sent a contractor who was to seal up all the possible entry ways to our attic. This was done but not entirely because 5 months later and we still have rats. We were promised a cleaning of our attic and the removal of traps. They only came back to the house 2 times. And never cleaned out. We are highly disappointed in their service and will be looking on how to recover our money back. Legally if necessary.

Terminix Termite service

6/13/23 Terminex was to complete an exclusion" services which involved replacing outside perimeter house vents, inserting baits under the house, and removal of rubbish from underneath the house. The work is incomplete and Terminex billed for the services.

6/28 and 6/29 installation was to be removed from the attic, the attic sanitized, and new installation installed. Terminex was informed that old installation was left in the attic. I was also billed for the services.

Terminex informed that the sanitizing and reinstalling the installation as a "blow in" method was not possible due to "live wires'. Terminex informed that I had to obtain an electrician to rewire in order for them to complete the job. Terminex provided a 'roll out' option for installing the installation as an alternative option to off-set the cost of the electric repairs.

7/26/23 Terminex was informed that the electrical job was complete and requested appointment to complete work. Conversations occurred for scheduling appointment in which Terminex declined on the alternative option "roll out" of the installation.

7/31/23 Quality Pest Services, (a contacted company of Terminex) informed me that the 'roll out method of the installation would cost additional money. I also was informed that this was the company hired to remove the attic installation which was incomplete. I don't understand why Quality Pest contacted me as I didn't hire the company.

Desired outcome: Receive an itemized price list of the attic cleaning; removal of the installation, sanitizing, and reinserting the installation; the cost comparison of the "blow in" installation vs. the "roll out and option to select another company.

I am reaching out today in regard to service we have been receiving at 9707 Saragossa St. Since 02/25/2023. We contacted Terminix back in February regarding pest control services to address an ant problem thru the home but mainly to address an ant situation in the master section of the home. Since service began roughly 5 months ago, we have seen zero to no results in improvement to the home and in fact the ant problem is worse than it was when this started. Every month Terminix has come out multiple times thru the month and can spend anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes “addressing” the issue. Each time a tech comes out, I have to miss work as we have animals that must be secured for the visit. Scheduling is a problem. We were told that service will be provided in hours that work for us. This has not happened one time. We were told Saturday and Evening hours are available. Also, not true. Your service is scheduled on hours that work for your company not your customers. Only upon reading each and every download service papers, did I realize that only two of the service techs stated there was a problem. EACH AND EVERY TIME WE REQUESTED SERVICE THERE WAS ANTS PRESENT. LIVE AND DEAD. I even have pictures of the activity. So, this shows how little attention your techs are providing. So, we are not only paying for service, but we are dealing with missed wages at the same time. I have attached some of the most recent videos I recorded showing the large amounts of ants roaming thru the bathroom of the home. We have additional time stamped photos and videos documenting this problem, but I will save you from viewing them at this time. At this point in time, we have begun to question what exactly we are paying for and why ZERO results? Since the end of February, we have paid almost $800.00 on mediocre pest control service and to describe us being disappointed and angry would be an understatement. After reviewing copies of the invoices after services are performed you will see why we are so angry considering some statements of no live pest found, or a tech being on site for 4 minutes. The video does not lie… I refuse to continue to pay our hard-earned money on services that are not doing anything but causing us additional ants and headaches. We have ourselves had to spend over $250.00 on additional pest control products and had to do additional research ourselves to figure out how to rid our house of the ants. At this point we are finally seeing results. This was due to what we did to get rid of them. Not Terminix who we contracted to get this problem fixed. We would like to have a tech come out and spend some quality time trying to address our issue and solve them. Not a quick 10-minute spray job and give us well wishes with fingers crossed that it would work. We would like you to provide ANT bait stations for the inside of the house and in the front outside areas of the house, and ant bait gel, like you should have provided at some point during these last 5 months. We would also like to have our service day to be on a Saturday or after 4:30pm on a Weekday. We would like it to be set in advance, not receive a call 10 minutes before you show up. Or we would like to have services removed with no additional funds being withdrawn or fees being billed for termination of services. We understand that this takes time but we have seen a problem get worse and worse each growing month. Something is wrong and something is not working.

Terminix Pest control

I have been trying to get a hold of terminix technician for 3 weeks now. My dad is still experiencing wildlife in his attic and no one will return my calls. My dad pays a monthly fee and they have not been there in awhile to check on problem. Calls are not returned and I just get the run around with the call center. We have continued to hear animal activity up in attic/upstairs area.

Desired outcome: I would like for terminix to return my calls in a timely manor, schedule a visit to figure out how to remove the wildlife from my dads attic.

Terminix Customer service / deceptive billing

For 4 years terminix would set appts without my permission. I would receive texts from unknown numbers on a Sunday saying they were a teminix associate that would come by tomorrow. "I'll let myself onto the property, you don't have to be home. If you are home, please let me inside to inspect your house." As a single woman that lives alone, I am not going to allow a man I don't know into my home just because they sent a text the day before. I have complained every year to the local and head offices. Every year I have demanded that terminix stop making appts without my permission and every year it is ignored. I have had multiple terminix associates open my 8 foot fence to let themselves onto my property while I'm home and without my permission.

December 2022 was the final straw. Terminix made multiple appts without my permission. I rescheduled for a day and time of my choosing. The associate was a no call no show. So I rescheduled again. And again, the associate didn't show up. This happened THREE times!

So I chose not to renew the service contract. Today I received a letter on pink paper with a handwritten amount due that was highlighted. This looks like a past due bill. No where does it explicitly state that it is not a bill. If I were an elderly person with cognitive decline, I would have thought I owed Terminix a past due amount. This is a highly deceptive practice. Not a single complaint ever filed with a Terminix employee has ever been acknowledged or resolved.

Desired outcome: I would like terminix to acknowledge that their practices make their customers uncomfortable, they do not respect their customers schedules or privacy, and they use deceptive advertising practices that look like past due bills.

Terminix Inside extermination / roach infestation

The website shows he came 5/26,6/9,6/19,6/24 and today. My mother called 2 weeks ago about roaches being in her house and today (07/19) was the first available appointment. We spoke with Jayiln Monday the 17th and he advised a service manager was to come to this appointment because there was a roach infestation. We received a text at 945 this morning saying the guy was on the way. At 11:15 we received a text that he was done. He never showed up - he never talked to my mother about dead roaches as his notes on website says. There are no dead roaches - they are all alive. There are 5 people in this house waiting for him to show up. There is no way he was here or even showed up. We called Terminix to complain. Nakia (?) informed us he came out, but we know he never showed up. Her only option was to reschedule another appointment on the 25th. We said this was unacceptable and I want to talk to a manager. She told us she has no phone number to call his service manager, but she can only email. I asked for the email address and she hung up on me. She had no concern that the guy just scammed us. She only offered to email the manager after we asked for a manager and she would not comply. I called back and talked to Janie, who got a hold of the technician and called the manager and had them come back out. I was I told by Nakia she was not able to do this? I have to really ask if your company is nothing but scammers? I do not like my Mother being taken advantage of because she is older. I do not want this technician ever at her house again. Keyshawn Porter is the tech's name. Now I am questioning if he even came out the previous times. She has a caretaker here every day and she does not ever remember seeing him. We were charged 5/31 $209.00 and 6/12 $149.00 How do I even trust this guy was ever here. There is a lot of lying going on in this company from Jayiln saying the service manager was coming out to the service technician saying he came out, to Nakia saying she could not do anything today. After Nakia hung up we called back and got Janie, I do thank Janie for doing the right thing. The service technician came right out but claimed he never submitted that report that said he was here for an hour and talked to homeowner. He said it auto generated. He was here about 15minutes but he did do his job THIS Time while we watched.

Terminix Communication

There's really bad communications between the Colorado office and customers. My friend was told that she would get a follow up treatment today july 18 and she was prepared for that. The technician never showed up. She was told by your company that it would be today.

We waited and waited then she called your company (after playing phone tag x amount of times) and then she was told the appointment is on the 24th of July between 8 and 10am. Do you care about your customers or do you just take our hard earned money and run? She's still getting bugs in her bed. Maybe you're not using the right poison? She's about ready to call Orkin

Terminix Just wanted to let someone know of their rude treatment and lack of respect.

We were scheduled for a bird removal service today. At first, they said they would be here between 5-7 p.m. Then they changed it to 4-6 p.m. They did not show up or call to say they would not be able to make it. I do not know if it is because we are renting (currently) and think that our time is not important or what the excuse is. I never had this happen as a homeowner. I personally will never use this company for my own home.

Terminix 3 day cancellation notice not honored.

On May 3, 2023 I signed a contract for mice control. Your sales person went up in my attic as I had seen a mouse under my kitchen sink and also thought i heard one in the wall. He took many photos of tunnels he claimed were made by mice. Never mind that my house is 33 years old and this may have been up there for years. He led me to believe that my attic was overrun with mice and admittedly, I panicked and signed his contract. He first tried to sell me a contract for $22,000 to remove all insulation and replace it, telling me this was the only true way to rid all the mice. When he was told I could not afford to do that (I am 83 years old and live on a fixed income), he offer a contract for $2,700, which I signed. The next day two men came out to close any opening where mice might come in. The tech told me my house was very tight but he had sealed around my air conditioning hoses and sealed around the ends of the eaves. This was done with putty. He also put a cloth cover over the vents in the attic. He and an assistant were here less than two hours. No traps or bait was put out. No more mice have appeared. I have let my cat up in the attic but he found no mice. My cat caught the mouse under my sink. So, having paid $2,700 for approximately two hours work, I realized I had been sold a bill of goods. I drove to Springfield on May 8th, and personally turned in a cancellation notice. This was done within 3 day, which is my legal right. Your branch manager, Sam Littlejohn, signed and dated the notice to cancel, and I have a copy. I informed him that I wanted no further services. He insisted that he needed to come out to see for himself what work his techs did. He in fact did come out the following week and inspected their work. He said they did a good job and also said my house was very well built and that my attic was not overrun with mice. Here is the problem, no money has been refunded to me. I told your managers, Sam and the local rep I thought I should be charged for the services renders and any cost for supplies and the balance be returned to me. Your own cancellation states that you have 20 days to do this. That 20 days is long past!

One added note. Your sales person, Clyde Stephenson, tried to sell me a contract for mold removal in my crawl space. I checked into this and found what he took pictures of what was in fact old damage before the crawl space was wrapped and a dehumidifier was installed.

In conclusion, it is my sincere opinion that you are in the business of selling contracts with little thought to customer service. Close to the same situation has happened to me. I’ve been given the run around for months and am now being told I owe the entire $10,000+ this is the worst company I have ever thought to give business to. They have no morals and it’s shameful. I’m sorry you are going through this but know you aren’t alone!

Terminix "Termite Treatment"

I use terminix for monthly service. Last time they came out (June 2023), the inspector reported Termite Issues. This led to someone else coming out and inspecting concluding that we had a major infestation, pointing out termite "waste" all over our patio floor. If we didn't pay $1970 on the spot for a plan we would end up needing to tent the house at a cost of $8200. We reluctantly signed up. When they came out to treat the house, the rep said we did not have a major issue. The only problem we had was a small one in some wood on our patio roof (which is 90% plastic) which he treated. The "waste" was wood shavings. He looked in the attic and said there were no issues. He was here for less than an hour, and most of that was on the phone with terminix trying to find out why we were told we had a major problem when we did not. I called to complain. A very understanding rep listened, appalled st my situation and promised it would be addressed. A few days later I found out that a neighbour is getting their house tented for $2100..not exactly $8200). A 'manager" finally called back and proceeded to ignore everything I was telling him, refusing to refund a penny, stating I signed up so I have to pay...I was completely misled by the 2nd person that came out. 1st and 3rd were great. I feel like I was given worse than the "used car salesman" treatment scare mongering at its best. Be very aware and careful before falling for their lies and conman approach, preying on people that don't know... Shame on you terminix. Suffice to say I will be cancelling my monthly service. Do not use this company, they just want your money and will lie and exaggerate issues, then when you find out "tough luck, you signed you pay" I run my own business, if I ran it like this I would not be in business long. I was bullied, and scared into signing up and I have nowhere to turn to..out $1970 for a job that took about 15-20 minutes...I wish I could have left zero stars

Desired outcome: Partial refund reflecting actual service rendered after realizing we were lied to and work done was nowhere close to $1970 in value

Terminix Exclusion services

Dear Sirs,

My name is Orson Pate and I was a long standing customer with Terminex with several property accounts. However, due to a long standing issue...which is yet to be resolved, I have cancelled all my accounts with Terminex until this issue can be resolved. In good faith, I contracted for exclusion services at 4726 Buck Street, Houston, Texas 77020. However after execution of the exclusion agreement, the services were never completed. I attempted to contact Terminex on several occasions, however to no avail. I then requested to cancel the services but was told that since the financing was done via ServiceMaster, the account could not be cancelled...I would have to pay for the services, even though the services were never rendered. I contacted Terminex manager several times, and after many conversations was finally informed that Terminex would cancel the exclusion service and provide a full refund. The manager left me a voicemail and I have email which serves as proof that the Terminex manager stated the cancellation and refund was being processed. See attachments.

However, I am still getting collection calls from ServiceMaster. ServiceMaster indicated to me that they never received the proper paperwork from Terminex to properly cancel the financing agreement. I am writing to request escalation of this matter and requesting someone in upper management at Terminex contact me back to finally resolve this issue. I may be reached at the following number. Desired outcome: Cancel ServiceMaster financing agreement, restore my credit and stop collection calls from ServiceMaster.

Terminix Service

I have a problem with bedbugs! I hired Terminix to take care of them!

Cory Sauls was the representative that came out.

He signed me up with a 6 month contract and charged me $800, which he financed through SMAC.

I had to through away a Lift Chair because they didn't get rid of the bedbugs!

I called Cory and told him that they didn't come out every week like they were supposed to and when I would talk to the guy that was doing my service and told him that I had seen a bug in my loveseat, he said that he would come out when he could and then he just sprayed the bugs he saw.

I had been very careful to make sure I didn't get bugs in my bed, well I saw one and called Cory and told him and he said that My Contract was ALMOST up and he never sent anyone out to take care of the bugs in my bed!

I get bit every night and find on or two and I kill them.

I Want my Money Back ( since Cory breached our contract) so I can get another company to take of these bugs once and for all!

Terminix The repair of a wall where active termites had been.

I do not remember the exact date but it was sometime in April I believe. I moved furniture out of the way to replace flooring and found active termites in the west wall of the room. I called the 1-800 number for Terminix and technicians came out that Saturday and sprayed for the infestation. After another call to the 1-800 number, a regional manager and a new employee came to my house and inspected the damage. The manager gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that he would always call me back if I needed to call him. The other man agreed with him and said he had seen him doing exactly that. He took pictures and took his time inspecting everything. Later that day, the local manager came to my house and measured something outside only - he did not come into the house. He also assured me that he would return calls. But, since then I cannot get either one of them to answer a call or return one. I called the 1-800 number again requesting that someone come to repair the wall (which the company had done on at least 2 other occasions in the past with great outcomes). He said he would pass the message on. A couple of days later a technician came to my house and sprayed for termites again even though he admitted that there couldn't be any live termites left. He said my claim had been passed up the line for review. I'm still waiting at the end of June with no repair and no answers or at least a status report on my claim. I have been a customer for I think over 30 years and have never been treated like this by any company. I feel like I'm stuck because of the cost of starting over with another company and I'm extremely unhappy.

Desired outcome: I would like to have the damage to the wall repaired and I need a response and an apology.

Terminix Services

I started my service 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing but false promises and no-shows. Only the first visit was on time and the entire house wasn't treated so we continued to have roaches. I talked to the technician and he promised to come back the following week, which he didn't. During the initial visit the technician said he would be back in 2 weeks. Again a no-show.

Terminix also said they would provide termite inspection. The technician didn't show either. He decided to show up unannounced another day instead. 4

At no point were there any communication that the technicians weren't going to show up so I wasted a lot of time waiting for the service provider who never showed.

Terminix Not showing up for a scheduled appointment - someone cancelled the appointment.

I called back in May to schedule an appointment to get rid of the squirrel running around in our attic. Terminix came out when we were not home even though I told them I needed to be home when they came out. The Terminix person spent a total of 11 minutes "inspecting" for an entrance where a squirrel got into out attic.

I scheduled two appointments this week (week of June 19-23, 2023) to have someone come out concerning the squirrel in our attic. I stayed home for these two appointments. When I called to find out why someone did not show up for the first appointment I was told it had been cancelled. When I called to confirm the second appointment I found out the second appointment had been cancelled.

I was never notified of these cancellations & no one could tell me why they were cancelled or who cancelled them.

I was the told someone from Terminix would be calling me. I am waiting for that call.

In the meantime, while I am doing this complaint, I can hear the squirrel running round in the attic above me.

Desired outcome: I need someone to come out to find the entrance where the squirrel is getting in & plug the hole.
